技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板。
背景技术
凹凸棒石粘土除含凹凸棒石外,常含有蒙脱石、高岭石、水云母、海泡石、石英、蛋白石及碳酸盐等矿物。
与凹凸棒石粘土矿共生的还有火山碎屑岩,火山碎屑岩大多在凹凸棒石粘土矿的上层,有的凹凸棒石粘土矿区上层的火山碎屑岩矿层厚度高达数十米,在凹凸棒石粘土在开采过程中,凹凸棒石粘土矿区上层的火山碎屑岩作为废弃物抛弃,据实地考察,每开采1吨凹凸棒石粘土,产生的火山碎屑岩有30吨以上,按年产15万吨的产量计算,产生的火山碎屑岩高达450万吨,多年来都没有能得到利用,整个矿区到处是重新堆积的火山碎屑岩混合物,造成严重的资源浪费和经济损失。
建筑垃圾是指建设、施工单位或个人对各类建筑物、构筑物、管网等进行建设、铺设或拆除、修缮过程中所产生的废弃物。建筑垃圾的成分有:散落的砂浆和混凝土、碎砖和碎混凝土块、搬运过程中散落的黄砂、石子、块石、渣土、废钢筋、废铁丝、各种废钢配件、金属管线废料、废竹木、木屑、刨花、各种装饰材料的包装箱和包装袋等。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中不足之处,提供一种免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板。
免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板由凹凸棒石粘土尾矿、建筑垃圾、火山碎屑岩混合物、蒙脱石尾矿、膨胀珍珠岩和水泥组成。
免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板的生产方法:将免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板的配料经过搅拌,压制成不同规格尺寸的免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板半成品,按照水泥制品的常规养护方法进行养护,28天后包装为免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板的成品。
凹凸棒石粘土在开采过程中会混杂有一定量的碎石和泥土,作为一种尾矿抛弃,造成大量的资源浪费,将凹凸棒石粘土尾矿粉碎后为凹凸棒石粘土尾矿粉,本发明选用凹凸棒石粘土尾矿粉的颗粒细度≤0.20毫米。
选用建筑工程中散落的砂浆、混凝土、碎砖、碎混凝土块、搬运过程中散落的黄砂、石子和渣土等废弃物,本发明选用建筑垃圾的颗粒细度≤2.0毫米。
火山碎屑岩是介于岩浆熔岩和沉积岩之间的过渡类型的岩石,其中50%以上的成分是由火山碎屑流喷出的物质组成,这些火山碎屑主要是火山上早期凝固的熔岩、通道周围在火山喷发时被炸裂的岩石形成的。火山碎屑岩混合物包括岩屑、晶屑、玻璃质屑、浆屑、火山块(直径大于100毫米)、火山砾(直径大于2毫米)和火山灰(直径小于2毫米),火山碎屑岩主要化学成分是二氧化硅和氧化铝,本发明选用粉碎后火山碎屑岩混合物的颗粒细度≤5.0毫米。
蒙脱石尾矿大多分布在凹凸棒石粘土矿的下层,蒙脱石吸水性强,具有可塑性和黏结性,本发明选用蒙脱石尾矿的颗粒细度≤0.20毫米。
膨胀珍珠岩是珍珠岩矿砂经预热,瞬时高温焙烧膨胀后制成的一种内部为蜂窝状结构的白色颗粒状的材料。膨胀珍珠岩具有表观密度轻、导热系数低、化学稳定性好、使用温度范围广、吸湿能力小、无毒、无味、防火和吸音等特点,本发明选用膨胀珍珠岩的颗粒细度≤1.0毫米。
水泥选用硅酸盐水泥。
本发明通过下述技术方案予以实现:
1、免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板的配料按重量百分比由下列组分组成:凹凸棒石粘土尾矿5~25%、建筑垃圾15~40%、火山碎屑岩混合物5~20%、蒙脱石尾矿5~15%、膨胀珍珠岩1~10%、水泥5~20%和水10~40%;
所述免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板的生产方法:将免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板的配料加入已经运行的双卧轴强制式搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后输送到压力机中,压制成不同规格尺寸的免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板半成品,按照水泥制品的常规养护方法进行养护,28天后包装为免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板的成品;
所述压制成不同规格尺寸的免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板半成品,是指根据设计需要,压制成不同规格尺寸的正方形、长方形、三角形、椭圆形、梯形、梅花形、菱形的免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板半成品。
免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板具有平整度好、强度高、保温节能、隔音隔热、防火阻燃和抗裂防水的特点。

所述免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板的生产方法:将免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板的配料加入已经运行的双卧轴强制式搅拌机中搅拌,搅拌均匀后输送到压力机中,压制成不同规格尺寸的免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板半成品,按照水泥制品的常规养护方法进行养护,28天后包装为免烧凹凸棒建筑垃圾保温板的成品;
