本发明涉及一种水培营养液配方,特别是涉及一种专门适用于海芋的水培营养液。
背景技术
海芋(学名:Alocasia macrorrhizos),原产南美洲,是一种常见的喜阴观叶植物,为天南星科多年生常绿大型草本植物,其水培植株清新雅致、美丽大方, 适合布置居室,海芋更具有极耐久的瓶插寿命,深受消费者喜爱,但目前种球昂贵,且栽培困难易受软腐病与毒素病的危害,切花产量少,价位高,是属于高风险的花卉产业;水培是一种新型的植物无土栽培方式,又名水培营养液培,其核心是将植物根系悬浮并固定于植物水培营养液中,这种水培营养液能代替自然土壤向植物体提供水分、养分、氧气、温度等条件,使植物能够正常生长并完成其整个生命周期;水培水培营养液是采用环境生物生态共生技术和菌根共生原理经生物发酵、化学螯合、物理活化等工艺合成的一种新型水培植物水培营养液,具有植物营养和水质改善的功效,可代替土壤向植物提供水、肥、气、热等生长因子,能满足水培植物生长所需的条件;目前由于技术独特,观赏价值高且市场几乎处于空白状态,所以水培水培营养液的市场空间非常广阔;聚天门冬氨酸是一种氨基酸的聚合物,一种水溶性多肽,可生物降解,具有一定生物活性,它作为肥料增效剂,可吸收和富集对植物生长有利的元素,可提高肥料的利用率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种专门针对海芋的水培营养液,该营养液可预防软腐病及毒素病的危害。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种适用于海芋的水培营养液,该海芋水培营养液中的各组分按以下配比制成,载体是蒸馏水:
肥料:NH4NO3:250~300mg/L 、KNO3:100~120mg/L、KH2PO4:450~550mg/L、Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:600~800mg/L、MgSO4·7H2O:60~80mg/L;
微肥:CuSO4·H2O:0.05~0.07mg/L、FeSO4·7H2O:0.5~1.2mg/L、H3BO3:0.5~1.2mg/L、ZnCl2:0.1~0.2mg/L、MnSO4·H2O:0.3~1.0mg/L、(NH4) 6Mo7O24·4H2O:0.01~0.02mg/L;
肥料增效剂:聚天门冬氨酸:25~40mg/L;
植物生长调节剂:吲哚乙酸:1~2mg/L、烯效唑:2~3mg/L、矮壮素:2~3mg/L;
杀虫、杀菌剂:农利灵:15~25mg/L、农用链霉素:8~10mg/L、扑海因:8~10mg/L。
所述海芋水培营养液用稀H2SO4和稀NaOH调节溶液的pH值为5.8~6.5;
该海芋水培水培营养液各组分的最佳优选配比:
肥料:NH4NO3:265mg/L 、KNO3:105mg/L、KH2PO4:525mg/L、Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:715mg/L、MgSO4·7H2O:72mg/L;
微肥:CuSO4·H2O:0.055mg/L、FeSO4·7H2O:0.8mg/L、H3BO3:0.85mg/L、ZnCl2:0.15mg/L、MnSO4·H2O:0.65mg/L、(NH4) 6Mo7O24·4H2O:0.0145mg/L;
肥料增效剂:聚天门冬氨酸:32mg/L;
植物生长调节剂:吲哚乙酸:1.2mg/L、烯效唑:2.35mg/L、矮壮素:2.4mg/L;
杀虫、杀菌剂:农利灵:20.5mg/L、农用链霉素:8.75mg/L、扑海因:9.25mg/L。
有益的效果:本发明的水培营养液适合室内生长的海芋,其根据海芋水培的特殊营养需要和根基环境要求,平衡了大量元素和微量元素,还增加了肥料增效剂提高肥料的利用率、植物生长调节剂促进发根,同时聚天门冬氨酸可增强植株抗逆性;扑海因对海芋软腐病具有很好的预防作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。 
实施例1:
配制100L适用于海芋的水培营养液;称取Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:60g溶于2L蒸馏水中得母液a;称取NH4NO3:25g、KNO3:10g、KH2PO4:45g、MgSO4·7H2O:6g溶于2L蒸馏水中得母液b;称取CuSO4·H2O:0.005g、FeSO4·7H2O:0.05g、H3BO3: 0.05g、ZnCl2:0.01g、MnSO4·H2O:0.03g、(NH4) 6Mo7O24·4H2O:0.001g溶于1L蒸馏水中得母液c;称取聚天门冬氨酸:2.5g、吲哚乙酸:0.1g、烯效唑:0.2g、矮壮素:0.2g、农利灵:1.5g、农用链霉素:0.8g、扑海因:0.8g溶于1L蒸馏水中得母液c;首先向水培营养液罐中倒入50L左右的蒸馏水,将母液a倒入,搅拌均匀,再倒入母液b、母液c,搅拌;然后再继续加人蒸馏水,大概达到总量的4/5时,用稀H2SO4和稀NaOH调节溶液的pH值为5.8,定容。
实施例2:
配制200L适用于海芋的水培营养液;称取Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:160g溶于5L蒸馏水中得母液a;称取NH4NO3:60g、KNO3:24g、KH2PO4:110g、MgSO4·7H2O:16g溶于5L蒸馏水中得母液b;称取CuSO4·H2O:0.014g、FeSO4·7H2O:0.14g、H3BO3: 0.24g、ZnCl2:0.4g、MnSO4·H2O:0.2g、(NH4) 6Mo7O24·4H2O:0.004g溶于1L蒸馏水中得母液c;称取聚天门冬氨酸:8g、吲哚乙酸:0.4g、烯效唑:0.6g、矮壮素:0.6g、农用链霉素:2g、农利灵:5g、扑海因:2g溶于1L蒸馏水中得母液c;首先向水培营养液罐中倒入100L左右的蒸馏水,将母液a倒入,搅拌均匀,再倒入母液b、母液c,搅拌;然后再继续加人蒸馏水,大概达到总量的4/5时,用稀H2SO4和稀NaOH调节溶液的pH值为6.5,定容。

NH4NO3:265mg/L 、KNO3:105mg/L、KH2PO4:525mg/L、Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:715mg/L、MgSO4·7H2O:72mg/L;
微肥:CuSO4·H2O:0.055mg/L、FeSO4·7H2O:0.8mg/L、H3BO3:0.85mg/L、ZnCl2:0.15mg/L、MnSO4·H2O:0.65mg/L、(NH4) 6Mo7O24·4H2O:0.0145mg/L;
肥料增效剂:聚天门冬氨酸:32mg/L;
植物生长调节剂:吲哚乙酸:1.2mg/L、烯效唑:2.35mg/L、矮壮素:2.4mg/L;
