本实用新型公开了一种LED灯管,包括由散热器和灯罩相互扣合组成的管体,管体两端设有插针,散热器位于管体内的侧面设有铝基板,铝基板上设有LED,散热器位于管体外的侧面上设有若干垂直于铝基板并与管体轴线平行的散热筋。本实用新型LED灯管上的散热筋垂直于铝基板所在的平面,制作模具时相对容易,而且散热筋与管体轴线相互平行,扩大了散热面积,提高了散热效果,延长了使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种照明工具,尤其涉及一种LED灯管。
背景技术
目前,采用发光二极管(LED)灯管的照明技术已经被广泛应用工业生产或生活中的方方面面。现有的LED灯管一般包括两端开口的透明灯管,灯管内设有多个LED以及插置于灯管内的电路板,透明灯管一般由有机玻璃管或PC管制成。
据统计,现有的LE灯管无论其外形如何,只有将近15%的电能被利用,其余的85%都以热的形式释放,因此,随着亮度的增加LED灯具在使用时会产生发热的问题,从而影响LED发光效应,在发热效应下严重衰减,导致其寿命大大缩短。
中国专利200720141004.7公开了一种LED灯管结构,其主要包括:一灯壳,其上配设有发光二极体LED,而两边设有灯管插头,以及;一金属散热片,设于灯壳的另侧,与发光二极体LED根部相贴触。
该专利公开的LED灯管散热效果欠佳,导致使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种散热效果好、使用寿命长的LED灯管。
一种LED灯管,包括由散热器和灯罩相互扣合组成的管体,管体两端设有插针,散热器位于管体内的侧面设有铝基板,铝基板上设有LED,散热器位于管体外的侧面上设有若干垂直于铝基板并与管体轴线平行的散热筋。
本实用新型提供了一种LED灯管,其散热筋垂直于铝基板所在的平面,制作模具时相对容易,而且散热筋与管体轴线相互平行,扩大了散热面积,提高了散热效果,延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种LED灯管,包括由散热器2和灯罩3围成的管体1,散热器2位于管体1内的一侧设有铝基板9,铝基板9上设有LED10,散热器2位于管体1的一侧设有若干散热筋4。
散热器2上设有与管体1轴线平行的滑道,灯罩3通过滑道与散热器2相互扣合。
散热筋4垂直于铝基板9所在的平面,并4与管体1的轴线平行。
为了防止电源反接,铝基板9上焊接有桥堆8。
管体1的两端套有塑料接头6,塑料接头6内部设有固定片,固定片上设有第一固定杆13和第二固定杆14,第一固定杆13和第二固定杆14分别插入由散热筋4围成的第一固定孔11和第二固定孔12内,从而实现固定。
塑料接头6外壁上套有灯头7,灯头7上设有插针5。
散热器2安装铝基板8的侧面上设有与铝基板8相配合的凹槽,铝基板8置于凹槽内,且铝基板8的厚度与凹槽的高度相一致,外形美观。

1.一种LED灯管,包括由散热器(2)和灯罩(3)相互扣合组成的管体(1),管体(1)两端设有插针(5),散热器(2)位于管体(1)内的侧面设有铝基板(9),铝基板(9)上设有LED(10),其特征在于:所述的散热器(2)位于管体(1)外的侧面上设有若干垂直于铝基板(9)并与管体(1)轴线平行的散热筋(4)。
