本发明涉及一种培养液配方,特别是涉及一种专门用于马蹄莲水培的培养液。
背景技术
马蹄莲原产非洲南部的河流或沼泽地中,中国分布在冀、陕、苏、川、闽、台、滇,属天南星科的球根花卉,马蹄莲属,为近年新兴花卉之一,作为鲜切花市场需求较大,前景广阔;由于马蹄莲叶片翠绿,花苞片洁白硕大,宛如马蹄,形状奇特,是国内外重要的切花花卉,用途十分广泛;水培是一种新型的植物无土栽培方式,又名培养液培,其核心是将植物根系悬浮并固定于植物培养液中,这种培养液能代替自然土壤向植物体提供水分、养分、氧气、温度等条件,使植物能够正常生长并完成其整个生命周期;水培培养液是采用环境生物生态共生技术和菌根共生原理经生物发酵、化学螯合、物理活化等工艺合成的一种新型水培植物培养液,具有植物营养和水质改善的功效,可代替土壤向植物提供水、肥、气、热等生长因子,能满足水培植物生长所需的条件;目前由于技术独特,观赏价值高且市场几乎处于空白状态,所以水培培养液的市场空间非常广阔;聚天门冬氨酸是一种氨基酸的聚合物,一种水溶性多肽,可生物降解,具有一定生物活性,它作为肥料增效剂,可吸收和富集对植物生长有利的元素,可提高肥料的利用率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种专门针对马蹄莲的培养液。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种马蹄莲培养液,该马蹄莲培养液中的各组分按以下配比制成,载体是蒸馏水:
肥料:KNO3:100~120mg/L、KH2PO4:500~650mg/L、Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:600~800mg/L、MgSO4·7H2O:50~70mg/L;
微肥:CuSO4·H2O:0.03~0.06mg/L、H3BO3:0.6~1.5mg/L、ZnCl2:0.3~1.0mg/L、MnSO4·H2O:0.3~1.1mg/L、(NH4) 6Mo7O24·4H2O:0.01~0.02mg/L;
肥料增效剂:聚天门冬氨酸:30~45mg/L;
植物生长调节剂:吲哚乙酸:1~2mg/L、烯效唑:2~3mg/L;
杀菌剂:甲基立枯磷:15~25mg/L、农用链霉素:8~10mg/L、乙酰甲胺磷:10~15mg/L。
所述马蹄莲培养液用稀H2SO4和稀NaOH调节溶液的pH值为5.5~6.8;
所述马蹄莲培养液的EC值1.2~1.5ms/cm。
该马蹄莲水培培养液各组分的最佳优选配比:
肥料:KNO3:112mg/L、KH2PO4:585mg/L、Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:963mg/L、MgSO4·7H2O:62.5mg/L;
微肥:CuSO4·H2O:0.041mg/L、H3BO3:0.95mg/L、ZnCl2:0.525mg/L、MnSO4·H2O:0.75mg/L、(NH4) 6Mo7O24·4H2O:0.0125mg/L;
肥料增效剂:聚天门冬氨酸:36.25mg/L;
植物生长调节剂:吲哚乙酸:1.25mg/L、烯效唑:2.65mg/L;
杀菌剂:甲基立枯磷:19.25mg/L、农用链霉素:12.5mg/L、乙酰甲胺磷:11.5mg/L。
有益的效果:本发明的培养液适合室内生长的马蹄莲,其根据马蹄莲水培的特殊营养需要和根基环境要求,平衡了大量元素和微量元素,还增加了肥料增效剂提高肥料的利用率、植物生长调节剂促进发根,同时聚天门冬氨酸可增强植株的抗逆性;农用链霉素针对马蹄莲软腐病具有很好的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。 
实施例1:
配制200L用于马蹄莲水培的培养液;称取Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:120g溶于5L蒸馏水中得母液a;称取KNO3:20g、KH2PO4:100g、MgSO4·7H2O:10g溶于5L蒸馏水中得母液b;称取CuSO4·H2O:0.006g、H3BO3: 0.12g、ZnCl2:0.06g、MnSO4·H2O:0.06g、(NH4) 6Mo7O24·4H2O:0.002g溶于1L蒸馏水中得母液c;称取聚天门冬氨酸:6g、吲哚乙酸:0.2g、烯效唑:0.4g、甲基立枯磷:3g、农用链霉素:1.6g、乙酰甲胺磷:2g溶于1L蒸馏水中得母液c;首先向培养液罐中倒入100L左右的蒸馏水,将母液a倒入,搅拌均匀,再倒入母液b、母液c,搅拌;然后再继续加人蒸馏水,大概达到总量的4/5时,用稀H2SO4和稀NaOH调节溶液的pH值为5.5,定容。
实施例2:
配制200L用于马蹄莲水培的培养液;称取Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:160g溶于5L蒸馏水中得母液a;称取KNO3:24g、KH2PO4:130g、MgSO4·7H2O:14g溶于5L蒸馏水中得母液b;称取CuSO4·H2O:0.012g、H3BO3: 0.3g、ZnCl2:0.2g、MnSO4·H2O:0.22g、(NH4) 6Mo7O24·4H2O:0.004g溶于1L蒸馏水中得母液c;称取聚天门冬氨酸:9g、吲哚乙酸:0.4g、烯效唑:0.6g、甲基立枯磷:5g、农用链霉素:2g、乙酰甲胺磷:3g溶于1L蒸馏水中得母液c;首先向培养液罐中倒入100L左右的蒸馏水,将母液a倒入,搅拌均匀,再倒入母液b、母液c,搅拌;然后再继续加人蒸馏水,大概达到总量的4/5时,用稀H2SO4和稀NaOH调节溶液的pH值为6.8,定容。

KNO3:112mg/L、KH2PO4:585mg/L、Ca(NO3)2·4H2O:963mg/L、MgSO4·7H2O:62.5mg/L;
CuSO4·H2O:0.041mg/L、H3BO3:0.95mg/L、ZnCl2:0.525mg/L、MnSO4·H2O:0.75mg/L、(NH4) 6Mo7O24·4H2O:0.0125mg/L;
肥料增效剂:聚天门冬氨酸:36.25mg/L;
植物生长调节剂:吲哚乙酸:1.25mg/L、烯效唑:2.65mg/L;
杀菌剂:甲基立枯磷:19.25mg/L、农用链霉素:12.5mg/L、乙酰甲胺磷:11.5mg/L;
