【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种LED灯。 
【背景技术】
LED灯以其高效低耗、节能环保、使用寿命长等特点被广泛使用。在设计LED灯时,主要考虑散热和发光亮度问题。现有的LED灯为了提高发光的亮度和散热性能,在灯体上设有多个反光体单元,反光体单元之间有散热缝隙,这样的方式增加了单个反光体的亮度提高了散热性能,由于LED发光源是有一定的发光角度的,反光折弯边将遮挡发光源向相邻的反光体单元照射,且散热缝隙的存在增加了相邻的反光体单元之间的距离,这样必然使相邻的反光体单元之间的光线无法重叠,导致LED灯照射存在暗区,严重影响照明效果。 
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种散热效果好,照明效果好且无暗区的LED灯。 
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案: 
一种LED灯,包括散热器,所述的散热器上设有散热腔,其特征在于:所述的散热器上设有散热分体,所述的散热分体上向上延伸有散热柱,所述的散热柱上设有多条与所述的散热腔相通的散热导槽,所述的散热导槽内设有电路板,所述的电路板上设有LED灯珠,所述的散热分体上还设有灯罩。 
如上一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热导槽竖向均布在所述的散热柱外表面。 
如上所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热导槽设有3个,为矩形槽。 
如上所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热导槽上设有供所述的电路板插入的卡槽。 
如上所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热分体上设有与散热腔和散热导槽相通的散热孔,所述的散热柱上套有将所述的散热孔遮盖的盖片,所述的散热柱上端设有将散热导槽的上端遮盖的盖帽。 
如上所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的灯罩为烛焰状。 
如上所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的电路板向下伸出所述的散热分体的下端,所述的散热分体下端设有与所述的电路板电连接的电连接板,所述的电连接板上设有电源接入触点。 
如上所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的电连接板上设有插孔,所述的电路板从所述的插孔内伸出电连接板下端面,所述的电连接板上设有与所述的电路板的伸出端电连接的连接触点。 
如上一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热分体的下端设有凸台,所述的凸台上设有外螺纹,所述的散热腔内壁设有与所述的外螺纹相配的内螺纹。 
本发明的有益效果有:LED灯珠设在散热导槽内,散热器的风将直接送至LED灯珠上,散热效果好;相邻散热导槽内的LED灯珠 没有反光面的遮挡,这样灯珠的光线将会重叠,使照射无暗区;通过电连接板将多个电路板电连接并与接入电源,这样就不需要通过导线将多个电路板串联起来,降低了电路的焊接难度。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述: 
如图1至图5所示,一种LED灯,包括散热器1,散热器1上设有散热腔2,散热器2上设有散热分体3,散热分体3可以为铜,散热分体3的下端设有凸台34,凸台34上设有外螺纹35,散热腔2内壁设有与外螺纹35相配的内螺纹21,散热分体3通过螺纹配合安装在散热器2上。散热分体3上设有与散热腔2和散热导槽32相通的散热孔33,散热柱31上套有将散热孔33遮盖的盖片7,散热柱31上端设有将散热导槽32的上端遮盖的盖帽8,开设散热孔33可以增加散热性能,也可以降低其制作成本。散热分体3上向上延伸有散热柱31,散热柱31上设有多条与散热腔2相通的散热导槽32,散热导槽32设有3个,可以为矩形槽,散热导槽32竖向均布在散热柱31外表面。散热导槽32内设有电路板4,散热导槽32上设有供电路 板4插入的卡槽36,电路板4可沿着卡槽36插入到散热导槽32内。电路板4上设有LED灯珠5,散热分体3上还设有灯罩6,灯罩6可以为烛焰状。 
电路板4向下伸出散热分体3的下端,散热分体3下端设有与电路板4电连接的电连接板9,电连接板9为绝缘板如环氧板等,其内设有电路。电连接板9上露出有电源接入触点91,通过电源接入触点91接入外电源。电连接板9上设有插孔92,电路板4从插孔92内伸出电连接板9下端面,电连接板9上设有与电路板4的伸出端电连接的连接触点93,可以通过焊接将连接触点93与电路板4焊接连接,其接线方式简单。

1.一种LED灯,包括散热器(1),所述的散热器(1)上设有散热腔(2),其特征在于:所述的散热器(1)上设有散热分体(3),所述的散热分体(3)上向上延伸有散热柱(31),所述的散热柱(31)上设有多条与所述的散热腔(2)相通的散热导槽(32),所述的散热导槽(32)内设有电路板(4),所述的电路板(4)上设有LED灯珠(5),所述的散热分体(3)上还设有灯罩(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热导槽(32)竖向均布在所述的散热柱(31)外表面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热导槽(32)设有3个,为矩形槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热导槽(32)上设有供所述的电路板(4)插入的卡槽(36)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热分体(3)上设有与散热腔(2)和散热导槽(32)相通的散热孔(33),所述的散热柱(31)上套有将所述的散热孔(33)遮盖的盖片(7),所述的散热柱(31)上端设有将散热导槽(32)的上端遮盖的盖帽(8)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的灯罩(6)为烛焰状。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的电路板(4)向下伸出所述的散热分体(3)的下端,所述的散热分体(3)下端设有与所述的电路板(4)电连接的电连接板(9),所述的电连接板(9)上设有电源接入触点(91)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的电连接板(9)上设有插孔(92),所述的电路板(4)从所述的插孔(92)内伸出电连接板(9)下端面,所述的电连接板(9)上设有与所述的电路板(4)的伸出端电连接的连接触点(93)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于:所述的散热分体(3)的下端设有凸台(34),所述的凸台(34)上设有外螺纹(35),所述的散热腔(2)内壁设有与所述的外螺纹(35)相配的内螺纹(21)。
