Abstract

一种火炕用的引风机是将叶轮的一部分安装在烟筒管内，叶轮露出烟筒管的部分用半圆形罩包围，在半圆形叶轮罩的侧面安装长轴电机，把该风机安插进从火炕出来的烟筒管的末端即可使用，靠着电机带动叶轮旋转的惯性加大烟气流量。本发明因烟气流量大，增强了燃烧效果和可燃气体的燃烧率，从而起到节能减排的实效，设计合理，结构简单，防冻防霜，自然通风好，还能延长电机数倍的使用寿命。

技术领域：
本发明涉及风机领域，具体的说是一种火炕用的引风机。
背景技术：
现有的炕用引风机多数是安装在烟筒顶部，烟气直接熏烤叶轮和电机，大大降低了电机的使用寿命，而且气压低不需用引风机时，它还阻碍了自然通风，冬季还可能被霜冻住，很不实用。
发明内容：
本发明要解决的技术问题是公开一种自然通风畅通，防霜防冻，延长电机的使用寿命的火炕用的引风机。
    本发明解决技术问题的方案是将叶轮的一部分安装在烟筒管内，叶轮露出烟筒管的部分用半圆形罩包围，在半圆形叶轮罩的侧面安装长轴电机，把该风机安插进从火炕出来的烟筒管的末端即可使用，靠着电机带动叶轮旋转的惯性加大烟气流量。本发明因烟气流量大，增强了燃烧效果和可燃气体的燃烧率，从而起到节能减排的实效。
    本发明设计合理，结构简单，防冻防霜，自然通风好，还能延长电机数倍的使用寿命。
