一种阻燃的导电不饱和聚酯模塑料,属于高分子材料技术领域。其是由以下重量份数的原料构成:不饱和聚酯树脂45~47份;低收缩添加剂25~29份;不饱和的烯烃单体0.6~1.2份;引发剂0.51~0.78份;阻聚剂0.006~0.007份;金属氧化物0.11~0.14份;填料125~170份;阻燃剂5~9份;金属磷酸盐2~4份;脱模剂2.3~2.9份;增强纤维32~37份;特种导电碳黑1~2份。具有强度好、收缩低、能有效消除电荷累积的特点。经过测试,弯曲强度85MPa,冲击强度32KJ/m2,收缩率小于0.15%,垂直燃烧(UL-94-V-03mm)V-0。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃的导电不饱和聚酯模塑料。
技术背景
由于塑料制品长时间使用后容易形成电荷积累或称静电积累,因此在一定程度上限制了其应用范围,例如在防火、防静电要求严格的场合以及对某些防静电要求严苛的产品特别是电气产品,使用塑料十分谨慎。鉴此开发具有防静电效果并且还具有优异的强度和收缩低的导电不饱和聚酯模塑料具有积极意义。为此,本申请人作了长期的探索与尝试,下面将要介绍的技术方案便是在这种背景下产生的。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种有利于避免在长时间使用后产生电荷累积而藉以消除静电和有利于改善强度并有益于体现收缩低的阻燃的导电不饱和聚酯模塑料。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种阻燃的导电不饱和聚酯模塑料,其是由以下重量份数的原料构成:
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述的不饱和聚酯树脂为间苯型不饱和聚酯树脂,所述的低收缩添加剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯型低收缩添加剂,该低收缩添加剂的固含量为39~40%。
在本发明的另一个具体的实施例中,所述的不饱和烯烃单体为邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯单体。
在本发明的又一个具体的实施例中,所述的引发剂为过氧化苯二异丙苯,所述的阻聚剂为对苯醌。
在本发明的再一个具体的实施例中,所述的金属氧化物为氧化钙,所述的填料为石粉。
在本发明的还有一个具体的实施例中,所述的阻燃剂为八溴二苯醚或八溴二苯乙烷。
在本发明的更而一个具体的实施例中,所述的金属磷酸盐为聚磷酸铵。
在本发明的进而一个具体的实施例中,所述的脱模剂为硬脂酸锂。
在本发明的又更而一个具体的实施例中,所述的增强纤维为长度为3mm的无碱玻璃纤维。

本发明提供的阻燃的导电不饱和聚酯模塑料具有强度好、收缩低、能有效消除电荷累积的特点。经过测试,弯曲强度 85MPa,冲击强度(无缺口)32KJ/m2,收缩率小于0.15%, 垂直燃烧(UL-94-V-0 3mm) V-0。

1.一种阻燃的导电不饱和聚酯模塑料,其特征在于其是由以下重量份数的原料构成:
   不饱和聚酯树脂               45~47份;  
   低收缩添加剂                  25~29份;
   不饱和的烯烃单体    0.6~1.2份;
   引发剂                  0.51~ 0.78份;
   阻聚剂                    0.006~0.007份;
   金属氧化物                0.11~0.14份;
   填料                       125~170份;
   阻燃剂                         5 ~9份;
   金属磷酸盐                     2~4份;
   脱模剂                    2.3~2.9份;
   增强纤维                 32~37份;
