本发明涉及旋转装置技术领域，具体为一种旋转机构，其能够使得旋转更加方便，灰尘不易进入旋转机构内，同时保证旋转时不发生侧翻现象，其包括底座，底座上设置有基准座，基准座内设置有固定块和旋转块，基准座上端开口内固定设置有密封套，固定块和旋转块之间设置有一圈保持架，保持架内设置有一圈钢珠。

本发明涉及旋转装置技术领域，具体为一种旋转机构。
背景技术
在机械加工生产过程中，旋转装置是很常用的，在检测工件时也需要用到旋转装置，现有的旋转装置如图1所示，基准座2内旋转块4可以旋转，由于旋转块4和固定块3之间是直接的平面接触，旋转过程中有较大的摩擦力，旋转不方便，同时基准座2上端开口容易有灰尘进入，需要经常取出旋转块4清理，上端开口后，在旋转过程中可能会发生旋转块侧翻现象。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种旋转机构，其能够使得旋转更加方便，灰尘不易进入旋转机构内，同时保证旋转时不发生侧翻现象。
其技术方案是这样的：其包括底座，所述底座上设置有基准座，所述基准座内设置有固定块和旋转块，其特征在于，所述基准座上端开口内固定设置有密封套，所述固定块和所述旋转块之间设置有一圈保持架，所述保持架内设置有一圈钢珠。
采用本发明的结构后，基准座上端开口内固定设置有密封套，使得灰尘不易进入旋转机构内，旋转块有密封套作用后，限制了旋转块的活动空间，不会发生侧翻现象，固定块和旋转块之间设置有一圈保持架，保持架内设置有一圈钢珠，通过钢珠可以有效减少旋转产生的摩擦力，使得旋转更加方便。

具体实施方式
    见图2所示，其包括底座1，底座1上设置有基准座2，基准座2内设置有固定块3和旋转块4，基准座2上端开口内固定设置有密封套5，固定块3和旋转块4之间设置有一圈保持架6，保持架6内设置有一圈钢珠7；旋转块4上端可以根据需要安装有支撑板等部件。
