Abstract

一种主极框,涉及水电解制氢领域中电解槽工艺。本发明包括主极框本体,主极框本体设有中心孔,在主极框本体的背面设置环形凹槽,环形凹槽与中心孔连体设置。本发明使电解槽整体长度变短,重量比之前轻,降低了装配难度,节省材料,降低成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及水电解制氢领域中电解槽工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上水电解制氢装置中电解槽的极框装配时,四氟垫片的内圈和石棉布的外圈是相互衔接的,给定压力后,石棉布因受挤压而发生扭曲变形,这样密封性能便得不到保证,从而降低了氢气的产量,使制氢的成本上升。所采用的主垫片的厚度是2.5mm ,辅垫片的厚度选用的是1mm,材料成本也较高。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种密封性能更好,且降低成本的主极框。
本发明包括主极框本体,所述主极框本体设有中心孔,在所述主极框本体的背面设置环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽与中心孔连体设置。
本发明将原有的主极框厚度从3mm增加到4.5mm,且在主极框背面车一个环形凹槽,放置石棉布时,使石棉布的一部分与环形凹槽重叠,从而提高内密封性能,在给定压力下石棉布不会因为受挤压而产生扭曲变形,本发明使电解槽整体长度变短,重量比之前轻,降低了装配难度,节省材料,降低成本。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,本发明包括主极框本体1,所述主极框本体1设有中心孔2,在所述主极框本体1的背面设置环形凹槽3,所述环形凹槽3与中心孔2连体设置。
