一种LED路灯,包括上壳体和下壳体,在下壳体的中部具有一内凹的腔室形成反光罩,反光罩部开有LED灯孔,所述下壳体上固定有散热,LED灯珠安装在散热器上,下壳体底部及四周开有通风口。本发明的LED路灯,将整个外壳采用铝合金板整体铝拉伸制得,大大减少了原材料的消耗,降低成本,减轻重量,将原有的散热片底面固定在外壳上,使散热片上的热量迅速传导出去散发掉,让整个外壳变成一个大的散热器,在外壳上开通风孔,既散热又防水,不需增大散热片面积,不增加成本,不需加装风扇,延长其使用寿命。

本发明涉及灯具领域,尤其涉及一种LED路灯。
背景技术
目前,现有的LED 路灯的外壳分为上下两部分,上下部分由铝铸造而成,中部具有中空部,中空部安装有反光罩,由于重量大,不利于高空安装,并且外壳内空间有限,散热效果差。LED 灯具的散热效果直接影响LED 灯的使用寿命,为解决散热问题,有些在外壳内加装风扇,散热片进行主动散热,但风扇电机寿命较短,易坏,维修率高,不防水,影响LED 寿命,噪音较大,耗电大,不节能。 
发明内容
为了克服现有的LED路灯存在的上述不足和缺陷,本发明提供了一种种重量轻,直接散热,节约原材料的LED路灯。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种LED路灯,包括上壳体和下壳体,在下壳体的中部具有一内凹的腔室形成反光罩,反光罩部开有LED 灯孔,所述下壳体上固定有散热,LED 灯珠安装在散热器上。
所述下壳体底部及四周开有通风口。
本发明的LED路灯,将整个外壳采用铝合金板整体铝拉伸制得,大大减少了原材料的消耗,降低成本,减轻重量,将原有的散热片底面固定在外壳上,使散热片上的热量迅速传导出去散发掉,让整个外壳变成一个大的散热器,在外壳上开通风孔,既散热又防水,不需增大散热片面积,不增加成本,不需加装风扇,延长其使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本发明的LED路灯的结构如图1和图2所示,包括上壳体l 和下壳体2,所述上壳体l和下壳体2 采用铝合金板拉伸而成,在下壳体2 的中部具有一内凹的腔室4 ,形成反光罩,反光罩部开有LED 灯孔5,所述下壳体上固定有散热器3, LED 灯珠6 安装在散热器上,并从灯孔中伸出,所述下壳体底部及四周开有通风口7。将整个外壳采用铝合金板整体铝拉伸制得,大大减少了原材料的消耗,降低成本,减轻重量,将原有的散热片底面固定在外壳上,使散热片上的热量迅速传导出去散发掉,让整个外壳变成一个大的散热器,在外壳上开通风孔,既散热又防水,不需增大散热片面积,不增加成本,不需加装风扇,延长其使用寿命。

1.一种LED路灯,其特征在于:包括上壳体(l)和下壳体(2),在下壳体(2)的中部具有一内凹的腔室(4)形成反光罩,反光罩部开有LED 灯孔(5),所述下壳体上固定有散热(3), LED灯珠(6)安装在散热器上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED路灯,其特征在于:所述下壳体(2)底部及四周开有通风口(7)。
