本发明涉及光纤接入技术领域,提供了一种光电融合型混合缆。该混合缆包括:绝缘后的电力导体、光电融合体、阻水填充物和护套;所述绝缘后的电力导体与所述光电融合体在所述护套内绞合成缆,所述阻水填充物填充所述护套内的空隙;其中,所述光电融合体的最外层为绝缘层,所述绝缘层内为一金属导体层,所述金属导体层中间为与金属导体融合成一体的有带保护层的光纤单元。本发明中采用光电融合技术,解决了施工、管道资源紧张等问题,较大幅度的降低建设成本,避免了二次施工造成的资源浪费,在电力线路建设的同时完成了通信线路的构建,完善了我国FTTH及PFTTH的链路建设,丰富了我国3G移动通信技术的发展。

[0003] 但是,FTTH的建设还存在诸多挑战,光纤入户需要运营商对入户时的布线施工等综合建设问题进行合理规划,这就在组网方式、线路规划、铺设成本和施工时间等方面提出了不少要求,这使得目前FTTH的应用显得动力不足。此时,出现了坚强智能电网的概念,其中的电力光纤到户(PFTTH)项目就是将光纤随低压电力线一起敷设从而实现“三网融合”功能的技术。适用于低压通信接入网的光纤复合低压电缆(OPLC,Optical Fiber CompositeLow-voltage Cable)作为实现PFTTH的主力线缆得到了迅猛的发展。图1展示了现有技术中常见的0PLC线缆结构,其在外护套105中分别套装有光单元101和电力单元103,两者之间的空隙用填充绳102 (或油膏)填充,在外护套105内侧一般还设有一层电缆包带104提供保护;图1右侧为光单元101的局部放大图,通常光单元中有多根光纤101-5套装在松套管101-3中,光纤间的空隙由阻水物101-4填充,松套管之外再由非金属加强件101-2和护套101-1提供保护。可以看出,0PLC是在传统的电力线缆中加入了独立的光单元,光单元与电力单元一起绞合成缆,从而在铺设电力线的同时实现了光纤通信线缆的铺设。PFTTH能够在布放电力电缆的同时构建覆盖居民用户的高速通信网络平台,综合考虑设备、施工、管道资源等因素,采用0PLC与分别敷设光缆和电缆相比,能较大幅度降低建设成本,还避免了二次施工造成的资源浪费,是低压通信接入网目前集成度高、节省资源的优选技术。
[0004] 然而,从线缆的根本效能来看,尽管0PLC为FTTH或者PFTTH的推进扫清了一些障碍,解决了管道资源紧张,二次施工造成的资源浪费等问题,但其并没有真正完成FTTH或者PFTTH的职能。因为传统0PLC中的多个光电单元的制造增大了成本,线缆外径较大也增大了铺设成本,而且由于光纤本身较脆弱、再加上光单元截面积通常远小于电力单元,增大了安装过程中光纤损伤的概率。这些都使得目前0PLC的终端还停留在“楼”而不是“户”,亦即,0PLC能解决的是FTTB或者PFTTB,无法真正实现FTTH或者PFTTH。
发明内容
[0005] 有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种光电融合型混合缆及其制备方法,以解决现有技术中光纤复合电缆无法真正实现光纤入户的问题。
[0006] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明的光电融合型混合缆包括:
[0007] 绝缘后的电力导体、光电融合体、阻水填充物和护套;
[0008] 所述绝缘后的电力导体与所述光电融合体在所述护套内绞合成缆,所述阻水填充物填充所述护套内的空隙;
[0009] 其中,所述光电融合体的最外层为绝缘层,所述绝缘层内为一金属导体层,所述金属导体层中间为与金属导体融合成一体的有带保护层的光纤单元。
[0010] 优选地,所述光电融合体作为电力接入的地线、零线或通电导线复合在所述光电融合型混合缆中。
[0011] 优选地,所述光电融合体的绝缘层上外加有识别带。
[0012] 优选地,所述光电融合体中的金属导体层由多股金属软导线组成,单根软导线直径在0.05〜1mm,整个金属导体层截面积范围在0.5mm2〜1000mm2。

[0017] 另一方面,本发明还同时提供了一种光电融合型混合缆的制备方法,所述方法包括步骤:
[0018] 光纤入库后进行二次被覆保护形成光纤单元;
[0019] 软金属导线成形后与所述光纤单元融合,光纤单元置于金属导体中间与金属导体融合为一体,在所述软金属导线外包裹绝缘层形成光电融合体;
[0020] 对电力导体进行绝缘处理,随后与所述光电融合体一起成缆绞合,缆芯填充干式阻水物后外面挤至一层低烟无卤外护套。
[0021] 通过上述方案,本发明提供了一种光电融合型混合缆,其采用光电融合技术,解决了施工、管道资源紧张等问题,较大幅度的降低建设成本,避免了二次施工造成的资源浪费,在电力线路建设的同时完成了通信线路的构建,完善了我国FTTH及PFTTH的链路建设,丰富了我国3G移动通信技术的发展。

具体实施方式
[0026] 下面将结合各附图对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
[0027] 要真正实现电力光纤入户,必须针对线缆应用过程中的各种不同环境进行综合考虑。因此,在线缆的结构设计过程中,着重考虑了电力电缆及室内光缆敷设的几个特点:
[0028] a.需要利用现有的电力电缆管道资源进行敷设,所以线缆与传统的电力电缆的差异应尽可能少;
[0029] b.从户外到入户,线缆必须适应室内室外各种环境,所以线缆应为室内外混合缆,且对于高层建筑来说有垂直布线的敷设要求;
[0030] c.要考虑到光电单元的材料差异,保证其能共同工作且不易受到损伤。
[0031] 通过以上三点考虑,参见图2,在本发明的实施例中,光电融合型混合缆包括:绝缘后的电力导体I (外侧包有绝缘层4)、光电融合体2、阻水填充物3和护套6 ;所述绝缘后的电力导体I与所述光电融合体2在所述护套6内绞合成缆,所述阻水填充物3填充所述护套6内的空隙;其中,图2右侧为局部放大图,所述光电融合体2的最外层为绝缘层204,所述绝缘层内为一金属导体层203,所述金属导体层203中间为与金属导体融合成一体的有带保护层202的光纤单元201。通常情况下,护套6的内侧还设置有一层绕包带5。在本发明中,光纤单元不是单独存在,而是置于金属导体中间与金属导体融合为一体,两者间并不存在明显的空隙,其制备时也是将两者紧密融合在一起(如采用螺旋绞合方式或直放工艺等);这与现有技术中普遍采用套管套装的方式存在明显区别,现有的套装方式由于可能会在套管中抽拉线缆,需要在套管中填充用于润滑的膏体,而这些膏体一方面增大了线缆的体积和负载,另一方面给线缆截断、接续等施工增加了清除油膏或回填的工序,在垂直布线时油膏的滴流问题也会严重影响施工效果,而本发明中很好地解决了这类问题。
[0032] 上述光电融合型混合缆中,所述光电融合体作为电力接入的地线、零线或通电导线复合在所述光电融合型混合缆中。为便于区分电力线和光电融合体,在所述光电融合体的绝缘层上外加识别带,以便于分线缆的安装应用。
[0033] 为使本发明的光电融合型混合缆具有较高的机械性能和环境性能,以满足复杂环境应用需求,下面对其材料及制备工艺做进一步的说明。
[0034] 其中,光电融合体中的金属导体由多股金属软导线组成,单根软导线直径在0.05〜1mm,整个金属导体层截面积范围在0.5mm2〜1000mm2。光电融合体中的光纤单元外径一般为0.2mm~10mm,其结构一般是外包层涂覆耐高温树脂(如聚酰亚胺)的石英光纤,也可以是普通石英光纤外添加保护层,如果其中有多根光纤,那么将这些光纤涂覆上不同的颜色加以鉴别。光纤的使用视安装环境而定,一般用ITU-T G.652和G.657单模光纤或其他类型的光纤,光纤芯数最多达144芯。光纤单元可直放入金属导体层中,也可与金属导体层的软金属导线绞合成缆。保护层的材料具有低线性膨胀系数和高软化点的特点,线性膨胀系数小于10X10_4K \软化点应不低于150°C,从而确保在极端使用环境下,地线或者零线中通过极端电流产生的短时或瞬时温升不会影响光纤的传输性能和使用寿命。保护层可以是塑料外护如PVC、LSZH、TPU (热塑性聚氨酯弹性塑胶)、PA (尼龙)等耐高温塑料,也可以是UV固化树脂,视用户的具体安装使用需求而定。
[0035] 其中,光缆采用干式阻水填充物实现全截面阻水,无纵向滴流问题,有利于综合布线时垂直布线的敷设要求。为进一步增强整个线缆的物理特性以保证在室外严酷环境中的应用,在所述光电融合型混合缆的保护套外还可增加金属铠装层,所述金属铠装层则由外保护层包裹。
[0036] 进一步参见图3,上述光电融合型混合缆的制备工艺如下:
[0037] 光纤入库后进行二次被覆保护形成光纤单元(如光纤紧套);
[0038] 软金属导线成形后与所述光纤单元融合,光纤单元置于金属导体中间与金属导体融合为一体,在所述软金属导线外包裹绝缘层形成光电融合体;
[0039] 对电力导体进行绝缘处理,随后与所述光电融合体一起成缆绞合,缆芯填充干式阻水物后外面挤至一层低烟无卤外护套。
[0040] 图4给出了本发明的光电融合型混合缆的一个典型的实施场景。在图4的FTTH场景中,电力线应安装在每幢大楼地下室的电表箱401和公寓中的断路器402之间,光纤应借助电力安装路径403实现入户。具体地,将本发明的光电融合型混合缆与公寓内的断路器402连接,并将混合缆沿着安装路径敷设到地下室与电表箱401相接,两端要留足够的长度保证混合缆中的光纤可以分别和室内的终端盒和地下室的多用户单元连接。与断路器402连接时,光电融合体作为地线,其光纤单元和金属导线需进行分离处理,分离出的光纤单元将光纤与终端盒中的尾纤熔接,剩下的金属导线作为地线进行接地处理。在地下室,与各个公寓断路器402连接的混合缆都汇集到电表箱401中。和上面一样,将光纤从光电融合体中分离出来,接到用户单元盒中并与运营商的跳线相连接,光电融合体中金属线进行接地处理,最终实现由一根光电融合型混合缆同时提供通信和供电的效果。
[0041] 本发明采用光电融合技术,解决了施工、管道资源紧张等问题,较大幅度的降低建设成本,避免了二次施工造成的资源浪费,在电力线路建设的同时完成了通信线路的构建,完善了我国FTTH及PFTTH的链路建设,丰富了我国3G移动通信技术的发展。
[0042] 综上所述,通过上述方式,本发明的光电融合型混合缆具有以下突出的有益效果:
[0043] (1)将光电进行融合,尽可能的将外径减小到极限,大大降低了产品的材料耗用,解决目前常规光电混合缆或光纤复合电缆耗材多,成本高昂问题;
[0044] (2)具有结构简单、重量轻、施工方便快速等优点,大大地降低了施工周期和施工成本,避免了二次施工造成的资源浪费,为FTTH、PFTTH和移动通信技术的快速实现提供一种全新的解决方案;
[0045] (3)可解决各种终端设备的供电和通信问题,根据布线和设备供电需求,导体截面积可在0.5mm2〜1000mm 2范围内,光纤芯数最多达144芯,因此可适用于各种需求;
[0046] (4)非常适用于新建房地区和旧楼翻新地区,新型缆造价低于两种光缆造价之和,它的敷设可在满足电力及通信需求的前提下,减少一个电缆槽,只安放一条缆,即意味着更少的人工成本和施工安装成本,避免重复施工及期间很多不必要的麻烦如施工期间对小区的噪音污染及环境污染等,节省了很多材料亦即减少了碳排放,更加环保;
[0047] (5)解决了施工,耗时,费用等一系列问题,避免因重复建设造成资源浪费,打消运营商推进FTTH、PFTTH、3G的顾虑,更快更好的为用户提供更高质量的网络及电力服务,为FTTH、FTTH、3G的大范围推广应用奠定基础。

Claims (8)
1.一种光电融合型混合缆,其特征在于,所述混合缆包括: 绝缘后的电力导体、光电融合体、阻水填充物和护套; 所述绝缘后的电力导体与所述光电融合体在所述护套内绞合成缆,所述阻水填充物填充所述护套内的空隙; 其中,所述光电融合体的最外层为绝缘层,所述绝缘层内为一金属导体层,所述金属导体层中间为采用螺旋绞合方式或直放工艺与金属导体融合成一体的有带保护层的光纤单元; 所述带有保护层的光纤单元为经过二次被覆的石英光纤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合缆,其特征在于,所述光电融合体作为电力接入的地线、零线或通电导线复合在所述光电融合型混合缆中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合缆,其特征在于,所述光电融合体的绝缘层上外加有识别带。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合缆,其特征在于,所述光电融合体中的金属导体层由多股金属软导线组成,单根软导线直径在0.05〜1mm,整个金属导体层截面积范围在0.5mm2〜1000mm2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合缆,其特征在于,所述光电融合体中的光纤单元外径为0.2mm 〜10mmo
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合缆,其特征在于,所述光纤单元有至少一根光纤,所述光纤上涂覆有不同的颜色加以鉴别。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合缆,其特征在于,所述护套外还设有金属铠装层,所述金属铠装层由外保护层包裹。
8.一种光电融合型混合缆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括步骤: 光纤入库后经过二次被覆保护后形成光纤单元; 软金属导线成形后与所述光纤单元融合,采用螺旋绞合方式或直放工艺将所述光纤单元置于金属导体中间与金属导体融合为一体,在所述软金属导线外包裹绝缘层形成光电融合体; 对电力导体进行绝缘处理,随后与所述光电融合体一起成缆绞合,缆芯填充干式阻水物后外面挤至一层低烟无卤外护套; 带有保护层的所述光纤单元为经过二次被覆的石英光纤。
