背景技术
如图1所示，为原船用谷物舱橡胶密封条结构，该船用谷物舱橡胶密封条结构存在以下几个方面的缺陷：1、密封性差；2、易漏水；3、压缩应力大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种密封性好、压缩应力小的船用谷物舱橡胶密封条。
为解决上述问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：船用谷物舱橡胶密封条，包括材料为橡胶的密封条本体，密封条本体内部设置有孔，所述密封条本体的顶部设有一个顶凸出部，孔的底壁设有一个底凸出部。
本发明的有益效果是：上述船用谷物舱橡胶密封条，密封性好、压缩应力小、不易漏水。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明船用谷物舱橡胶密封条作进一步描述。
如图2所示，船用谷物舱橡胶密封条，包括材料为橡胶的密封条本体1，密封条本体1内部设置有孔11，所述密封条本体1的顶部设有一个顶凸出部12，孔11的底壁设有一个底凸出部13。
本发明的工作原理是：如图3所示，使用时，密封条本体1与橡胶密封条安装槽2通过冷胶3固定胶接，由于密封条本体1顶部设有顶凸出部12，所以舱盖压缩密封条本体1时为点接触，从而使得密封性好且不易漏水，由于孔11的底壁设有底凸出部13，底凸出部13两侧底部为屈服点，所以当舱盖压缩密封条本体1时压缩应力小，防止了孔11的开裂。
