技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于喷丝板的清扫装置。
背景技术
现有喷丝板的清扫装置采用的修板铲刀其前部为方头，由于喷丝板为园形，并且最外边缘有突起的台阶，因此现有的铲刀在修板时，存在死角，致喷丝板最外圈的的喷丝孔清理起来往往不方便，同时不能有效达到均匀修板的要求，大幅度增加了纺丝断头次数。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种用于喷丝板的清扫装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种用于喷丝板的清扫装置，该清扫装置包括铲刀刀头与刀柄，其中刀头包括刀口、刀身以及刀背，刀口为圆弧形，刀背与刀柄固定连接。
由于采用以上技术方案的实施，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点：
本发明采用刀口为圆弧形的铲刀，可对喷丝板的任何部位进行清理，能有效达到均匀清扫的要求，大幅度减少纺丝断头次数。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，按照本实施例的用于喷丝板的清扫装置，该清扫装置包括铲刀刀头1与刀柄2，其中刀头1包括刀口10、刀身11以及刀背12，刀口10为圆弧形，刀背12与刀柄2固定连接。
上述的清扫装置，采用了刀口为圆弧形的铲刀，在清扫过程中，不存在死角，能有效达到均匀清扫的要求，大幅度减少纺丝断头次数。

1.一种用于喷丝板的清扫装置，所述的清扫装置包括铲刀刀头(1)与刀柄(2)，所述的刀头(1)包括刀口(10)、刀身(11)以及刀背(12)，其特征在于：所述的刀口(10)为圆弧形，刀背(12)与所述刀柄(2)固定连接。
