Abstract
本发明公开了一种拼接式波纹钢板承重柱,由多个管状支撑单元(12)拼接而成,所述多个管状支撑单元(12)由波纹线与竖直方向垂直的多个波纹钢板(2)拼接而成,所述管状支撑单元(12)的外侧中部及相邻的管状支撑单元的连接端固定连接有波纹线与竖直方向平行的加固波纹钢板(3),所述波纹线是指与波纹钢板横截形成的波纹曲线的波峰或波谷处的切线。本发明的拼接式波纹钢板承重柱具有承载力高、运输和安装方便的优势。
Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及固定建筑领域,尤其涉及一种拼接式波纹钢板承重柱。
背景技术
[0002]目前工程上面所使用的支撑承重结构主要有两种:线型结构与点式结构。线型结构虽然能够起到有效地支撑承重作用,但是在许多环境场合中并不适合使用,如桥梁支柱、风电塔筒等,这些场合必须使用支柱式支撑结构这类点式支撑结构。以桥梁这些支柱式支撑结构为例,其支柱是连接上部结构和下部结构的重要结构部件,它能够将桥梁等建筑的上部结构的反力和变形可靠的传递给下部结构,从而起到有效地支撑承重作用。传统的桥梁等建筑的支柱一般使用的是先钢筋构模在用混凝土浇筑的模式,此类结构会出现间层结合强度不一,抗裂能力差等问题,尤其对于大跨度结构、高层建筑结构以及抗震不利,并且其还有施工复杂、工期较长、运输不便的问题。
[0003] 再以风电塔筒为例,随着现代管塔设计容量越来越大,塔架高度越来越高,传统钢板塔架的强度,承载力已渐渐不能满足要求。除此之外,传统钢板塔架还有运输与施工不便的缺点。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种承载力高、运输和安装方便的拼接式波纹钢板承重柱。
[0005] 为解决上述问题,本发明解决其技术问题可采用的技术方案是:
[0006] 一种拼接式波纹钢板承重柱,它由多个管状支撑单元拼接而成,所述管状支撑单元由波纹线与竖直方向垂直的多个波纹钢板拼接而成,所述管状支撑单元的外侧中部及相邻的管状支撑单元的连接端固定连接有波纹线与竖直方向平行的加固波纹钢板,所述波纹线是指与波纹钢板横截形成的波纹曲线的波峰或波谷处的切线。
[0007] 优选地,在所述的拼接式波纹钢板承重柱中:所述多个管状支撑单元的半径相等,相邻的管状支撑单元呈纵向对齐且用加固波纹钢板固定。
[0008] 优选地,在所述的拼接式波纹钢板承重柱中:所述多个管状支撑单元的半径不相等,相邻的管状支撑单元分别与锥形连接器固定连接。
[0009] 优选地,在所述的拼接式波纹钢板承重柱中:管状支撑单元的波峰、波谷分别与相邻的管状支撑单元的波峰、波谷对齐,所述加固波纹钢板的波谷与所述管状支撑单元的波峰的相交处用螺栓固定。
[0010] 优选地,在所述的拼接式波纹钢板承重柱中:在管状支撑单元的内外分别设置加固波纹钢板,并采用螺栓固定。
[0011] 本发明的拼接式波纹钢板承重柱具有的优点是:强度及刚度更高,与一般管状及桁架结构相比,可抵抗更大的弯矩,波纹圆管抗弯矩强度是同等直径普通管的两倍多;运输方便,降低运输成本;可在现场拼装,安装方便。
[0012] 应当认识到,本发明以上各方面中的特征可以在本发明的范围内自由组合,而并不受其顺序的限制一一只要组合后的技术方案落在本发明的实质精神内。

具体实施方式
[0022] 下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读本发明之后,本领域的技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请的权利要求所限定的范围。
[0023] 参看图1图2,本发明公开了两种拼接式波纹钢板承重柱的实施案例。它们主要由底座1、组成柱身的竖向放置的波纹钢板2和水平放置的波纹钢板3,以及连接固定件组成。当该承重柱柱身上下直径不相等时,还包括连接异直径柱身的锥形结构4。底座I用底座法兰固定,并用钢筋混凝土加以浇筑加固;整体塔身采用分片式的竖向波纹钢板2来作为主要架构,但为了防止柱身的柱状失衡,需在柱身的不同位置处放置一些水平的波纹钢板3与柱身主体结构加以联接固定。对直径不等的不同柱身而言,在不同柱身之间采用锥形结构4连接,其大口径的一端向下部延伸有一段竖向平钢板处于柱身的内侧,在柱身波纹钢板的波谷处打孔与此平钢板连接固定,小口径的一段则向上部延伸有一段竖向的平钢板也是处于柱身的内侧,其连接方式与下部相同。而同等直径的柱身的连接,需在连接处的外侧用水平放置的波纹钢板并同时在内侧用平钢板做周向环绕加以联接固定,等直径的不同柱身之间连接处需将上下波纹钢板的边缘对齐,再在柱身的外侧以水平向放置的波纹钢板加以固定分别在竖向主体结构上的波纹钢板的波峰与水平向放置的波纹钢板的波谷的对应位置打孔用螺栓联接),而在柱身内侧为了进一步保证连接的牢固,也可以用平钢板在柱身波纹钢板的波谷处打孔与之联接。
[0024] 转到图3,该图为本发明拼接式波纹钢板承重柱柱身的横截面示意图,从该图中可以看出竖向波纹钢板2的横截面呈波纹状环绕一周。
[0025] 接着描述图4a和图4b,在柱身波纹钢板的波峰处与水平放置的波纹钢板的波谷的对应位置布置一定数量的穿联孔5,在穿联孔5内穿置高强度螺栓6,并用螺母7收紧,从而将二者联接固定。
[0026] 转到图5a、图5b和图6,在每片波纹钢板的边缘的对应位置处布置相同数量的穿联孔5,其连接方式亦采用高强度螺栓和螺母固定。

[0029] 最后描述图8a和图Sb,波纹钢板的波距、波高、边孔位置及数量等各种参数都不是固定不变的,需要根据工程的实际性能要求作出相应的设计,相邻的波峰之间的横向距离或相邻的波谷之间的横向距离为波距,相邻的波峰和波谷之间的纵向距离为波高。
[0030] 结合图3、图6和图8b说明波纹线的所指的含义,在图3和图8b中波纹钢管的横截为一个环形的曲线,波纹线是其波峰或波谷处的切线,简单地说,该波纹钢板是竖直设置的。在图6中,波纹钢板的横截面为竖直方向延伸的波纹线,例如正弦曲线或余弦曲线,波纹线为竖直方向的线,简单地说,该波纹钢板是横向设置的。
[0031] 本发明为克服背景技术的缺点,采用竖直状的波纹钢板构成的圆筒来代替原有的单纯的钢板结构的圆筒;以拼装的方式来进行安装,从下至上,片与片以及节与节之间用高强度螺栓连接;每节上有水平设置的波纹钢管围绕柱身做圆周缠绕(数量可根据需求选择),在竖向主体结构与水平向放置的波纹钢板的每个交接处用高强度螺栓紧固(分别在竖向主体结构上的波纹钢板的波峰与水平向放置的波纹钢板的波谷的对应位置打孔用螺栓联接),以增强筒状结构的周向强度。本发明提出的拼装式波纹钢板塔形结构利用波纹钢板提高了抗剪和抗拉强度,从而有效提高支撑承重结构的承载力。拼装式波纹钢板塔筒节段由两片以上波纹钢板拼接而成,可以在安装现场拼装,减少了运输时占用的空间,节省了运输成本。同时塔筒的安装完全使用高强度螺栓连接,省去了焊接的环节,施工更方便快捷。该承重柱是一种构造简单、生产、运输、吊装、安装方便,能有效提高支撑承载力的一种工程用支撑承重结构。它的强度及刚度更高,与一般管状及桁架结构相比,可抵抗更大的弯矩,波纹圆管抗弯矩强度是同等直径普通管的两倍多;完全采用高强度螺栓连接,不需要焊接环节,有效提高了生产安装周期;运输方便,降低运输成本;可在现场拼装,安装方便。其中,将钢板做成波纹圆弧板的形式,例如它的节数、厚度、波纹参数以及圆形直径均可按照工程需要而设计。
[0032] 为验证本发明拼接式波纹钢板承重柱的载荷能力,发明人进行了相关计算,演算过程如下:
[0033] 为避免采用钢结构计算公式无法完整考虑到波纹钢板的力学效果,本结构采用solidworks建模再进行simulat1n模拟分析的方法得到载荷结果。具体过程如下:
[0034] 建立一个四节拼装模型,每节与锥形结构的拼接长度在60cm,用5排高强度螺栓固定。下面两节采用14mm厚钢板,上两节采用12mm厚钢板,每节沿径向用10个波纹钢板圈做加强。整个模型的重量在80吨左右。施加的载荷只考虑径向的载荷压力和侧面风力。
[0035] 通过对不同直径的波纹钢板底座的测试:在底部3米直径,端部直径2.2米,高度60米时,载荷能力在40吨左右;在底部直径4米,端部直径3米,高度80时,载荷能力在80吨左右。
[0036] 从上述数据可以看出本发明的波纹钢板承重柱的载荷能力远大于背景技术中相关方案的载荷能力,能够满足当前的工业需求。
Claims (5)
1.一种拼接式波纹钢板承重柱,其特征在于:它由多个管状支撑单元(12)拼接而成,所述多个管状支撑单元(12)分别由波纹线与竖直方向垂直的多个波纹钢板(2)拼接而成,所述管状支撑单元(12)的外侧中部及相邻的管状支撑单元的连接端固定连接有波纹线与竖直方向平行的加固波纹钢板(3 ),所述波纹线是指与波纹钢板横截形成的波纹曲线的波峰或波谷处的切线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拼接式波纹钢板承重柱,其特征在于:所述多个管状支撑单元(12)的半径相等,相邻的管状支撑单元呈纵向对齐且用加固波纹钢板(3)固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拼接式波纹钢板承重柱,其特征在于:所述多个管状支撑单元(12)的半径不相等,相邻的管状支撑单元分别与锥形连接器固定连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的拼接式波纹钢板承重柱,其特征在于:管状支撑单元的波峰、波谷分别与相邻的管状支撑单元的波峰、波谷对齐,所述加固波纹钢板的波谷与所述管状支撑单元的波峰的相交处用螺栓固定。
5.根据权利要求4所述的拼接式波纹钢板承重柱,其特征在于:在管状支撑单元的内外分别设置加固波纹钢板,并采用螺栓固定。
