Abstract

一种将真空绝热板锚固在外侧模板上的固定方法,其特征在于,在内侧模板上打固定孔;沿内侧模板的横向或纵向排列多个真空绝热板支架,并用固定螺栓穿过固定孔将真空绝热板支架固定在内侧模板的内侧;然后将真空绝热保温板安装在真空绝热板支架上;在该真空绝热板与内侧模板之间留有保护层浇筑间隙。本发明的优点是:利用圆外侧板与圆内侧板之间的空间嵌入相邻的四块真空绝热板的四个角,并用固定螺栓将固定柱顶端与模板固定,在模板与真空绝热板之间形成一个用于浇筑保护层的间隙。固定牢固,定位准确,施工方便。

将真空绝热板锚固在外侧模板上的固定方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种将真空绝热板锚固在外侧模板上的固定方法,用于整体浇注式真空绝热板墙体的施工。
背景技术
现有的外墙保温系统一般是在浇筑后的混凝土墙体表面粘接超薄绝热板,虽然保温效果良好,但也存在一些需要改进的地方,如超薄绝热板在施工时容易被损坏而漏气,同时在粘贴超薄绝热板时费时费力,增加了工作量,工作效率低,另外,与其它保温材料一样,采用粘贴方式无法保证保温系统的使用寿命。
发明内容
    本发明的目的是提供一种将真空绝热板锚固在外侧模板上的固定方法,用于整体浇注式真空绝热板墙体的施工,解决施工中真空绝热板与外侧模板的固定问题,可以有效保护超薄绝热板,避免了在施工过程对真空绝热板的损坏,以提高工作效率。
本发明的技术方案是: 
本发明的优点是:利用圆外侧板与圆内侧板之间的空间嵌入相邻的四块真空绝热板的四个角,并用固定螺栓将固定柱顶端与模板固定,在模板与真空绝热板之间形成一个用于浇筑保护层的间隙。固定牢固,定位准确,施工方便。

具体实施方式
参见图1~图14,本发明一种将真空绝热板锚固在外侧模板上的固定方法,其特征在于,在内侧模板8上打固定孔;沿内侧模板8的横向或纵向排列多个真空绝热板支架(圆支架1和长板支架2),并用固定螺栓穿过内侧模板8上的固定孔将真空绝热板支架固定在内侧模板8的内侧(参见图14);然后将真空绝热保温板7安装在真空绝热板支架上;在该真空绝热板7与内侧模板8之间留有保护层的浇筑间隙9。
所述的绝热保温板支架包括圆支架1和长板支架2。
所述的圆支架1有两种结构:
一种圆支架1的结构参见图3-图6,包括圆外侧板11、圆内侧板13、连杆12和外端设有螺孔16的固定柱14,在圆形的圆外侧板11与圆内侧板13的中心之间设有一根圆柱形的连杆12,在圆内侧板13的另一侧设有与该连杆12同轴线的固定柱14,在该固定柱14的螺孔16内配有用于固定内侧模板8的固定螺栓15。使用时用固定螺栓15将内侧模板8与支架固定柱14的螺孔16连接(事先在内侧模板8上打出与螺孔16对应的通孔),沿内侧模板8的横向或纵向排列多个圆支架1(各圆支架1的位置与真空绝热板7的各角对应);然后将四个相邻的真空绝热板7的角嵌入一个圆支架1的圆外侧板11与圆内侧板13之间(参见图3、图6)。
另一种圆支架1的结构参见图7-图10,在上一实施例的基础上,在圆外侧板11与圆内侧板13之间增设十字板19(相当于用十字板19代替固定柱14),十字板19在使用时用于为与其相邻的四块真空绝热板7的四个角定位(参见图10)。
所述的中长板支架2(参见图11-图13)包括长外侧板21、长内侧板23、长板连杆22和外端设有螺孔26的长板固定柱24,在细长的长外侧板21与长内侧板23之间沿长方向间隔设有多根长板连杆22,在长内侧板23的另一侧设有与长板连杆22同轴线的长板固定柱24,在长板固定柱24的螺孔26内配有固定螺栓25。使用时用固定螺栓25将内侧模板23与长板支架固定柱的螺孔26连接,沿内侧模板4的横向或纵向排列多个长板支架2;然后将真空绝热板7的两个对边嵌入相邻的两个长板支架2的长外侧板21与长内侧板23之间(参见图2),或将真空绝热板7穿过长外侧板21与长内侧板23之间(参见图1)。

Claims (3)

1.一种将真空绝热板锚固在外侧模板上的固定方法,其特征在于,在内侧模板上打固定孔;沿内侧模板的横向或纵向排列多个真空绝热板支架,并用固定螺栓穿过固定孔将真空绝热板支架固定在内侧模板的内侧;然后将真空绝热保温板安装在真空绝热板支架上;在该真空绝热板与内侧模板之间留有保护层浇筑间隙;所述的绝热保温板支架为长板支架,包括长外侧板、长内侧板、长板连杆和外端设有螺孔的长板固定柱,在细长的长外侧板与长内侧板之间间隔设有多根长板连杆,在长内侧板的另一侧设有与长板连杆同轴线的长板固定柱,在长板固定柱的螺孔内配有固定螺栓;使用时用固定螺栓将内侧模板与长板支架固定柱的螺孔连接,沿模板的横向或纵向排列多个长板支架;然后将真空绝热保温板的两个对边嵌入相邻的两个长板支架的长外侧板与长内侧板之间。
2.一种将真空绝热板锚固在外侧模板上的固定方法,其特征在于,在内侧模板上打固定孔;沿内侧模板的横向或纵向排列多个真空绝热板支架,并用固定螺栓穿过固定孔将真空绝热板支架固定在内侧模板的内侧;然后将真空绝热保温板安装在真空绝热板支架上;在该真空绝热板与内侧模板之间留有保护层浇筑间隙;所述的绝热保温板支架为圆支架,包括圆外侧板、圆内侧板、连杆和外端设有螺孔的固定柱,在圆外侧板与圆内侧板的中心之间设有一根连杆,在圆内侧板的另一侧设有与该连杆同轴线的固定柱,在该固定柱的螺孔内配有用于固定内侧模板的固定螺栓;使用时用固定螺栓将内侧模板与支架固定柱的螺孔连接,沿模板的横向或纵向排列多个圆支架;然后将四个相邻的真空绝热保温板的角嵌入的一个圆支架的圆外侧板与圆内侧板之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的将真空绝热板锚固在外侧模板上的固定方法,其特征在于,在所述的圆外侧板与圆内侧板之间设有十字板,用于为真空绝热保温板的角定位。
