技术领域
本发明涉及瓶子粗坯加工配件,特别涉及一种可减少冲压压力的冲压总成。
背景技术
瓶子粗坯的加工一般分为吹吹法和压吹法两种方法,压吹法是将瓶子通过冲压总成压一次,再吹一次即可形成瓶子粗坯;现有的冲压总成是由口模、口圈和冲头三部分组成,但现有的冲压总成由于结构设计不够合理,会导致很多问题,影响到瓶子的加工质量。
比如现有的冲头行程过长,不仅会增大冲头压力,还不利于控制产品重量。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供了一种可减少冲头压力、并利于控制产品重量的冲压总成。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种可减少冲压压力的冲压总成,包括口模、口圈与冲头,在口模与口圈内分别设有供冲头进出移动的第一通孔和第二通孔,口圈设置在口模内,冲头套设在第一通孔、第二通孔内且冲头的头部露出于口模,冲头下部的凸环抵住口圈,口圈底端与口模底端之间的间距为0.8~1.1cm。
为了使冲头移动更加顺利,作为优选,在口模底部冲头入口处,第一通孔的内径由大变小;在口圈底部冲头入口处,第二通孔的内径由大变小。
采用了上述技术方案的本发明的有益效果是:
本发明调整了口模底端与口圈底端之间的间距,使得缩短了冲头的行程,从而可以减少冲头压力,并利于控制产品重量。

本发明的具体实施方式如下:
实施例:一种可减少冲压压力的冲压总成,如图1所示,包括口模1、口圈2与冲头3,在口模1与口圈2内分别设有供冲头进出移动的第一通孔4和第二通孔5,口圈2设置在口模1内。冲头3套设在第一通孔4、第二通孔5内且冲头3的头部露出于口模1外,冲头3下部的凸环30抵住口圈2,凸环30为口圈2所止挡,口圈2底端与口模1底端之间的间距d1为1.0cm。
在口模底部冲头入口11处,第一通孔4的内径由大变小;在口圈底部冲头入口12处,第二通孔5的内径由大变小。

1.一种可减少冲压压力的冲压总成,其特征是:包括口模、口圈与冲头,在口模与口圈内分别设有供冲头进出移动的第一通孔和第二通孔,口圈设置在口模内,冲头套设在第一通孔、第二通孔内且冲头的头部露出于口模,冲头下部的凸环抵住口圈,口圈底端与口模底端之间的间距为0.8~1.1cm;在口模底部冲头入口处,第一通孔的内径由大变小;在口圈底部冲头入口处,第二通孔的内径由大变小。
