本发明涉及厨房用具领域，特别是涉及一种洗碗机喷淋装置。
背景技术
洗碗机是用来自动清洗碗、筷、盘、碟、刀、叉等餐具的设备，按结构可分为箱式和传送式两大类。它为餐厅、家庭减轻了劳动强度，提高了工作效率；其中洗碗机的喷淋装置是最为重要的组成部分，现有的喷淋装置只能在固定角度喷淋，餐具清洗范围小，效果不明显。
授权公告号CN2836713Y名称为节水餐具冲洗机，它可用半自动的方法将各种餐具用液体冲洗干净，但是该结构还是不能满足现有餐厅、家庭的劳动强度。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种洗碗机喷淋装置，能够多方位多角度清洗餐具，清洗范围广，清洗效果明显。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：提供一种洗碗机喷淋装置，包括机箱、机门、支撑轴和碗架，所述机箱内设有旋转筒、喷淋机构和传感器，所述碗架通过支撑轴水平固定在旋转筒内，支撑轴与旋转筒侧壁之间设有轴承；所述喷淋机构包括偏转电机、高压水泵和固定在机门上的喷水管；所述高压水泵固定在机箱侧壁上，高压水泵与喷水管通过水管连接，喷水管上开有喷水孔；所述偏转电机固定在旋转筒侧壁上，并与支撑轴一端连接。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明能够多角度清洗餐具，清洗范围广，清洗效果明显。

一种洗碗机喷淋装置，包括机箱2、机门1、支撑轴8和碗架7，所述机箱2内设有旋转筒9、喷淋机构和传感器5，所述碗架7通过支撑轴8水平固定在旋转筒9内，支撑轴8与旋转筒9侧壁之间设有轴承；所述喷淋机构包括偏转电机6、高压水泵10和固定在机门1上的喷水3管；所述高压水泵10固定在机箱2侧壁上，高压水泵10与喷水管3通过水管连接，喷水管3上开有喷水孔4；所述偏转电机6固定在旋转筒9侧壁上，并与支撑轴8一端连接。清洗餐具时，高压水泵10将水从喷水管3上喷淋到餐具上，偏转电机6使碗架7偏转一定角度，使得喷淋范围扩大，增大清洗范围，从而提高清洗效果，当传感器5感知到机箱2内水位到达设计高度时，喷淋结束，本发明能够多角度清洗餐具，清洗范围广，清洗效果明显。
