技术领域
本发明涉及一种酯化釜。
背景技术
酯化釜，顾名思义就是发生酯化反应的设备，属于搅拌设备。酯化釜在结构上主要包括釜体，设置于釜体内的搅拌装置和设置于釜体一端的进料斗。釜体的结构型式通常是立式圆筒形，其高径比值主要依据操作是容器装液高径比以及装料系数大小而定。釜底形状有平底、椭圆底、锥形底等有时亦可用方形釜。
在使用酯化釜进行酯化反应时，在加料过程中经常会遇到的一个问题是，在从进料斗加入酯粉时，酯粉容易在釜体内部漂浮，并且附着在釜体内壁上。酯化反应完成后，部分附着在釜体内壁上的酯粉并没有完全参加酯化反应，但是未反应酯粉也计算在反应的质量中。因而使得事先配好的酯粉和碱水和实际反应的酯粉和碱水的比例出现偏差，影响最终产品的质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足，本发明提供了一种酯化釜，防止酯粉在釜体内壁上大量附着，从而影响酯化反应最终产品的质量。
本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的：一种酯化釜，包括釜体，在釜体上通过管道连接有风机。
上述技术方案中，所述釜体的内壁上还设置有出风装置，该出风装置开启后，形成一个风幕，阻挡酯粉上升，从而防止风机工作时，使静止在釜体底部的酯粉上升。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有如下有益效果：通过风机把漂浮于釜体内的脂粉及时抽出，防止了脂粉在釜体内壁附着，因而可以更加准确的控制酯粉和碱水的比例，保证最终酯化反应产品的品质。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述：参见图1，一种酯化釜，包括釜体1，在釜体1上端设置有进料斗4，在进料斗4上安装有控制其开启关闭的第一阀门40。
在釜体1上还通过管道3连接有风机2，当酯粉通过进料斗3进入釜体1内时，大量的酯粉容易漂浮在釜体内并且附着在釜体的内壁上，因此在进料斗3开启的同时，打开风机2，把漂浮在釜体中的酯粉抽入风机中，这样酯粉就不会附着在釜体1的内壁上，保证了酯粉能够完全反应。
在酯粉加入完成后，在酯化釜中通入碱水，这时可以根据抽入风机中的酯粉的质量来确定最终留在釜体1中酯粉的质量（通过从进料斗进入釜体的酯粉的质量减去风机抽出的酯粉的质量即可得到），根据最终留在釜体1中酯粉的质量便可以准确的控制碱水的通入量，使得在釜体1反应的酯粉和碱水比例更加准确，从而保证了酯化釜中反应的最终产品的品质。
 所述釜体1的内壁上还设置有出风装置7，该出风装置开启后，形成一个风幕，阻挡酯粉上升，从而防止风机2工作时，使静止在釜体底部的酯粉上升。
所述釜体1的内壁上还设置有阻挡板5，所述阻挡板5上开设有通孔50，所述阻挡板5相应于通孔50的下方设置有锥形漏斗9，并且所述锥形漏斗9小端部分朝下。设置有阻挡板5和锥形漏斗9的作用是，当酯粉倒入时，可以使酯粉从阻挡板5上的通孔50及锥形漏斗9落下，当风机2工作时，由于锥形漏斗9下端口部较小，酯粉又很难从锥形漏斗9上升。

1.一种酷化釜，包括釜体(1)，其特征在于：在釜体(1)上通过管道(3)连接有风机(2),所述釜体(1)的内壁上还设置有阻挡板，所述阻挡板上开设有通孔，所述阻挡板(5)相应于通孔(50)的下方设置有锥形漏斗(9)，并且所述锥形漏斗(9)小端部分朝下，所述釜体(1)的内壁上还设置有出风装置(7)，该出风装置(7)开启后，形成一个风幕，阻挡酯粉上升，从而防止风机(2)工作时，使静止在釜体底部的醋粉上升。
