Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，具体是指一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物。
背景技术
在日常生产生活中，常有人裸露部位被烧烫伤，比如手、颜面部等，皮肤烧烫伤后，皮肤屏障功能受损且细菌容易感染，影响愈合。烧烫伤的严重程度取决于受伤组织的范围和深度，烧烫伤深度可分为Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度。Ⅲ度烧烫伤损伤最重，如果不及时治疗，将使皮肤坏死，同时留下永久疤痕。
目前，现有的治疗烧、烫伤的药物虽有多种，但大多存在治疗效果不够显著的问题，尤其对大面积深度烧伤或烫伤的重症者来说，不能及时清火解毒、止痛消肿，更不能有效控制患处及创面的交叉感染，从而给烧、烫伤患者带来极大痛苦，甚至带来生命危险，即使治愈，也难于消除烧、烫伤留下的疤痕，日后还需要通过植皮、美容等手术才能康复。不仅治疗周期漫长，而且治疗费用昂贵，给患者及其家人带来过重的经济负担。因此，完全有必要研制新的效果显著且不留疤痕的药物，以满足烧、烫伤患者的治疗需求。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，由如下重量份的中药材组成：荷叶20-30份、槐花20-30份、仙茅5-15份、黄柏5-15份、大黄5-15份、虎杖5-15份、黄连5-15份、地榆5-15份、紫草5-15份、冰片5-15份、甘草5-15份、竹茹4-10份、金银花3-10份、薄荷6-8份、紫苏叶5-8份、辛夷5-7份、细辛3-8份、生姜2-6份、广藿香2-5份、紫菀1-3份。
优选地，一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，由如下重量份的中药材组成：荷叶25份、槐花25份、仙茅10份、黄柏10份、大黄10份、虎杖10份、黄连10份、地榆10份、紫草10份、冰片10份、甘草10份、竹茹8份、金银花7份、薄荷7份、紫苏叶6份、辛夷6份、细辛5份、生姜4份、广藿香3份、紫菀2份。
本发明还提供了一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物的使用方法，具体为：将各中药材混合均匀后研磨成细末，均匀敷于伤口处，一天敷一次，一周为一个疗程，共二个疗程。治疗期间每天观察一次，包括伤口情况、体征症状改善情况，不良反应等。
本发明的有益效果是：通过临床应用和观察，本发明疗效好、见效快，对烧烫伤处迅速消肿、祛痛、祛火，生肌生筋快，有利于伤口快速愈合，并能有效阻止创面细菌滋生，防止交叉感染，尤其在治疗大面积烧、烫伤创面后，无需再行植皮、美容等手术，对于Ⅲ度烧烫有明显的疗效。具有促使创面愈合、减少疤痕的形成的优点。
具体实施方式：
下面结合实施例和病例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，由如下中药材组成：荷叶25g、槐花25g、仙茅10g、黄柏10g、大黄10g、虎杖10g、黄连10g、地榆10g、紫草10g、冰片10g、甘草10g、竹茹8g、金银花7g、薄荷7g、紫苏叶6g、辛夷6g、细辛5g、生姜4g、广藿香3g、紫菀2g。
实施例2
一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，由如下中药材组成：荷叶20g、槐花30g、仙茅5g、黄柏15g、大黄5g、虎杖15g、黄连5g、地榆15g、紫草5g、冰片15g、甘草5g、竹茹10g、金银花3g、薄荷8g、紫苏叶5g、辛夷7g、细辛3g、生姜6g、广藿香2g、紫菀3g。
实施例3
一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，由如下中药材组成：荷叶30g、槐花20g、仙茅15g、黄柏5g、大黄15g、虎杖5g、黄连15g、地榆5g、紫草15g、冰片5g、甘草15g、竹茹4g、金银花10g、薄荷6g、紫苏叶8g、辛夷5g、细辛8g、生姜2g、广藿香5g、紫菀1g。
为检验本发明的治疗效果，选取30例Ⅲ度烧烫伤患者，其中男性18例，女性12例，年龄8-65岁，平均年龄42岁。将这30例患者随机分为三组，其中治疗组1采用实施例1的中药组合物治疗、治疗组2采用实施例2的中药组合物治疗、治疗组3采用实施例3的中药组合物治疗。
治疗方法：将本发明实施例1~3的各自的中药组合物研磨成细末，均匀敷于伤口处，一天敷一次，一周为一个疗程，共二个疗程。治疗期间停止外用其它药物，停止口服抗生素。治疗期间每天观察一次，包括伤口情况、体征症状改善情况，不良反应等。
两个疗程后，治疗结果如下：

在治疗过程中，本发明所述治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物有减轻疼痛作用，能改善微循环的作用，并创造了生理湿润环境，有利于组织结构按照正常状态再生修复，并抑制成纤维细胞的增生，减少疤痕的形成。且换药过程中出血少，创面痂皮溶解中张力小，能更方便手关节部位的早期活动。有利于手功能在创面封闭同时完全功能恢复出院。避免现有技术中烧烫伤药物创面成痂，张力大，各关节不能活动，时常有一些轻微活动使关节处痂皮裂开，疼痛，出血，增加患者再次疼痛，且要等创面完全封闭后才可活动。

1.一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，其特征在于：由如下重量份的中药材组成：荷叶20-30份、槐花20-30份、仙茅5-15份、黄柏5-15份、大黄5-15份、虎杖5-15份、黄连5-15份、地榆5-15份、紫草5-15份、冰片5-15份、甘草5-15份、竹茹4-10份、金银花3-10份、薄荷6-8份、紫苏叶5-8份、辛夷5-7份、细辛3-8份、生姜2-6份、广藿香2-5份、紫菀1-3份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗烧烫伤的中药组合物，其特征在于：由如下重量份的中药材组成：荷叶25份、槐花25份、仙茅10份、黄柏10份、大黄10份、虎杖10份、黄连10份、地榆10份、紫草10份、冰片10份、甘草10份、竹茹8份、金银花7份、薄荷7份、紫苏叶6份、辛夷6份、细辛5份、生姜4份、广藿香3份、紫菀2份。
