Abstract

本发明提供一种环保节能致冷剂产品,该产品按丙烷50~90%,正丁烷10~40%,异丁烷0~20%,正戊烷0~5%的组分比例混合调配而成,本发明作为致冷剂(雪种)用于空调、冰箱等致冷装置,其用量为R-12的1/3,工作压力为R-12的2/3,节能可达30%。由于本环保节能致冷剂的分子中完全不含氯、氟及其它卤原子,对大气臭氧层无破坏作用,可称为真正的绿色产品,使用本发明将具有明显的经济和社会效益。

技术领域
本发明属于致冷设备应用的致冷剂材料。
背景技术
常用的致冷剂(雪种)氟里昂R-12由于分子中含有氯和氟,对大气臭氧层有严重的破坏作用,影响人类健康,对动植物有不良影响,,国际上限制使用氟里昂以保护大气臭氧层。目前推广使用的氟里昂第二代产品R-134a,其分子中不含氯,但还含有氟,,分子中的氢原子化学性质活泼,在排放到大气臭氧层过程中大部分分解了,减少了对大气层的破坏作用,但由于分子中仍然含有氟原子,对大气层还有不良影响作用。为此,人们不断在寻找完全不含氟的新型制冷剂,CN1227245A公开了一种无氟制冷剂及其制备方法,在“开发CFC替代物的趋势”一文(《制冷技术》,1996年03期,第50页)也公开了一些用碳氢化合物(烃类)作为制冷剂的信息,但所公开的都是仅用一种或二种碳氢化合物构成的单质或二元制冷剂,其沸点、压力与常用的致冷剂(雪种)氟里昂R-12相差较大,不能满足制冷要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是研究开发一种其分子中完全不含氯、氟及其他卤原子,对大气臭氧层无破坏作用的,并且具有节能和更好致冷效果的环保节能致冷剂(雪种)。
本发明的环保节能致冷剂,其组分(重量百分比)为:丙烷50~75%,正丁烷10~35%,异丁烷11.9~20%,正戊烷0.08~5%。
本发明的环保节能致冷剂的优选组分(重量百分比)为:丙烷69.50~71.30%,正丁烷15~18.30%,异丁烷11.9~15%,正戊烷0.08~1%。
本发明所说的各成分:丙烷、正丁烷、异丁烷、正戊烷均为从天然气中分离出来,经脱臭除硫处理后而得的气体,将各成分气体按本发明所述的比例混合调配即成为本发明的环保节能致冷剂产品。
经试验,本发明作为致冷剂(雪种)用于空调、冰箱等致冷装置,可达到以下技术效果:其用量为R-12的1/3,工作压力为R-12的2/3,节能可达30%。由于本环保节能致冷剂的分子中完全不含氯、氟及其它卤原子,对大气臭氧层无破坏作用,可称为真正的绿色产品,使用本发明将具有明显的经济和社会效益。
具体实施方式
实施例一
致冷剂的组分比例(重量百分比)为:丙烷71.30%,正丁烷16.70%,异丁烷11.90%,正戊烷0.10%。
实施例二
致冷剂的组分比例(重量百分比)为:丙烷69.50%,正丁烷18.30%,异丁烷12.12%,正戊烷0.08%。
实施例三
致冷剂的组分比例(重量百分比)为:丙烷70.10%,正丁烷17.50%,异丁烷12.29%,正戊烷0.11%。

Claims (2)

1.一种环保节能致冷剂,其特征在于其组分的重量百分比为:丙烷50~75%,正丁烷10~35%,异丁烷11.90~20%,正戊烷0.08~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能致冷剂,其特征在于其组分的重量百分比为:丙烷69.50~71.30%,正丁烷15~18.30%,异丁烷11.90~15%,正戊烷0.08~1%。
