Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽车座椅配件，具体的说是一种离合式汽车座椅手动腰托调节器。该调节器包括上壳体、下壳体、拉线、线轮、轴套、拨叉，它还包括一个设置在轴套内的离合块和安装在离合块内孔中的压簧，所述的轴套套装在线轮的制动端子上，带有压簧的离合块设置在轴套内，其内的压簧一端顶在离合块的孔内，另一端顶在线轮的制动端子内壁上，所述的拨叉下面带有一个推动端子，推动端子的一侧带有两个接触面，安装时推动端子插接在轴套内与离合块的一端和线轮的制动端子相对应。本发明由于采用上述结构具有操作省力、调节方便灵活、结构简单合理、成本低、生产容易控制和产品合格率高等优点。

 发明涉及一种汽车座椅配件，具体的说是一种离合式汽车座椅手动腰托调节器。
背景技术
近几年我国汽车工业发展势头强劲,中国已经成为继美、日之后第三个汽车年产破千万辆的国家，进入千万辆汽车大国行列。
随着个人家庭收入的提高，汽车已经不仅仅是机关和企业单位的办公和代步工具，汽车已经成为目前家庭消费的首选，人们除了对于汽车的品牌、安全和质量提出更高的要求外，更加重视驾驶的舒适性,这其中汽车座椅的舒适性是至关重要的,我们知道，为了减少长时间驾驶所带来的疲劳，汽车座椅上通常安装有腰托，目前市场上腰托已经普遍应用于汽车座椅调节系统，手动腰托调节器是腰托上的关键部件。
目前市场上使用的手动腰托调节器尽管实现了对于腰托的调节作用，但还是存在一定的缺点和不足，具体表现在：①、结构复杂，解锁时易卡死，转动不灵活。②、装配复杂，劳动强度大，成本高。③、产品的工艺精度要求高，生产时不易控制，产品的合格率低。
发明内容
发明的目的是要提供一种结构简单合理、调节灵活方便、成本低的离合式汽车座椅手动腰托调节器。
发明的目的是这样实现的：该调节器包括上壳体、下壳体、拉线、线轮、轴套、拨叉，它还包括一个设置在轴套内的离合块和安装在离合块内孔中的压簧，所述的轴套 套装在线轮的制动端子上，带有压簧的离合块设置在轴套内，其内的压簧一端顶在离合块上的孔内，另一端顶在线轮的制动端子内壁上，所述的拨叉下面带有一个推动端子，推动端子的一侧带有两个接触面，安装时推动端子插接在轴套内与离合块的一端和线轮的制动端子相对应。
发明由于采用上述结构具有操作省力、调节方便灵活、结构简单合理、成本低、生产容易控制和产品合格率高等优点。

具体实施方式
由附图1、2、3、4、5所示：该调节器包括上壳体1、下壳体2、拉线3、线轮4、轴套5、拨叉6，它还包括一个设置在轴套6内的离合块7和安装在离合块7内孔8中的压簧9，所述的轴套 5套装在线轮4的制动端子10上，带有压簧9的离合块7设置在轴套5内，其内的压簧一端顶在离合块的孔8上，另一端顶在线轮4的制动端子10内壁上，所述的拨叉6下面带有一个推动端子11，推动端子11的一侧带有两个接触面12、12-1，安装时推动端子11插接在轴套5内与离合块7的一端和线轮4的制动端子10相对应。
工作原理：
使用时，将调节器与腰托相连安装在汽车座椅的一侧，使用者通过操作手柄扭动拨叉6，拨叉6扭动时推动端子11的一个接触面12使离合块7与轴套5出现间隙脱离，拨叉6带动离合块7，离合块7通过线轮4上的制动端子10带动线轮4转动，线轮4带动拉线3使腰托支起。
当腰托达到要求位置时，腰托受到的反作用力通过拉线3传导到线轮4，线轮4上的制动端子10的接触面13向相反方向推动离合块7，离合块7和轴套5内壁卡死，起到锁紧支撑的作用。
当腰托需要放平时，拨叉6反方向扭转，推动端子11的另一个接触面12-1使离合块7和轴套5内壁出现间隙脱离，离合块7带动线轮4的制动端子10反方向转动，实现拉线3的伸长，使腰托放平。

Claims (2)

1.一种离合式汽车座椅手动腰托调节器，该调节器包括上壳体(1)、下壳体(2)、拉线(3)、线轮(4)、轴套(5)、拨叉(6)，其特征在于：它还包括一个设置在轴套(6)内的离合块(7)和安装在离合块(7)内孔(8)中的压簧(9)，所述的轴套(5)套装在线轮(4)的制动端子(10)上，离合块(7)设置在轴套(5)内，其内的压簧(9)一端顶在离合块(7)的内孔(8)内，另一端顶在线轮(4)的制动端子(10)内壁上，所述的拨叉(6)下面带有一个推动端子(11)，推动端子(11)的一侧带有两个接触面(12、12-1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种离合式汽车座椅手动腰托调节器，其特征在于：安装时推动端子(11)插接在轴套(5)内与离合块(7)的一端和线轮(4)的制动端子(10)相对应。
