Abstract

本发明公开了一种提高石油采收率用表面活性剂,它的组成成分及质量百分比为:Na2CO31-3%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠30-40%、AF4018-Y型氟碳表面活性剂20-30%、正丁醇4-8%、水30-40%。该表面活性剂注入地层后,既能发挥碱-表面活性剂在降低界面张力方面的作用,使地层孔隙的润湿性由油湿转换为水湿,提高其渗透率,又能使残余油所受的毛细管力大大降低,从而启动了盲端类、膜状类以及柱状类残余油,大大地提高了采收率。

技术领域
本发明涉及表面活性剂,尤其涉及一种提高石油采收率用表面活性剂。
背景技术
提高残余油采收率和高效开发低渗透油层具有重要的工业价值和战略意义。碱-表面活性剂复合驱是三次采油中较为成熟、收益较好的一种驱油技术。复合驱在我国发展较快,胜利油田、大庆油田先后开展了复合驱先导性矿场试验,受到了日益强烈的关注并进行了广泛研究。
发明内容
表面活性剂在驱油中起着极为重要的作用,直接影响驱油体系与原油间的界面张力、驱油效率及原油破乳等,因此有关复合驱用表面活性剂的研究一直是较为活跃的研究领域。一种较为理想的复合驱油用表面活性剂一般应具备以下特点:配制成的复合驱油体系与原油形成超低界面张力(10-3mN/m数量级),超低界面张力范围较宽,有较强的稳定性以及耐碱、耐高温和耐二价离子等特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种提高石油采收率用表面活性剂,采用以下技术方案:它的组成成分及各成分质量百分比为:Na2CO31-3%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠30-40%、AF4018-Y型氟碳表面活性剂20-30%、正丁醇4-8%、水30-40%。
在该表面活性剂的作用下,地层孔隙的润湿性由油湿转变为水湿,且残余油所受毛管力大大降低,启动了盲端类、膜状类和柱状类残余油,使驱油效率大大提高。

1.一种提高石油采收率用表面活性剂,其特征是,它的组成成分及各成分质量百分比为:Na2CO31-3%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠30-40%、AF4018-Y型氟碳表面活性剂20-30%、正丁醇4-8%、水30-40%。
