背景技术
这种机器自从大约60年前就已公知,其例如在DE 103 29 648中以附图1、附图标记8予以介绍过。但一些纤维(例如经漂白的棉花或特殊合成的纤维)会滞留挂在刀面上,并形成团块。这些团块会变成鸽子蛋(Taubenei)那么大,然后掉到纤维网上,产生劣质的纤维网外观(Vliesbild)。为了避免这种团块,所述机器的制造商的用户说明书显而易见地提出,对刀具抛光,以便将表面设计得平滑。但这并不会导致避免团块。
发明内容
本发明希望以简单的方式避免形成团块。
根据本发明,这恰恰是通过一种与现有技术相反的装置得以实现。刀具表面并不平滑,而是设有一种结构。利用这种结构会形成最小的扰流(Turbulenzen),这些扰流防止发生附着。
这种结构可以由沟槽、隆起比如板条或边棱形成,或者通过敷设涂层而形成。涂层产生一种结构化的类似于橘子皮的表面。这种结构在表面上可以小于1mm。
结构化的表面可以有针对性地和/或无针对性地产生。因而沟槽是沟状下凹的集群,这些下凹无针对性地在刀具的表面上开设。相反,通过铣削部、槽和/或隆起有针对性地对表面进行结构化。沟槽、铣削部、槽或隆起的深度或高度优选小于1mm。
在任何情况下,刮刀的结构化表面都防止形成团块,进而防止由此引起的劣质的纤维网外观。也就是说,带有结构化表面的刮刀能以简单的方式实现改善在气动方面产生的纤维网的纤维网外观。

Claims (6)

1. 一种位于气动地形成纤维网的机器上的刮刀,其特征在于,至少刮刀的面向纤维的大部分侧面设置有一种结构。
