本发明涉及一种保温装置,具体为坩埚熔解炉保温装置。
背景技术
常用的坩埚熔解炉结构比较简单,尤其是保温层,只有一层保温砖,保温效果不好。坩埚炉热量容易散发到四周空气中,浪费了能源。并且附加常规保温层,对坩埚炉日常维护和维修也较为麻烦。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种安装简单、保温效果好的保温装置,具体技术方案为,坩埚熔解炉保温装置,包括由陶瓷纤维制成的保温层,保温层外有铁网作为支架,保温层和铁网用螺丝固定在坩埚熔解炉体上。
本发明提供的坩埚熔解炉保温装置安装简单,拆卸方便,并且保温效果好。
