本发明涉及汽车产品检测的技术领域,具体为一种改进的检具结构。
背景技术
在采用检具对汽车零部件进行检测时,要把汽车零部件放置在检具上,对零部件进行检测,在检查前要对零部件进行定位,在进行零部件的端部精度检测时,现有的检测方法是通过量具测量出零部件的端部与模拟块的位置公差,从而确定出零部件的端部的精度,以对零部件后续的加工处理提供准确的数据,当零部件的端部要求的检测精度较高时,这种检测方法由于人工估测的因素较多,测出来的数据不够准确,无法保证汽车零部件的检测质量。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种改进的检具结构,提高了零部件的检测精度,为零部件后续的加工处理提供更为准确的数据,保证了汽车零部件的检测质量。
其技术方案是这样的,一种改进的检具结构,其包括检测模拟块,其特征在于:所述检测模拟块上对应工件的端部位置设置有检测块,所述检测块位置高出所述工件的定位位置。
本发明的上述结构中,由于检测模拟块上对应工件的端部位置设置有检测块,检测块位置高出工件的定位位置,通过模拟块上检测块与工件的位置差,精确地测量出工件的端部的偏差,为零部件后续的加工处理提供更为准确的数据,保证了汽车零部件的检测质量。

具体实施方式
见图1,一种改进的检具结构,其包括检测模拟块1,检测模拟块1上对应工件3的端部位置设置有检测块2,检测块位置高出工件3的定位位置。工件3定位后,在检测块上准确地显示工件的位置差,精确地测量出工件的端部的偏差,为零部件后续的加工处理提供更为准确的数据,保证了汽车零部件的检测质量。
