Abstract

本发明公开了一种四模块组装沼气池,包括发酵池、渣液池,在发酵池装有进料管,发酵池与渣液池之间的底部有连通管,在发酵池的上部有沼气接出管;所述的发酵池、渣液池采用模块组装而成。本发明将整体成形的沼气池分解为多个标准单元,再将多个标准单元进行标准模块的拆分,以达到最低模具数量与最低模具成本的完美结合来完成整个设备的生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于农村单户沼气池建设的四模块组装沼气池。
背景技术
目前用于农村单户沼气池建设的处理设备以砖混结构为主,存在使用寿命短、建造周期长、建设成本高等问题。采用高分子复合材料结合SMC工艺生产的四模块组装而成的沼气池可以很好地解决上述问题,大大提高了农村清洁能源的使用和满足生态环保理念,具有广阔的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种效果好、强度高、寿命长、成本低、安装简便的农户用沼气池。将整体成形的沼气池分解为多个标准单元,再将多个标准单元进行标准模块的拆分,以达到最低模具数量与最低模具成本的完美结合来完成整个设备的生产。
本发明的技术方案是:一种四模块组装沼气池,包括发酵池、渣液池,在发酵池装有进料管,发酵池与渣液池之间的底部有连通管,在发酵池的上部有沼气接出管;所述的发酵池、渣液池采用模块组装而成,所述的模块包括:侧围板,顶围板,箱盖和挡板,所述的侧围板两端和两侧设有相配合的卡口,两端的螺栓孔相互呈90°位置,两侧的螺栓孔在一条直线上;两块侧围板两端相互可以呈90°嵌接,并用螺栓固定,两块侧围板两侧相互可以嵌接,并用螺栓固定,在侧围板的两侧设有挡板卡槽;所述的顶围板是在侧围板上开有箱盖口,在箱盖口的侧壁设有箱盖卡口;所述的箱盖与顶围板上的箱盖口相配合,在箱盖的底侧边缘设有卡环;挡板嵌接在侧围板的两侧的挡板卡槽中。
所述的渣液池由侧围板和挡板组装而成。
在挡板的一侧面上设有加强筋。
在两块侧围板相接触面和挡板与挡板卡槽接触面上涂有密封胶。
本发明具有如下的技术效果:一是由于采用高分子复合材料结合SMC工艺生产的四模块来组装沼气池,可以以最低的模具数量与最低的模具成本生产出可自由组合的总装体,从生产成本上就得到了很好地控制,为后期奠定了良好的价格基础;二是高分子材料具有很好的理化性能指标,完全可以满足在恶劣的环境下长期使用;三是通过模具的高温高压成形加工后,材料性物理性能进一步得到提升;四是灵活多样的组合模式,对安装场地的适应性更强,处理效果更好;五是标准模块构成的产品,更有利于生产组织和降低运输成本;六是模压成形的产品外观质量更好,表面更光洁,使用及制气效果更优秀。

如图1所示,一种四模块组装沼气池,包括发酵池2、渣液池4,在发酵池2装有进料管1,发酵池2与渣液池4之间的底部有连通管3,在发酵池2的上部有沼气接出管5;其特征在于:所述的发酵池2、渣液池4采用模块组装而成。
如图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、图9、图10、图11、图12所示,所述的模块包括:侧围板8,顶围板7,箱盖6和挡板9,所述的侧围板8两端和两侧设有相配合的卡口12,两端的螺栓孔10相互呈90°位置,两侧的螺栓孔13在一条直线上;两块侧围板8两端相互可以呈90°嵌接,并用螺栓14固定,两块侧围板8两侧相互可以嵌接,并用螺栓14固定,在侧围板8的两侧设有挡板卡槽11;所述的顶围板7是在侧围板8上开有箱盖17,在箱盖口17的侧壁设有箱盖卡18;所述的箱盖6与顶围板7上的箱盖17相配合,在箱盖6的底侧边缘设有卡15,卡环15通过卡环螺钉16固定在箱盖6的底侧;挡板9嵌接在侧围板8的两侧的挡板卡槽11中;所述的渣液池4由侧围板8和挡板9组装而成;在挡板9的一侧面上设有加强筋19;在两块侧围板8相接触面和挡板9与挡板卡槽11接触面上涂有密封胶。

1.一种四模块组装沼气池,包括发酵池(2)、渣液池(4),在发酵池(2)装有进料管(1),发酵池(2)与渣液池(4)之间的底部有连通管(3),在发酵池(2)的上部有沼气接出管(5);其特征在于:所述的发酵池(2)、渣液池(4)采用模块组装而成,所述的模块包括:侧围板(8),顶围板(7),箱盖(6)和挡板(9),所述的侧围板(8)两端和两侧设有相配合的卡口(12),两端的螺栓孔(10)相互呈90°位置,两侧的螺栓孔(13)在一条直线上;两块侧围板(8)两端相互可以呈90°嵌接,并用螺栓(14)固定,两块侧围板(8)两侧相互可以嵌接,并用螺栓(14)固定,在侧围板(8)的两侧设有挡板卡槽(11);所述的顶围板(7)是在侧围板(8)上开有箱盖口(17),在箱盖口(17)的侧壁设有箱盖卡口(18);所述的箱盖(6)与顶围板(7)上的箱盖口(17)相配合,在箱盖(6)的底侧边缘设有卡环(15);挡板(9)嵌接在侧围板(8)的两侧的挡板卡槽(11)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种四模块组装沼气池,其特征在于:所述的渣液池(4)由侧围板(8)和挡板(9)组装而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种四模块组装沼气池,其特征在于:在挡板(9)的一侧面上设有加强筋(19)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种四模块组装沼气池,其特征在于:在两块侧围板(8)相接触面和挡板(9)与挡板卡槽(11)接触面上涂有密封胶。
