Abstract

本发明提供了一种小型搅拌输浆机。在一个灰浆桶内悬拌一台电泵，该电泵的不同之处在于底部装有搅拌器，可以搅拌灰浆，待灰浆搅拌均匀，电泵可以通过泵体上的吸入孔吸入灰浆，将灰浆通过输送管送到瓦工抹灰用的自动抹灰板上。该小型搅拌输浆机体积小，重量轻，可以单独进行搅拌，也可以在搅拌的同时通过电泵输送灰浆，大大提高工作效率。

本发明涉及一种小型搅拌输浆机，属于建筑机械领域。 
背景技术
当前建筑领域的搅拌机和输浆机都是分体机，机器大且笨重，虽然能够进行大范围作业，但是不适合瓦工单独灵活地使用。在实际建筑施工中，尤其是瓦工抹墙作业中，亟需一种体积小，效率高，既可搅拌灰浆又能输送灰浆的小型机械。 
发明内容
为了在抹墙工作中方便瓦工搅拌输浆，本发明提供了一种小型搅拌输浆机。 
本发明所采用的技术方案是：在一个灰浆桶内通过十字挂架和挂杆悬拌一台电泵，该电泵的不同之处在于底部装有搅拌器，可以搅拌灰浆，待灰浆搅拌均匀后，电泵可以通过泵体上的吸入孔吸入灰浆，将灰浆通过输送管送到瓦工抹灰用的自动抹灰板上(本人的另一专利)。 
本发明的有益效果是：小型搅拌输浆机体积小，重量轻，可以单独进行搅拌，也可以在搅拌的同时通过电泵输送灰浆，将灰浆均匀得输送到瓦工使用的自动抹灰板上，省却了人工搅拌灰浆输送灰浆的麻烦，可以大大提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
圆柱状灰浆桶内通过十字挂架和挂杆悬拌一台特制电泵，该电泵的不同之处在于底部装有搅拌器，接通电源后可以单独搅拌灰浆，也可以在搅拌的同时通过电泵输送灰浆，将灰浆均匀得输送到瓦工使用的自动抹灰板上，供瓦工抹墙使用。

1.一种小型搅拌输浆机，其特征在于：在一个灰浆桶内通过十字挂架和挂杆悬拌一台电泵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型搅拌输浆机，其特征在于：电泵的不同之处在于底部装有搅拌器，可以搅拌灰浆，待灰浆搅拌均匀后，电泵可以通过泵体上的吸入孔吸入灰浆，将灰浆通过输送管送到瓦工抹灰用的自动抹灰板上。
