技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料,属于材料领域。
背景技术
导电高分子材料是具有导电功能(包括半导电性、金属导电性和超导电性)、电导率在10S/m以上的聚合物材料。高分子导电材料具有密度小、易加工、耐腐蚀、可大面积成膜以及电导率可在十多个数量级的范围内进行调节等特点,不仅可作为多种金属材料和无机导电材料的代用品,而且已成为许多先进工业部门和尖端技术领域不可缺少的一类材料。
经过多年世界范围内的广泛研究,导电聚合物在新能源材料方面的应用已获得了很大的发展,但离实际大规模应用还有一定的距离。这主要是因为其加工性不好和稳定性不高造成的,严重阻碍了导电高分材料在工业上的应用。尤其在电器元件中的应用,需要导电材料具有良好的热稳定性,否则,即使其它性能再好,也无法应用。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种热稳定性强、易于加工的导电高分子材料。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种导电高分子材料,各组分按重量份计,聚苯胺100份、聚吡咯50-65份、碳纤维6-10份、玻璃纤维3-5份、碳黑0.5-1.5份。
作为优选方案,上述的导电高分子材料,各组分按重量份计,聚苯胺100份、聚吡咯52份、碳纤维9份、玻璃纤维4.5份、碳黑1份。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明所提供的导电高分子材料热稳定性强,并且易于加工,适于工业大规模生产。
