背景技术
从现在起到2020年将是我国卫生事业发展的关键时期。工业化、城镇化、人口老龄化、疾病谱改变以及生态环境的变化，给居民健康带来新的严峻挑战。同时，随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高，人民群众对医疗卫生服务将提出更高要求。目前，在我国卫生服务体系中还存在着医疗服务费用增长过快、医疗服务可及性差、医疗资源配置不均衡、卫生服务效率不高、医疗服务质量参差不齐等问题，如果不进行改革，将难以应对这些新的挑战。深化医药卫生体制改革事关百姓切身利益和社会和谐发展。

为了克服现有技术的缺陷，本发明提供以下技术方案：
一种医学科研教育系统，通过网络及时掌握各医疗单位的医疗技术与业务开展情况，了解医疗卫生单位的教学及医疗科研的状况与进展，所述通过外网联接，简历比较完备的网络化医学文献数据库系统，发展数字医学图书馆，开展远程医学教育、远程医疗咨询服务。
作为本发明的优选技术方案，所述医学科研教育系统包括医学情报检索、医学数字图书馆系统以及医学科研咨询服务系统。
