技术领域
本发明涉及一种幕墙用密封胶条，尤其是涉及一种单元幕墙防水界面用胶条。
背景技术
水密性和气密性是幕墙的主要性能指标，为了达到这两个指标的设计要求，幕墙的密封设计是关键。对于一般的隐框幕墙，性能良好的耐候密封胶完全可以解决此类问题，而对于明框幕墙、单元式幕墙、半单元幕墙的密封主要靠密封胶条来满足密封性能的要求，因此密封胶条的设计是关键。传统的密封胶条一般设计为与相接触体是线接触或面接触来密封，当胶条的接触部位出现小颗粒尘土时会发生气和水的渗透渗漏现象，不能达到很好的密封效果。
常规的单元幕墙板片采用公母料对插的形式，防水界面的防水效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种防水效果好，气密性好、保证密封质量的单元幕墙防水界面用胶条。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：一种单元幕墙防水界面用胶条，其特征在于，该胶条的上表面呈水平状，上表面中间设有一上槽口，胶条的下表面呈圆弧状，下表面中间设有一下槽口，胶条的中间两侧向内收缩。
所述的上槽口呈倒圆锥台状。
所述的下槽口呈伞状。
所述的胶条的中间两侧向内收缩呈腰型。
与现有技术相比，本发明采用特殊结构的胶条，用于单元幕墙防水界面，在使用时通过胶条与型材的组合，形成有效的防水界面，提高了幕墙的水密性和气密性等性能。

如图1所示，一种单元幕墙防水界面用胶条，该胶条1的上表面呈水平状，上表面中间设有一上槽口2，上槽口2呈倒圆锥台状，胶条1的下表面呈圆弧状，下表面中间设有一下槽口3，下槽口呈伞状，胶条1的中间两侧向内收缩呈腰型。
在使用时通过胶条与型材的组合，形成有效的防水界面，提高了幕墙的水密性和气密性等性能。

1.一种单元幕墙防水界面用胶条，其特征在于，该胶条的上表面呈水平状，上表面中间设有一上槽口，胶条的下表面呈圆弧状，下表面中间设有一下槽口，胶条的中间两侧向内收缩；
