本发明涉及厨房用具领域，特别是涉及一种自动洗碗机脱水装置。
背景技术
    洗碗机是用来自动清洗碗、筷、盘、碟、刀、叉等餐具的设备，按结构可分为箱式和传送式两大类。它为餐厅、家庭减轻了劳动强度，提高了工作效率；其中洗碗机的脱水装置是一个重要的组成部分，现有的脱水装置功能单一、效率低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种自动洗碗机脱水装置，能够在清洗时，使餐具与水充分接触，脱水时，能够快速脱水，结构简单，效率高。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种自动洗碗机脱水装置，包括机箱和碗架，机箱底部开有排水口，所述机箱内设有脱水机构，所述脱水机构包括脱水电机、旋转筒、支撑轴、防水轴承和转轴，所述脱水电机和防水轴承固定在机箱底部，转轴设置在防水轴承内，脱水电机与转轴通过皮带连接，所述旋转筒固定在转轴上；所述支撑轴水平固定在旋转筒侧壁上，支撑轴与旋转筒侧壁之间设有轴承，支撑轴轴线穿过旋转筒圆心，所述碗架水平固定在支撑轴上；所述旋转筒上均匀分布有出水口。
优选的是，所述排水口处设有电控阀门。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明能够在清洗时，使餐具与水充分接触，脱水时，能够快速脱水，效率高。

一种自动洗碗机脱水装置，包括机箱1和碗架5，机箱1底部开有排水口2，所述排水口2处设有电控阀门10；所述机箱1内设有脱水机构，所述脱水机构包括脱水电机8、旋转筒3、支撑轴4、防水轴承7和转轴，所述脱水电机8和防水轴承7固定在机箱1底部，转轴设置在防水轴承7内，脱水电机8与转轴通过皮带9连接，所述旋转筒3固定在转轴上；所述支撑轴4水平固定在旋转筒3侧壁上，支撑轴4与旋转筒3侧壁之间设有轴承，支撑轴4轴线穿过旋转筒3圆心，所述碗架5水平固定在支撑轴4上；所述旋转筒3上均匀分布有出水口6。本发明在清洗时，脱水电机8通过皮带9带动转轴转动，使得旋转筒3带动碗架5旋转，使餐具与水充分接触；脱水时，利用离心力使餐具快速脱水，脱水装置结构简单，效率高。
