本发明涉及一种分离装置装置。
背景技术
碳五烷烃大量存在于石油天然气开采的轻烃与炼制的拔头油当中,含碳五烷烃的原料经分馏精制而得的正戊烷、异戊烷不仅可做发泡剂,而且是硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温塑料非常好的发泡剂。因此,碳五烷烃综合利用重在对碳五馏分进行分离得到高纯度的正戊烷、异戊烷产品。在碳五馏分分离的模拟过程中出现了异戊烷分馏塔需要较多理论塔板数的问题,同时,由于西北某地区的风压较大,高径比大的塔设备需要采用较大的壁厚与较大的裙座,这种结构的设计增加了设备成本,并且多个理论塔板数导致耗能大。
发明内容
本发明提出一种结构简单,分离效果好的碳五烷分离装置。
本发明所述的碳五烷分离装置,包括相互连接的原料塔、脱碳塔和加热塔,所述的脱碳塔上连接一分流装置。
较优选地,所述的脱碳塔为脱碳四塔。
本发明所述的碳五烷分离装置,利用异戊烷和正戊烷不同沸点将正戊烷和异戊烷分离出来,本发明结构简单,成本低廉,实用性较强,可工业化生产。

具体实施方式
实施例1。
本发明所述的一种碳五烷分离装置,包括相互连接的原料塔1、脱碳塔2和加热塔3,所述的脱碳塔2上连接一分流装置4,本实施例所述的脱碳塔2为脱碳四塔。
使用时将碳五烷原料放置在原料塔1中,在脱碳四塔中进行分馏,将液态烃从分流装置4中排出,气态产物进入加热塔3中进行加热分馏,利用异戊烷和正戊烷不同沸点将正戊烷和异戊烷分离出来。

1.碳五烷分离装置,其特征在于:包括相互连接的原料塔(1)、脱碳塔(2)和加热塔(3),所述的脱碳塔(2)上连接一分流装置(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种碳五烷分离装置,其特征在于:其特征在于所述的脱碳塔(2)为脱碳四塔。
