[0002] 印染废水是我国主要的工业废水之一,具有水量大、色度高、成分复杂等特点,对环境造成严重的污染。按其来源分,印染废水主要包括毛纺厂的染色、缩绒和洗毛过程中产生的以羊毛脂、酸性染料、助剂为主要污染物的废水,棉布印染厂在退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光、染色和印花过程中产生的以浆料、染料、助剂、纤维蜡质和果胶为污染物的废水,苎麻纺织印染厂脱胶、染色和整理过程中产生的以苎麻胶质以及染料和助剂为主要污染物的废水,丝絹纺织厂在缫丝、精练、染色以及整理过程中产生的以丝胶与染料、助剂为污染物的废水,针织厂在碱缩、煮练、染色和后处理时产生的纤维蜡质和染料、助剂为污染物的废水。印染废水成分复杂,色度在10(Γ500倍,化学需氧量(COD)根据废水水质的不同从400mg/L到2500mg/L不等,五日生化需氧量(BOD5)相对较小,可生化性(B0D5/C0D)差,悬浮物达到100〜400mg/L,是较难处理的工业废水之一。
[0003] 我国是印染纺织大国,印染行业作为污水排放大户,占整个工业废水排放量的35%。据不完全统计,我国每天排放的印染废水量为3X IO6〜4X 106m3,使全国各大江河流域受到了不同程度的污染,因此印染工业废水的综合治理及回用问题已成为当务之急。
[0004] 目前,国内 外印染废水处理的单元操作按原理可分为:物理处理法(包括稀释法、自然沉降法、过滤法、吸附法及离心分离法等)、化学处理法(包括中和法、凝聚法、氧化法等)和生物处理法(活性污泥法、喷淋滤池法、生物氧化法等)3大类。我国目前比较成熟的印染废水处理、达标排放的工艺是生化和物化相结合的工艺,具体流程为:印染废水一调节池一中和池一厌氧水解酸化一活性污泥处理一混凝沉淀一达标排放。排放标准一般为《纺织染整工业水污染排放标准》(GB4287-92)的一级排放要求。
[0005] 现有印染废水处理工艺一般采用的是综合处理方式,即将各工艺段或不同车间所产生的废水经收集后进入调节池,然后统一进行后续的综合处理,这就使得废水成份更加复杂,有可能导致各种预处理设施达不到预期效果,从而影响后续的深度处理过程。随着水资源的紧缺,印染废水处理回用显得具有较高的经济效益。因此,国内外均致力于印染废水的回用的研究。
[0006] 现有的超滤膜和反渗透膜技术虽先进,但针对高污染的工业废水呈现处理难度增高,膜污染和通量下降迅速,使用寿命短、成本高的缺点。所以有必要加强进超滤膜前的深度净化处理工序,保障膜的通量和使用寿命,降低印染废水回用的费用和回用系统的稳定性。
发明内容
[0007] 针对现有印染废水处理技术的不足、回用系统运行的成本高和不稳定,本发明提供印染废水回用处理方法。通过该方法,能有效增加系统稳定性、操作简单、成本低廉、能耗低且效率高,所再生的水可回用于印染。
[0008] 本发明分析印染废水水质特征,酸蜡和大提花车间排水呈酸碱性,高盐分、高浓度,处理后用于回用水系统则成本高,增加膜系统的不稳定。故单独收集漂染工段污水,由于盐分低,水质稳定,增加活性炭吸附净化和再生,可满足回用水系统的水质要求,以及降低处理成本,增加超滤和反渗透系统的稳定性。
[0009] 本发明方法包括以下步骤:
[0010] (I)酸蜡车间酸性废水、大提花车间碱性废水和中水系统排水进入收集池中,加入废酸调节pH=9-10,用絮凝剂混凝,再通过沉淀池分离,清液进入生化池处理,水力停留时间Sh以上,曝气溶解氧控制2mg/L以上,处理后的废水达标排放;沉淀池和生化池产生的污泥送至浓缩池浓缩后,加入阳离子聚丙烯酰胺溶液混凝,再送至微滤机中浓缩脱水,产生污泥进板框压滤机进一步脱水,微滤机和板框压滤机产生废水进入生化池处理;
[0011] (2)漂染车间废水进入调节池均质后,加入絮凝剂混凝沉淀,上清液进入生化池处理,生化池包括水解酸化池和接触氧化池,其中水解酸化池停时间8h以上,接触氧化池停留时间24h以上,生化池出水再混凝沉淀;
[0012] (3)步骤(2)处理后的出水每吨投加I kg粉末活性炭,搅拌0.3h〜0.8h,再经板框压滤机过滤,滤液进中水系统处理,分离出活性炭重复使用,饱和后再生回用;
[0013] (4)中水系统依次包含保安过滤器、超滤膜、反渗透膜,步骤(3)中板框压滤机分离出的滤液经中水系统处理产生浓水和中水,所得中水符合回用标准,所得浓水送至步骤(I)中所述收集池与酸蜡车间废水和大提花车间废水混合处理。
[0014] 上述步骤(3)中所述的对饱和的粉末活性炭的再生过程为:对饱和的粉末活性炭加酸调节PH值至0.5〜2,脱掉酸液后,水洗,再送至真空加热炉中并保持氮真空度0.05〜0.08MPa,升温至250〜650°C,然后维持8〜12h,然后打开真空阀放入氮气或二氧化碳冷却。
[0015] 作为一种更优选择,上述再生过程中,还可以在保温8〜12h后,再向活性炭上喷入活性炭质量1%〜5%的水蒸汽。
[0016] 本发明方法中,步骤(3)中板框压滤机分离出滤液色度大于10倍时,需进行活性炭的再生。
[0017] 粉末活性炭处理过程作为超滤、反渗透产中水装置前的预处理,能够对步骤(2)物化出水进行脱色,并截留其中的悬浮物,为后续深度处理提供有力保障。处理后水质指标均值COD值小于60mg/L,色度小于10倍,浊度小于1.0。
[0018] 失活的活性炭经再生处理后,可达到《木质净水用活性炭》(GB/T 13804.2-1999)二级品质量标准,亚甲蓝吸附量大于105mg/g活性炭。再生成本低,再生效果好,再生次数多达30次。

[0020] ①将不同来源、不同工段的印染废水进行分类,根据各类废水的污染特性采用不同的处理工艺进行处理,以提高各类印染废水预处理效果,以实现整个处理工艺的最优化,从而达到污染物削减量的最大化;
[0021] ②本发明通过将粉末活性炭处理和超滤、反渗透工艺结合在一起,有效解决了印染废水深度处理问题,水质中COD值、pH值、色度、SS、总硬度等指标均达到印染行业中水回用标准,而且由于活性炭再生方法,粉末活性炭可以再生30余次,使得整体方法经济,便于大规模推广。
具体实施方式
[0022] 以下为本发明的一个9000m3/d印染废水分质处理及回用工程案例:
[0023] 某印染纺织污水处理厂,包括一期污水处理系统(5000m3/d)和二期中水回用处理系统(4000m3/d)。
[0024] I大提花废水及浓水处理系统
[0025] 1500m3/d的酸蜡车间酸性废水,大提花车间2500m3/d碱性废水,中水系统含膜浓水及冲洗水IOOOmVd,三股废水泵至浓水收集池中搅拌混合。再加硫酸亚铁I〜3kg/t废水,加酸控制pH值10,形成氢氧化亚铁沉淀,再加2g/t废水的聚丙烯酰胺溶絮凝。经过沉淀池分离泥水,上清液流入生化池处理,停留时间8h,曝气溶解氧控制2mg/L以上。经生化处理后污染物大量去除,排水达到排放标准。所有的污泥进浓缩池浓缩,再抽至加药罐,加入阳离子聚丙烯酰胺5g/t待处理污泥量,送至微滤机中浓缩脱水,污泥再进板框压滤机脱水,含水70%污泥外运,脱水进入生化池处理。优化工艺为投加聚铁絮凝剂进一步物化加药水质稳定达标。·

[0027] 水量较大的漂染车间生产废水4000m3/d收集进入调节池,投加硫酸亚铁I〜2kg/吨废水,控制pH值9〜10,通过硫酸亚铁形成氢氧化亚铁沉淀,完成混凝物化处理,同时每吨水加入含1.5g聚丙烯酰胺助絮凝,在初沉池进行污泥沉淀,上清液流至生化池。生化池包括水解酸化池和接触氧化池。水解酸化池停留时间8h,内置生物带和厌氧污泥,接触氧化池水力停留时间24h,生化池出水加入纯铝盐絮凝剂0.5kg/吨废水进行混凝沉淀处理,可进一步降低出水中各类污染物质浓度,为后续中水系统减轻负荷、增强系统稳定性。处理出水达到《纺织染整工业水污染排放标准》(GB4287-92)表3中II级标准。
[0028] 3活性炭吸附处理系统
[0029] 漂染车间废水经过2所述的流程处理后,排水水质指标COD值100〜180mg/L,SS15〜40mg/L,色度低于50倍。再按每吨水投加Ikg的粉末活性炭(粒度小于0.175mm),搅拌0.3h〜0.8h,泵入板框压滤机过滤,活性炭层能截留大部分悬浮物,板框过滤后滤液的COD值、色度、浊度都大大降低,板框分离的活性炭,可重复投加污水中使用3次以上。
[0030] 当COD值的去除率小于60%或滤液色度大于10倍时,说明活性炭吸附量趋于饱和后,粉末活性炭用酸调节PH=0.5〜2,搅拌20〜40分钟,脱掉酸液后置于真空加热装置中,保持真空度0.05MPa〜0.08MPa,升温至250〜650°C后,再保持8〜12h。下面是再生的一个具体工程实例。
[0031] 在IOm3耐腐蚀容器中,向It湿活性炭添加浓度36.5wt%盐酸20L,加入4t水,pH值在2,电机搅拌30min ;液态活性炭用泵送入过滤面积25平方米的不锈钢板框中,压滤脱去酸性水,再补充5t水洗去酸;脱水呈酸性水加碱中和后,进污水处理站。将脱酸后湿活性炭置入真空加热炉膛内,持续升温并保持较低的真空度0.05MPa,2.5h后温度升至600°C后,稳定温度和压力,保持8h。然后充氮气冷却至室温。
[0032] 通过上述步骤得到的再生活性炭,净化污水和进行亚甲蓝吸附指标检验。原水COD值295mg/L,浊度48.5,颜色为淡黄色,新活性炭和再生活性炭投加量Ig每升水,对COD值的去除率都可达到75%以上,去除浊度达90%以上,出水均为无色。重复使用、重复再生30次后,吸附能力无衰退,对COD值的去除率都可达到75%以上。
[0033] 作为优化工艺,在保温8h后,可增加水蒸气活化工序,打开炉外供汽阀,通过放在活性炭层底层的穿孔管,喷入少量的水蒸气,喷水量30kg,保持炉内正压和高温30min。然后充氮气,维持正常压力,冷却至室温。

[0036] 反渗透系统采用一级二段处理,驱动压力1.5MPa,水回收率65%。经过反渗透膜系统处理后的出水位中水,色度0,浊度小于0.1NTU,C0D值小于20mg/L,电导率小于60us/cm,回水指标优于自来水的电导率和色度。

Claims (4)
1.一种印染废水回用处理方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤: (1)酸蜡车间酸性废水、大提花车间碱性废水和中水系统排水进入收集池中,加入废酸调节pH=9-10,用絮凝剂混凝,再通过沉淀池分离,清液进入生化池处理,水力停留时间8h以上,曝气溶解氧控制2mg/L以上,处理后的废水达标排放;沉淀池和生化池产生的污泥送至浓缩池浓缩后,加入阳离子聚丙烯酰胺溶液混凝,再送至微滤机中浓缩脱水,产生污泥进板框压滤机进一步脱水,微滤机和板框压滤机产生废水进入生化池处理; (2)漂染车间废水进入调节池均质后,加入絮凝剂混凝沉淀,上清液进入生化池处理,生化池包括水解酸化池和接触氧化池,其中水解酸化池停时间8h以上,接触氧化池停留时间24h以上,生化池出水再混凝沉淀; (3)步骤(2)处理后的出水每吨投加Ikg粉末活性炭,搅拌0.3h〜0.8h,再经板框压滤机过滤,滤液进中水系统处理,分离出粉末活性炭重复使用,饱和后再生回用; (4)中水系统依次包含保安过滤器、超滤膜、反渗透膜,步骤(3)中板框压滤机分离出的滤液经中水系统处理产生浓水和中水,所得中水符合回用标准,所得浓水送至步骤(I)中所述收集池与酸蜡车间废水和大提花车间废水混合处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中板框压滤机分离出滤液色度大于10倍时,进行活性炭的再生。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中对饱和的粉末活性炭的再生过程为:对失活的粉末活性炭加酸调节pH值至0.5〜2,脱掉酸液后,水洗,再送至真空加热炉中并保持真空度0.05〜0.08Mpa,升温至250〜650°C,然后维持8〜12h。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,再生过程中,在保温8〜12h后,再向活性炭上喷入活性炭质量1%〜5%`的水蒸汽。
