技术领域
本发明涉及石油开采抽油泵,特别涉及一种潜油球塞泵。
背景技术
传统的石油开采抽油泵,其结构为往复柱塞或离心式,这种结构的抽油泵,为油田开采抽油工程做出了贡献,但其同时存在着如下的缺点或不足:①效率低,能耗高;②管柱偏磨;③易气锁;④占地面积大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种潜油球塞泵,采用配流座、球活塞、定子、转子体相组合、径向旋转往复的结构,有效地克服或避免上述现有技术中存在的缺点或不足。
本发明所述的潜油球塞泵,包括吸入口配流阀、配流座、球活塞、定子、转子体、排出口配流阀。所述定子内腔安装有转子体,定子和转子体的端部安装有配流座与转子体和定子固定在一起,转子体的中部安装有球活塞,端部分别安装有吸入口配流阀和排出口配流阀,所述定子内壁设有圆弧形椭圆轨道,球活塞在定子内壁的圆弧形椭圆轨道上随转子体而旋转滚动。
其中,所述转子体的中部设有径向孔,其中安装有球活塞。所述球活塞安装于转子体中的球活塞至少为两个。所述配流座与定子通过螺栓固定在一起。所述吸入口配流阀和排出口配流阀相互连通。
本发明与现有技术相比较具有如下优点:
1、设计合理,结构简单,性能安全可靠
2、效率高,能耗低;
3、防偏磨;
4、排量范围广;
5、适应低渗透油井。

具体实施方式
参阅图1-图2,一种潜油球塞泵,包括吸入口配流阀1、配流座2、球活塞3、定子4、转子体5、排出口配流阀6。定子4内腔安装有转子体5,定子4和转子体5的端部安装有配流座2与转子体5和定子4固定在一起,转子体5的中部安装有球活塞3,端部分别安装有吸入口配流阀1和排出口配流阀6,所述定子3内壁设有圆弧形椭圆轨道,球活塞3在定子4内壁的圆弧形椭圆轨道上随转子体5而旋转滚动。
转子体5的中部设有径向孔,其中安装有球活塞3,该球活塞3在转子体5带动下一起旋转,作椭圆轨迹运动。球活塞2安装于转子体5中的球活塞3至少为两个,图中表示为四个。配流座2与定子4通过螺栓固定在一起。吸入口配流阀1和排出口配流阀6相互连通。
运行时,当转子体转动时,同时也带动在其径向孔中的球活塞3一起旋转,球活塞3在其离心力作用下,紧贴在定子4内壁内的圆弧形轨道上高速滚动。由于圆弧形轨道是椭圆,球活塞3便作椭圆轨迹运动。
当球活塞3从小半径往大半径运动时,转子径向空间加大,产生真空,此时吸入口配流阀1打开,排出口配流阀6关闭,产生吸液;当球活塞3从大半径往小半径运动时,转子体5径向空间压缩,产生挤压,此时吸入口配流阀1关闭,排出口配流阀6打开,产生排液。

1.一种潜油球塞泵,包括吸入口配流阀、配流座、球活塞、定子、转子体、排出口配流阀,其特征在于所述定子内腔安装有转子体,定子和转子体的端部安装有配流座与转子体和定子固定在一起,转子体的中部安装有球活塞,端部分别安装有吸入口配流阀和排出口配流阀,所述定子内壁设有圆弧形椭圆轨道,球活塞在定子内壁的圆弧形椭圆轨道上随转子体而旋转滚动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的潜油球塞泵,其特征在于所述转子体的中部设有径向孔,其中安装有球活塞。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的潜油球塞泵,其特征在于所述球活塞安装于转子体中的球活塞至少为两个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的潜油球塞泵,其特征在于所述配流座与定子通过螺栓固定在一起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的潜油球塞泵,其特征在于所述吸入口配流阀和排出口配流阀相互连通。
