本发明涉及机械制动器技术领域,一种制动力自增机械式制动器。
背景技术
机械式制动器背景技术主要有外抱瓦块、内涨蹄式、带式及盘块式四种结构,其主要问题是制动可靠性较差、温升较高、结构复杂、形体大及价格高。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种制动力矩能随起重量增加而自动增加、形体小、造价低,能适应矿井、钢铁、冶金及运输等等工业部门的需要,一种制动力自增机械式制动器。
实现制动力矩能随起重量增加而自动增加是机械式制动器的重要、有价值的创新,因为这是背景技术国内、外机械式制动器不可能实现的技术特征。
技术方案
本发明实现制动力矩能随起重量增加而自动增加的技术方案是制动件采用了双组钢球V型槽装置、摩擦副与弹簧组合的结构创新,其中:双组钢球V型槽装置是根据机械无级变速器中钢球V型槽自动加压装置改进的(见于阮忠唐《机械无级变速器》90页):第一组由主动V型槽盘、中间盘一侧从动V型槽盘及居于二盘V型槽面中间的钢球组成,其中中间盘与锥盘联接;第二组由中间盘另一侧主动V型槽盘、第二从动V型槽盘及居于二盘V型槽面中间的钢球组成,钢球均布在保持架上。其工作原理:通电时,输入轴上第一组主动V型槽盘的V型槽面对钢球产生正压力,其轴向分力推动中间盘从动V型槽盘使摩擦副分离(轴向距离x),制动力矩消失,其周向分力用以驱动与第二组从动V型槽盘联接的输出轴作功,显然第一组钢球V型槽装置功能是离合器器,第二组钢球V型槽装置功能是联轴器;在起升中断电时,输入轴仃止,重物产生的扭矩使第二(组)从动V型槽盘的V型槽面对钢球产生正压力,其轴向分力使摩擦副压紧,产生的制动力矩等于重物产生的扭矩,因而制动力矩要多大有多大,大到摩擦副压溃为止,保证电机一直处于高可靠的制动状态。
有益效果:
本发明比之背景技术其创造性在于:
(1)制动力矩要多大有多大,保证处于高可靠的制动状态;
(2)由于制动件装在机壳内,因而制动时无火花;
(3)结构简单、机加工工艺性能好、制造成本约为现有技术的45-50%。

具体实施方式下面结合附图对本发明详加描述:
参照图1.2.与3.一种制动力自增机械式制动器,包括前箱体(1)、输入轴(2)、后箱体(10)及输出轴(14),所述的前箱体(1)与后箱体(10)联接一体,所述的输入轴(2)用轴承(3)支承在前箱体(1)内孔,所述输出轴(14)用轴承(13)支承在后箱体(10)内孔,其特征在于:前、后箱体(1、10)联接的内腔装置双组V型槽盘机构、摩擦副及复位弹簧(11),其中:
(I)所述的摩擦副包括内锥体(7)与锥盘(6),其中内锥体(7)联接在前箱体(1)内孔,锥盘(6)与双组V型槽盘机构的中间盘(8)联接;
(II)所述双组V型槽盘机构中,第一组主动V型槽盘(4)联接在输入轴(2)上,中间盘(8)一侧为第一从动V型槽盘、置于二V型槽之间有钢球(5),第二(组)从动V型槽盘(9)与输出轴(14)外花键滑动联接上,中间盘(8)另一侧为第二(组)主动V型槽盘、置于二V型槽之间有钢球(15),钢球均布在保持架上,钢球数与主、从动V型盘槽数相等;
(III)所述复位弹簧(11)一端靠紧杯型弹簧座(12)内底,另一端靠紧第二(组)从动V型槽盘(9)端面,复位弹簧(11)使锥盘(6)与内锥体(7)摩擦副压紧,所述的杯型弹簧座(12)外端面靠紧输出轴(14)轴肩上,所述的杯型弹簧座(12)开口端与第二(组)从动V型槽盘(9)间隙为x。
制动件工作原理:通电时,输入轴上第一组主动V型槽盘的V型槽面对钢球产生正压力,其轴向分力推动从动V型槽盘使摩擦副分离(轴向距离x),制动力矩消失,其周向分力用以驱动与第二组从动V型槽盘联接的输出轴作功,显然第二组钢球V型槽装置功能是联轴器;在起升中断电时,输入轴仃止,重物产生的扭矩使第二组从动V型槽盘的V型槽面对钢球产生正压力,其轴向分力使摩擦副压紧而产生的制动力矩等于重物产生的扭矩,因而制动力矩要多大有多大,保证处于高可靠制动状态。

1.一种制动力自增机械式制动器,包括前箱体(1)、输入轴(2)、后箱体(10)及输出轴(14),所述的前箱体(1)与后箱体(10)联接一体,所述的输入轴(2)用轴承(3)支承在前箱体(1)内孔,所述输出轴(14)用轴承(13)支承在后箱体(10)内孔,其特征在于:前、后箱体(1、10)联接的内腔装置双组V型槽盘机构、摩擦副及复位弹簧(11),其中:
(I)所述的摩擦副包括内锥体(7)与锥盘(6),其中内锥体(7)联接在前箱体(1)内孔,锥盘(6)与双组V型槽盘机构的中间盘(8)联接;
(II)所述双组V型槽盘机构中,第一组主动V型槽盘(4)联接在输入轴(2)上,中间盘(8)一侧为第一从动V型槽盘、置于二V型槽之间有钢球(5),第二(组)从动V型槽盘(9)与输出轴(14)外花键滑动联接上,中间盘(8)另一侧为第二(组)主动V型槽盘、置于二V型槽之间有钢球(15),钢球均布在保持架上,钢球数与主、从动V型盘槽数相等;
(III)所述复位弹簧(11)一端靠紧杯型弹簧座(12)内底,另一端靠紧第二(组)从动V型槽盘(9)端面,复位弹簧(11)使锥盘(6)与内锥体(7)摩擦副压紧,所述的杯型弹簧座(12)外端面靠紧输出轴(14)轴肩上,所述的杯型弹簧座(12)开口端与第二(组)从动V型槽盘(9)间隙为x。
