本实用新型涉及一种幕墙用密封胶条，尤其是涉及一种可提高单元幕墙水密性和气密性的胶条。
背景技术
水密性和气密性是幕墙的主要性能指标，为了达到这两个指标的设计要求，幕墙的密封设计是关键。对于一般的隐框幕墙，性能良好的耐候密封胶完全可以解决此类问题，而对于明框幕墙、单元式幕墙、半单元幕墙的密封主要靠密封胶条来满足密封性能的要求，因此密封胶条的设计是关键。传统的密封胶条一般设计为与相接触体是线接触或面接触来密封，当胶条的接触部位出现小颗粒尘土时会发生气和水的渗透渗漏现象，不能达到很好的密封效果。
常规的单元幕墙板片采用公母料对插的形式，防水界面的防水效果不理想，尤其是竖向防水界面更差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种防水效果好，气密性好、保证密封质量的可提高单元幕墙水密性和气密性的胶条。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：一种可提高单元幕墙水密性和气密性的胶条，其特征在于，该胶条包括上部的横胶条和横胶条下方的角形胶条，所述的横胶条上表面设有加强条，横胶条与角形胶条之间设有加强筋。
所述的横胶条上表面的加强条包括两个长方形加强条、一个中空伞形加强条和一个中空倒锥形加强条。
所述的角形胶条的角度在90-180度之间。
所述的横胶条与角形胶条之间的加强筋包括与角形胶条构成三角状的角形加强筋，以及连接角形加强筋与横胶条的弧形加强筋。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型采用特殊结构的胶条，用于单元幕墙竖向防水界面，在使用时通过胶条的特殊构造，提高幕墙的水密性和气密性等性能。

实施例
如图1所示，一种可提高单元幕墙水密性和气密性的胶条，该胶条5包括上部的横胶条51和横胶条51下方的角形胶条52，所述的横胶条51上表面设有加强条，加强条包括两个长方形加强条53、一个中空伞形加强条54和一个中空倒锥形加强条55。
所述的角形胶条52的角度在90-180度之间。
横胶条51与角形胶条52之间设有加强筋。加强筋包括与角形胶条构成三角状的角形加强筋56，以及连接角形加强筋56与横胶条51的弧形加强筋57。
如图2所示，将上述胶条5用于幕墙中，与双面胶条4、隔热条3一起构成结构胶，设置在两相邻玻璃2之间，玻璃2通过结构胶粘结在副框1上，再通过副框1固定在横料6上，副框1与横梁6之间也设有胶条5。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可提高单元幕墙水密性和气密性的胶条，其特征在于，所述的横胶条与角形胶条之间的加强筋包括与角形胶条构成三角状的角形加强筋，以及连接角形加强筋与横胶条的弧形加强筋。
