背景技术
能源工业的飞速发展,对井下采煤设备的需求量不断增多,国内外开发了多种采煤设备以适应这一要求。然而在设备使用中常常会因为设备的损坏而影响正常工作,因此,尽快研制生产工艺简便、成本低、抗冲击能力强的高强度铸钢用于采煤设备中,是国内外采煤设备生产中尚待解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种成本低、抗冲击能力强适用于采煤设备中的铸钢。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种铸钢,所述一种铸钢的化学成分及其质量百分比为:碳(C):0.15-0.2%;硅(Si):0.3-0.55%;锰(Mn):1.1-1.45%;铬(Cr):0.35-0.5%;镍(Ni):0.4-0.9%;钛(Ti):0.04-0.06%;铼(Re):0.02-0.04%,其余为铁(Fe)组成。
本发明的有益效果是:上述一种铸钢具有成本低、抗冲击能力强的优点。

一种铸钢,所述一种铸钢的化学成分及其质量百分比为:碳(C):0.2%;硅(Si):0.3%;锰(Mn):1.45%;铬(Cr):0.35%;镍(Ni):0.9%;钛(Ti):0.04%;铼(Re):0.04%,其余为铁(Fe)组成。

一种铸钢,所述一种铸钢的化学成分及其质量百分比为:碳(C):0.18%;硅(Si):0.37%;锰(Mn):1.26;铬(Cr):0.44%;镍(Ni):0.56%;钛(Ti):0.047%;铼(Re):0.031%,其余为铁(Fe)组成。
