一种新型三元非共沸混合制冷剂,能够使用于空调和制冷装置,在空调及热泵装置中使用,可节能20%-35%,在制冷装置中使用,可节能15%-35%。

Description

本发明涉及的是制冷工程,热泵工程及空调工程的技术领域。特别涉及的是制冷剂,这是一种三元混合制冷剂。
多元混合制冷剂最近在全世界都引起广泛的研究兴趣,特别是由于氟里昂R12严重地破坏大气臭氧层,国际社会已联合加以限制,直到最终取消。多元混合制冷剂已被很多研究单位认为是很有可能代替制冷剂R12的新型制冷剂。如美国专利4303536申请的三元混合制冷剂R22/R124/152a。日本专利52-70466中申请的R22/R115/CH2CL,都可能是具有实用价值的混合制冷剂。
但是每一种制冷剂都有一定的局限性,对于不同的蒸发温度区域和冷凝温度区域,不可能有一种混合制冷剂会同时适用,因此必须寻找更多种制冷剂。另外,在这些在先专利中所介绍的制冷剂用在制冷、热泵和空调设备中,节能效果都不很大,一般为5%~10%,另外,这些在先的制冷剂往往要求对原制冷、热泵和空调设备作较多处的改造,这将给实际应用和推广带来困难。
本发明的目的是提供一种能有较大比例的节能效果,同时适用于冰箱、热泵及空调等几种工作温度区域,而且在实际应用中只须对制冷、热泵及空调装置进行较小改动的非共沸混合制冷剂。这种制冷剂在热泵及空调装置中可节能20%-35%,在制冷装置中可节能15%-35%。而且在制冷、热泵及空调装置的应用中,只须改动制冷、热泵及空调装置中膨胀部件,即改变膨胀部件的流量,其余部件无须做实质性的改动即可。
本发明人发明的一种新的制冷剂,是由三种制冷剂R22/R1270/R152a组成一混合物,其中R22的分子式为CHCLF2,R1270的分子式为CH3CHCH2,R152a的分子式为CH3CHF2,在这种混合物中,他们各自的浓度范围(重量浓度)是:R22为0.5至0.96,R1270为0.005至0.10.R152a为0.01至0.25,当R22的浓度取较大值时R1270、R152a为则取相应较小的值,三者浓度之和小于或等于1。这种制冷剂用于热泵及空调系统可提高系统的性能系数20%~35%,也就是节能20%~35%,用于制冷剂系统中能提高系统的性能系数15%~35%,也就是节能15%~35%,空调及制冷系统性能系数的定义为空调及制冷系统单位功率消耗所产生的制冷量,热泵系统性能系数的定义为该系统单位功率消耗所产生的供热量。当该混合物混有浓度小于0.15的杂质时,其制冷效果影响不大。
这里杂质的定义为,在这种混合物中,除R22,R1270R152a之外,混合物里所混入的任何别种物质。
