Abstract
An intelligent identity card information preprocessing system comprises an intelligent identity card information preprocessing device, a front-end server, and a service system client. The front-end server is connected with the intelligent identity card information preprocessing device. The intelligent identity card information preprocessing device comprises an information reading unit, an information processing unit and a printing unit, wherein the information reading unit comprises a radio-frequency reading device used for reading information in an identity card, the information processing unit is connected with the information reading unit, receives data read by the information reading unit, and fills service forms according to the received data, and the printing unit connected with the information processing unit prints the service forms and transmits the forms to the service system client.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an information scanning and reading device, in particular to an intelligent processing system for front and back scanning and internal information reading of an identity card.
Background
At present, a second-generation identification card with a contactless IC chip is used as an identification card for an individual in a large amount and frequently. Surface information of the identity card, namely information recorded on the front side and the back side of the identity card, generally needs to be preserved by using copies; the internal information of the identification card, i.e. the information recorded in the card, needs a dedicated reader to obtain it. Meanwhile, customers often need to manually fill out personal identity information on various business documents.
When various services are handled in places such as financial institutions, customs, entry and exit authorities and the like, identity information is used, and the following links are generally involved:
1. identity information and other information is manually filled in on the business form.
2. Comparing and verifying the surface information of the client and the identity card, and confirming the consistency; and submitting the internal information of the identity card to an identity card networking checking system to confirm the validity of the information of the identity card.
3. The business system client staff manually inputs the personal information of the client into the business system.
In the above-mentioned several links, the conventional operation flow has many disadvantages, including:
1. the customer does not know about the services being handled, so that the customer cannot quickly select the correct service form, and the filling contents of the form column also have comprehension deviation.
2. The manual filling mode is adopted, so that errors are easy to occur, time and labor are consumed, and the problems of difficult identification and the like can occur.
3. Staff need accomplish customer information entry, networking inspection, ID card duplicating by hand, and the work load is big, and is efficient, and the probability of making mistakes increases.
Based on the above drawbacks, queuing is especially serious in various places, especially banks. Meanwhile, if the anti-counterfeiting detection of the identity card is not in place, a possible opportunity is more likely to be left for criminals.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an intelligent identity card information preprocessing system which can realize the front-back scanning and the internal information reading of an identity card by only one device. Meanwhile, the automatic filling of the personal identity information can be realized.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the system comprises an identity card information intelligent processing device, a front-end server and a business system client; the front server is connected with an intelligent identity card information processing device; wherein,
the intelligent processing device for the identity card information comprises:
the information reading unit comprises radio frequency reading equipment, and the radio frequency reading equipment reads the in-card information of the identity card;
the information processing unit is connected with the information reading unit, receives the data read by the information reading unit and fills a service form according to the received data;
and the printing unit is connected with the information processing unit, prints the service form and transmits the service form to a service system client.
Preferably, the radio frequency reading device comprises:
the radio frequency identification module reads the in-card information of the identity card;
and the radio frequency identification module controller is connected with the radio frequency identification module.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps:
the scanning module scans the front side and the back side of the identity card;
and the scanning module controller is connected with the scanning module.
Preferably, the RFID module controller and the scan module controller are connected to the information processing unit through a USB hub.
Preferably, the method further comprises the following steps: the fingerprint identification module reads fingerprint information;
and the fingerprint identification module controller is connected with the fingerprint identification module controller.
Preferably, the fingerprint identification module controller and the radio frequency identification module controller are connected to the information processing unit through a USB hub.
Preferably, the system also comprises a display device and an input device which are connected with the information processing unit.
Preferably, the front-end server comprises an identity verification unit for comparing the obtained surface information and internal information of the identity card, and submitting the identity information to a networked verification system for further confirmation.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the following examples, which are given by way of illustration only, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the intelligent preprocessing system for id card information includes: the system comprises an intelligent identity card information processing device 100 and a front-end server 200, wherein the front-end server 200 is connected with the intelligent identity card information processing device 100, a business system client and a business system and is used for storing identity information and business information; wherein, ID card information intelligent processing device includes: an information reading unit 110 including a Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) to read in-card information of the identification card; the information processing unit 120 is connected with the information reading unit and fills in a service form according to the received data; and the printing unit 130 is connected with the information processing unit, prints the service form and transmits the service form to a service system client.
For convenience, the intelligent identity card information preprocessing system can also be provided with a scanning function, which comprises: the scanning module scans the front side and the back side of the identity card; and the scanning module controller is connected with the scanning module. And, a fingerprint recognition function comprising: the fingerprint identification module reads fingerprint information; and the fingerprint identification module controller is connected with the fingerprint identification module controller. The fingerprint identification module controller, the radio frequency identification module controller and the scanning module controller are connected to the information processing unit through a USB concentrator.
The intelligent processing device 100 for the identification card information further comprises a display device and an input device 121 connected with the information processing unit, so that the user can check and modify the identification card information conveniently.
Referring to fig. 2, for convenience of understanding, the following description will be made by taking the bank teller terminal as an example for handling the business.
The information reading unit 110 further includes a radio frequency identification device 111 for reading internal information of the second generation identification card; and the scanning device 112 is used for automatically scanning the front side and the back side of the second-generation identity card.
And the information processing unit 120 is configured to, according to different services to be transacted, automatically fill the extracted internal information of the second-generation identity card into a corresponding service form. The unit can also be connected with a display device and an input device 121, and is used for the user to supplement and input information which is not available on the second-generation ID card.
The printing unit 130 may be connected to a printer, and is configured to print information such as a copy of the front and back sides of the second generation identification card, a network verification result, and a service form.
The front-end server 200 is used for storing the identity information and the service information obtained by the identity information processing device and converting between different communication protocols, data formats or languages. The identity verification unit is used for comparing the surface information and the internal information of the second-generation identity card, and meanwhile, the identity verification unit can be connected to the identity card networking verification system 300 to realize the networking verification of the internal information of the second-generation identity card.
Referring to fig. 3, the specific working flow of the above embodiment includes the following steps:
when the bank actually transacts the business, the user puts the second-generation ID card on the intelligent ID card information preprocessing system.
The identity card is first scanned by the information reading unit 110, and at this time, both the front and back sides of the identity card are scanned into images, and the internal information of the identity card is also read.
In the information processing unit 120, the user can select the type of the service that the user wants to transact, and the system will automatically import the second-generation identification card information into the corresponding table after the selection. Through the display device, the user can browse the service form for confirmation, and also can supplement and record some necessary identity information through the input device.
After the user confirms, the user can select printing to continue the next operation. At the moment, the surface information, the internal information and the service information of the identity card are transmitted to the front-end server for storage. And in the identity checking unit of the server, the surface information and the internal information are compared in a consistent manner, and meanwhile, the identity card number and the name are sent to the networking checking system so as to further confirm the identity legality of the client. And after the networking check is passed, the front-end server returns an instruction to the identity information processing device.
The printing unit 130 may print the copy of the identification card, the result of the identity verification, and the service ticket after the identity networking verification. After the user signs on the business form and confirms, the user can hold the information by hand and go to a counter for processing.
When the counter window transacts business, the identity card front and back copy, the paper business form and the identity networking check result are kept by the bank as transaction certificates. Meanwhile, counter staff can directly call in information of a client from the front-end server and automatically import the information into a business system interface. After the worker confirms that no mistake exists, the worker can complete the business rapidly. Therefore, the time for counter operation is greatly saved, and the possibility of wrong operation caused by manual input is reduced.
The invention has the beneficial technical effects that:
1. the method and the device realize automatic reading of the information of the identity card and automatic selection and printing of the business form, greatly reduce the situations of wrong selection of the business form, unclear column filling content, wrong manual writing and the like which may occur in the traditional manual filling, improve the customer experience and improve the working efficiency.
2. And automatic input of the information of the identity card is realized. The client side obtains the client information and the service information from the server, and automatic input is achieved. Therefore, the time required by the manual input of the traditional service client staff and the possibility of errors in the manual input are reduced, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
3. And the verification of the identity card information is realized. Through the identity verification unit, the internal information of the identity card is compared with the surface information for verification, and the internal information of the identity card is submitted to the identity card networking verification system for validity verification, so that the security level of identity verification is improved.

1. An intelligent preprocessing system for identity card information, comprising:
the system comprises an identity card information intelligent processing device, a front-end server and a business system client; the front server is connected with the intelligent identity card information processing device; wherein,
the intelligent processing device for the identity card information comprises:
the information reading unit comprises radio frequency reading equipment, and the radio frequency reading equipment reads the in-card information of the identity card;
the information processing unit is connected with the information reading unit, receives the data read by the information reading unit, and fills a service form according to the received data;
and the printing unit is connected with the information processing unit, prints the service form and transmits the service form to a service system client.
2. The intelligent preprocessing system for identity card information as set forth in claim 1, wherein said radio frequency reading device comprises:
the radio frequency identification module reads the in-card information of the identity card;
and the radio frequency identification module controller is connected with the radio frequency identification module.
3. The intelligent preprocessing system for identity card information of claim 1, further comprising:
the scanning module scans the front side and the back side of the identity card;
and the scanning module controller is connected with the scanning module.
4. The intelligent preprocessing system of identity card information of claim 3 wherein the radio frequency identification module controller and the scan module controller are connected to the information processing unit through a USB hub.
5. The intelligent preprocessing system for identity card information of claim 1, further comprising: the fingerprint identification module reads fingerprint information;
and the fingerprint identification module controller is connected with the fingerprint identification module.
6. The intelligent preprocessing system of id card information as claimed in claim 5, wherein said fingerprint identification module controller and said rfid module controller are connected to said information processing unit through a USB hub.
7. The intelligent preprocessing system of identity card information of claim 1 further comprising a display device and an input device connected to the information processing unit.
8. The intelligent preprocessing system for identity card information as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front-end server comprises an identity verification unit for comparing the obtained surface information and internal information of the identity card and submitting the identity information to a networked verification system for further confirmation.
