Abstract

本发明提供一种温和低毒型地毯除渍剂,主要成分包括烷基糖苷5-10%,α—磺基单羧酸4-11%,丙二醇正丙醚5-10%,丙二醇1-5%,三乙醇胺2-12%,丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物2-6%,增白剂0.1-0.3%,香精0.1-0.3%,余量为去离子水。本发明所含成分具有优异的渗透能力、去污能力和分散能力,可充分地达到去除地毯污渍的效果;同时,有效成分的毒性低,安全性好,生物降解性好,利于环保。本发明还提供制备该除渍剂的制备方法。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洁剂领域,特别是一种酒店客房用温和低毒型地毯除渍剂。
背景技术
在工业与公共设施清洗市场上,酒店客房对地毯的日常维护要求越来越高,对地毯进行清洁的同时,还要减少对地毯的伤害,确保地毯的使用寿命,节约资源,控制成本。目前,市场上不少常用的地毯除渍剂使用具有漂白能力的组分或是使用强碱性物质以增强其产品的去渍能力。这些物质的使用,对地毯有一定的伤害,容易使地毯掉色,脱毛,甚至断裂。为了满足高端酒店客房对地毯专业除渍剂的要求,本发明在配方技术中可以使用高效温和低毒成分,在清洗地毯顽固污垢的同时,却不伤害地毯纤维,能够保持地毯原有的华丽、柔软。
发明内容
本发明目的针对当今高档酒店宾馆对地毯的洗涤护理要求,而提供一种温和低毒型地毯除渍剂,本发明还提供制备该去渍剂的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案:
一种温和低毒型地毯除渍剂:
a. 烷基糖苷
b. α—磺基单羧酸
c. 丙二醇正丙醚
d. 丙二醇
e. 三乙醇胺
f. 丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物
g. 增白剂
h. 香精
i. 余量为去离子水。
本发明以烷基糖苷和α—磺基单羧酸作为表面活性剂,丙二醇正丙醚作为渗透剂, 丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物作为分散剂。
本发明优选的技术方案包括:
本发明优选将丙二醇正丙醚与丙二醇以重量比2:1进行复配为溶剂。
丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物作为分散剂抗再沉积剂优选数均分子量为4000。
所述的增白剂优选汽巴CBS-X,为双二苯乙烯-联苯型光学增白剂。
上述成分还可加入香精、色素等。
本发明温和低毒型地毯除渍剂的制备方法:先加去离子水,再加入事先以重量比2:1进行复配好的丙二醇正丙醚与丙二醇溶剂;加入增白剂,搅拌至完全溶解;加入α—磺基单羧酸,搅拌至完全溶解;加入烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀;加入丙烯酸均聚物钠盐,搅拌均匀。加入三乙醇胺,搅拌至完全溶解。
最后加入香精(还可加入色素),搅拌至完全溶解。
本发明的优点:
1、采用以天然油脂为原料的表面活性剂α—磺基单羧酸,毒性低,安全性好,生物降解性好,利于环保。
2、具有优异的渗透能力、去污能力强和分散能力,可充分地达到去除地毯污渍的效果。
3、使用高效温和成分,在清洗地毯顽固污垢的同时,却不伤害地毯纤维,能够保持地毯原有的华丽、柔软。

以下实施例旨在说明本发明而不是对本发明的进一步限定。实施例中的百分比为重量百分比。
实施例1:
a.  烷基糖苷                                        5%
b.  α—磺基单羧酸                                   4%
c.  丙二醇正丙醚                                  10%
d.  丙二醇                                          5%
e.  三乙醇胺                                     10%
f.  丙烯酸均聚物钠盐(购自BASF的Sokalan PA 25 CL,M=4000)   3%
g.  增白剂                                        0.2%
h.  香精                                          0.2%
i.  去离子水                                          余量。
除渍剂的制备过程:将丙二醇正丙醚与丙二醇以重量比2:1进行复配,加入去离子水中配制成溶剂;加入增白剂,搅拌至完全溶解;加入α—磺基单羧酸,搅拌至完全溶解;加入烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀;加入丙烯酸均聚物钠盐,搅拌均匀;加入三乙醇胺,搅拌至完全溶解;最后加入香精,搅拌至完全溶解。
实施例2:

除渍剂的制备过程:将丙二醇正丙醚与丙二醇以重量比2:1进行复配,加入去离子水中配制成溶剂;加入增白剂,搅拌至完全溶解;加入α—磺基单羧酸,搅拌至完全溶解;加入烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀;加入丙烯酸均聚物钠盐,搅拌均匀;加入三乙醇胺,搅拌至完全溶解;最后加入香精,搅拌至完全溶解。

1.一种温和低毒型地毯除渍剂,其特征在于:包括以下组分:
a. 烷基糖苷
b. α—磺基单羧酸
c. 丙二醇正丙醚
d. 丙二醇
e. 三乙醇胺
f. 丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物
g. 增白剂
h. 香精
i.余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的温和低毒型地毯除渍剂,其特征在于:丙烯酸-马来酸共聚物作为分散剂抗再沉积剂数均分子量为4000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的温和低毒型地毯除渍剂,其特征在于:丙二醇正丙醚与丙二醇以重量比2:1进行复配。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的温和低毒型地毯除渍剂,其特征在于:所述烷基糖苷重量百分含量为5-10%;所述α—磺基单羧酸重量百分含量为4-11%。
5.权利要求1所述的温和低毒型地毯除渍剂的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法的过程为先加去离子水,再加入事先以重量比2:1进行复配好的丙二醇正丙醚与丙二醇溶剂;加入增白剂,搅拌至完全溶解;加入α—磺基单羧酸,搅拌至完全溶解;加入烷基糖苷,搅拌均匀;加入丙烯酸均聚物钠盐,搅拌均匀;加入三乙醇胺,搅拌至完全溶解。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于:最后加入香精,搅拌至完全溶解。
