Abstract

本发明公开了一种奥氏体炉口可调挡风板,在奥氏体炉入线口两侧下部分别设置有支撑板,两侧支撑板上分别设置有凹槽,凹槽内横向安装有支撑转杆,该支撑转杆上位于入线口位置设置有挡风板,挡风板的边缘与钢帘线让位配合;所述支撑转杆的一端固定有摆杆,摆杆的末端铰接有锁紧板,同时在奥氏体炉一侧固定有与锁紧板配合固定的定位板。所述锁紧板上设置有与定位板相扣合的至少一个卡槽。本发明在奥氏体炉入线口设置的挡风板,不仅可以较少奥氏体炉内热量损失,而且可以防止冷风进入奥氏体炉内部影响线材品质。挡风板翻转的高度可以调节,适合不同型号钢帘线入线封口使用,其结构简单,使用方便,非常利于推广实施。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢帘线生产过程中的奥氏体炉辅助部件,具体涉及一种奥氏体炉口可调挡风板。
背景技术
钢帘线生产过程中使用的奥氏体炉,其入线口会在进线的同时带入冷气,冷气进入奥氏体炉会造成加热不充分的问题,影响线材品质,而进线口往往不能被完全封堵,进线口处还经常设置有与钢帘线支架连接的导向杆等部件。由于进线口温度较高,工作人员不便靠近处理,造成进线口热量损失较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对奥氏体炉在加热钢帘线的时候存在入线口进冷风问题,提供一种奥氏体炉口可调挡风板。
技术方案:一种奥氏体炉口可调挡风板,在奥氏体炉入线口两侧下部分别设置有下支撑板,两侧下支撑板上分别设置有凹槽,凹槽内横向安装有下支撑转杆,该下支撑转杆上位于入线口下侧位置设置有下挡风板,挡风板的边缘与钢帘线让位配合;所述下支撑转杆的一端固定有下摆杆,下摆杆的末端铰接有锁紧板,同时在奥氏体炉一侧固定有与锁紧板配合固定的定位板。所述锁紧板上设置有与定位板相扣合的至少一个卡槽。所述锁紧板的末端还设置有手柄。 
一种奥氏体炉口可调挡风板,在奥氏体炉入线口两侧下部分别设置有下支撑板,在入线口两侧上部分别设置有上支撑板,上、下支撑板上分别设置有凹槽,下支撑板的凹槽内横向安装有下支撑转杆,上支撑板的凹槽内横向安装有上支撑转杆;下支撑转杆上位于入线口下侧位置设置有下挡风板,上支撑转杆上位于入线口上侧位置设置有上挡风板,各挡风板的边缘与钢帘线让位配合;所述上、下支撑转杆的一端分别固定有上摆杆和下摆杆,上、下摆杆的末端铰接有推拉板,两推拉板同时与一锁紧板铰接,同时在奥氏体炉一侧固定有与锁紧板配合固定的定位板;所述下摆杆上还设置有向上牵拉的弹簧。所述锁紧板上设置有与定位板相扣合的至少一个卡槽。所述锁紧板的末端还设置有手柄。靠上的一个推拉板与锁紧板之间活动铰接。 
有益效果:本发明在奥氏体炉入线口设置的挡风板,不仅可以较少奥氏体炉内热量损失,而且可以防止冷风进入奥氏体炉内部影响线材品质。挡风板翻转的高度可以调节,适合不同型号钢帘线入线封口使用,其结构简单,使用方便,非常利于推广实施。

具体实施方式                                            
实施例1:一种奥氏体炉口可调挡风板,改造于奥氏体炉1的入线口2。具体结构参见图1,在奥氏体炉1的入线口2两侧下部分别设置有下支撑板5,两侧下支撑板5上分别设置有凹槽,凹槽内横向安装有下支撑转杆4。下支撑转杆4上位于入线口位置设置有下挡风板3,下挡风板3的边缘与钢帘线12以及导向杆等其他部件让位配合。图2中,所述下支撑转杆4的一端焊固有下摆杆6,下摆杆6的末端通过销轴8铰接有锁紧板7,锁紧板7的末端还设置有手柄11,便于操作。同时在奥氏体炉1一侧固定有与锁紧板7配合固定的定位板10,锁紧板7上设置有与定位板10相扣合的多个卡槽9,不同卡槽确定了挡风板的不同翻转高度。
实施例2:参见图1和图3:一种奥氏体炉口可调挡风板,在奥氏体炉入线口两侧下部分别设置有下支撑板5,在入线口两侧上部分别设置有上支撑板5’,上、下支撑板上分别设置有凹槽,下支撑板5的凹槽内横向安装有下支撑转杆4,上支撑板的凹槽内横向安装有上支撑转杆4’;下支撑转杆4上位于入线口下侧位置设置有下挡风板3,上支撑转杆4’上位于入线口上侧位置设置有上挡风板3’,各挡风板的边缘与钢帘线12让位配合;所述上、下支撑转杆的一端分别固定有上摆杆6’和下摆杆6,上、下摆杆的末端铰接有有推拉板13,两推拉板13同时与一锁紧板7铰接,其中考上的一个推拉板与锁紧板活动铰接,同时在奥氏体炉一侧固定有与锁紧板配合固定的定位板10;下摆杆上还设置有向上牵拉的拉力弹簧14,拉力弹簧14的作用是在不锁定推拉板13时,上挡风板3’可以单独自动向上使进线口上部被打开。所述锁紧板10上设置有与定位板相扣合的至少一个卡槽9。所述锁紧板的末端还设置有手柄。

1.一种奥氏体炉口可调挡风板,在奥氏体炉入线口两侧下部分别设置有下支撑板,两侧下支撑板上分别设置有凹槽,凹槽内横向安装有下支撑转杆,该下支撑转杆上位于入线口下侧位置设置有下挡风板,挡风板的边缘与钢帘线让位配合;所述下支撑转杆的一端固定有下摆杆,下摆杆的末端铰接有锁紧板,同时在奥氏体炉一侧固定有与锁紧板配合固定的定位板,所述锁紧板的末端还设置有手柄。
2.根据权利要求1所述的奥氏体炉口可调挡风板,其特征是:所述锁紧板上设置有与定位板相扣合的至少一个卡槽。
3.一种奥氏体炉口可调挡风板,在奥氏体炉入线口两侧下部分别设置有下支撑板,在入线口两侧上部分别设置有上支撑板,上、下支撑板上分别设置有凹槽,下支撑板的凹槽内横向安装有下支撑转杆,上支撑板的凹槽内横向安装有上支撑转杆;下支撑转杆上位于入线口下侧位置设置有下挡风板,上支撑转杆上位于入线口上侧位置设置有上挡风板,各挡风板的边缘与钢帘线让位配合;所述上、下支撑转杆的一端分别固定有上摆杆和下摆杆,上、下摆杆的末端铰接有推拉板,两推拉板同时与一锁紧板铰接,其中靠上的一个推拉板与锁紧板之间活动铰接;同时在奥氏体炉一侧固定有与锁紧板配合固定的定位板;所述下摆杆上还设置有向上牵拉的弹簧,所述锁紧板的末端还设置有手柄。
4.根据权利要求3所述的奥氏体炉口可调挡风板,其特征是:所述锁紧板上设置有与定位板相扣合的至少一个卡槽。
