Description

本发明涉及一种经纱上浆固着剂,包含阳离子淀粉和阳离子固着剂且可选添加上浆添加剂。这种新的经纱上浆固着剂特别适合改善在连续工艺中使用硫化染料和靛青染料的经纱上浆和染色。
牛仔布(Denim)经纱染色通常在特定的连续染色区域内通过靛青染料和硫化染料。因此,经纱以绳状或宽的形式通过所述区域,例如所谓浆纱机。还原(=无色的(leuko))染料因此被放置于带有挤压设备的盒里,然后在空气中氧化,然后干燥,最终经受上浆工序,上浆工序对提高纱线的用于后续进一步通过织造进行的工艺的机械强度而言是必要的。为此上浆目的常使用天然或合成的聚合物试剂,例如淀粉或聚乙烯醇。
硫化染料可以被施用作为单一颜色或用于靛青的底染(bottoming)中,这意味着硫化染料在靛青之前施用,或用于靛青的顶染(topping)中,即硫化染料在靛青之后施用。
染色工艺通常不能实现将100%的硫化染料固着到纤维上。由于这个原因,未固着的染料会污染上浆液和浆纱。这种污染常常是织物在织造和后整理过程中产生背面返染缺陷的原因,且必须通过水洗去除。除了染色和上浆实际所需的大量用水外,废水的污染,尤其是来自染色工艺的,是目前纺织业面临的主要环境挑战。
由此本发明所基于的目的是提供一种能在同一步骤中应用的将硫化染料固着在纱线上同时对纱线上浆的新试剂,且该试剂能随后更简单地,即仅通过一个洗涤步骤去除。因此该新试剂在连续工艺中需要更少量的水且有助于改善纺织业对环境的影响。
令人惊奇的是,这一目标通过包含阳离子淀粉和阳离子固着剂以及任选的其他上浆添加剂的组合的经纱上浆固着剂就能够实现。
因此,本发明涉及的经纱上浆固着剂包括如下物质的组合:
a)季铵基团取代的阳离子淀粉,
b)阳离子固着剂和任选地
c)另外的上浆添加剂。
令人惊奇的发现,阳离子淀粉和阳离子固着剂的组合物适于改善连续工艺中使用硫化染料和/或靛青的经纱的上浆和染色,由此最少化全部耗水量和另外最小化产生的废水量,且废水不会包含任何显著量的染料。
本发明的另一重要优点是染色和上浆工艺能够同时在包括如下工序的常规机器设备上实施:染液浸渍工序(浸染),其通常在60-90℃温度下实施,在空气(通风(skying))下染料迁移和扩散的工序,直接浸渍的工序,其通常在pH值4.5-5、时间范围20-200秒且温度65-85℃条件下实施,和最后的洗涤和漂洗的工序,其通常在50-80℃的温度下实施,和施用上浆剂和固着的上浆的工序,其通常在65-90℃的温度下实施,以及干燥工段。
阳离子淀粉的制备在US-2,946,705 B1或DE 37 16 755 A1中已经记载,其中阳离子淀粉另外地以酰基来酯化。两种类型的阳离子淀粉,即有或没有酯基的阳离子淀粉都能用于本发明。通过使淀粉和季铵盐反应进行淀粉的阳离子化。

本发明所述经纱上浆固着剂可以与其他上浆添加剂组合,优选以相对于1重量份阳离子淀粉0.01-0.15重量份所述其他上浆添加剂的量组合。所述上浆添加剂被加入到上浆液中以通过它们的柔软、平滑或抗静电效果来辅助制造工艺。其他上浆添加剂是消泡剂或增加液剂(liquor)上浆量(pickup)的试剂。
上浆脂(sizing fat)被有利地用于通过塑化浆膜改善经纱的干燥分裂和织造行为,在不降低上浆剂的粘附性和耐磨性的情况下,提供了平滑和抗静电效果。合适的材料包括硫酸化的脂和油,含有非离子和阴离子乳化剂的脂肪酸酯的制剂。基于聚(乙二醇醚)的抗静电表面活性剂也可加入以减少静电荷。具有分子量约为4000的聚乙二醇也可以用作上浆脂,以及还有基于脂肪酸的自乳化的无石蜡的蜡。
上浆时液剂上浆部分取决于纱线的可润湿性。可以加入不超过1g/l的很低量的低泡沫润湿剂以便辅助上浆。合适的润湿剂是脂肪醇或具有低乙氧基化度的聚(乙二醇醚)。

工作实施例1-28
淀粉阳离子型(A)是在干物质中包含0.25至0.35%的结合氮(=阳离子化度)的玉米淀粉,淀粉阳离子型(B)是在干物质中含有0.30至0.35%的结合氮的马铃薯淀粉,和淀粉阳离子型(C)是在干物质中含有0.25~0.30%的结合氮的马铃薯淀粉。

在下面的实施例15至21中在上浆连续工艺中实施组合的上浆和染色工艺,所述上浆连续工艺包括使用上浆剂的浸染步骤,所述上浆剂在经纱材料上具有8%的浓度、pH值为4.7、温度85℃,且湿浆上浆率110%,随后在125℃下干燥60秒。
在该上浆之后用水在温度为75℃(=第一步骤)和65℃(=第二步骤)下进行两步漂洗。
下表5中给出了用在各经纱材料上的上浆和染色液剂的相应组成。实施例15是对比,实施例16-21是根据本发明的。

在上浆和染色工序之后由返染情况确定质量,其中将染色纱线和未染色纱线一起洗涤并观察有多少未染色纱线在洗涤后被着色(染色)。此外目视观察在洗涤步骤之后的液剂玷污情况和目视确定颜色深浅(shade)变化。
下表6给出结果。返染分级是(++)表示无返染、经过(+)和(-)到(--)表示严重返染。液剂玷污分级是(++)表示无污染、经过(+)和(-)到(--)表示严重玷污。颜色深浅变化分级是(++)表示低变化、经过(+)和(-)到(--)表示高变化。

在下面实施例22-28中如与工作实施例15到21相关地已经阐释过的,再使用组合的上浆和染色工艺,但包含不同的染料。下表7给出在各经纱材料上具有8%浓度的上浆和染色液剂的各组成。实施例22是对比的,实施例23-28是根据本发明的。

很明显,最佳结果又是在实施例23、24、25中获得,其中使用了相对大量的固着剂,而实施例26、27、28显示出比实施例22的对比测试甚至更好的结果。

Claims (10)

1.经纱上浆固着剂,包括如下物质的组合:
a)季铵基团取代的阳离子淀粉
b)阳离子固着剂和任选地
c)另外的上浆添加剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的试剂,其中阳离子淀粉具有0.02-0.2的关于季铵盐基团的取代度。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的试剂,其中阳离子淀粉(a)具有式(1a)或(1b),

其中
R1,R2和R3相同或不同且表示C1-C6-烷基,C6-C10-芳基,C7-C12-芳烷基,其中所述的烷基、芳基和芳烷基任选地被羟基、甲基、乙基、甲氧基、乙氧基、硝基、氟、氯、溴、氰基或羧甲基所取代;
X为卤素,和
R4表示碳原子数为2至5的亚烷基或羟基亚烷基;
R5表示氢或任选被羟基、甲氧基、乙氧基、氟、氯、溴、硝基所取代的C1-C6-烷基。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的试剂,其中具有式(1b)的阳离子淀粉具有的酯基取代度为0.01-0.3。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的试剂,其中阳离子固着剂包含具有以下通式(2)的有机化合物:

其中A代表具有1至6个碳原子的任选被卤素、羟基、C1-C4-烷氧基或硝基取代的亚烷基;或者A代表具有1至6个碳原子的亚烷基,其具有一个或多个结合的杂原子如N,S或O,
和R10-R60各自独立地代表任选被取代的C1-C4烷基,任选取代的C1-C4-烯基,其中取代基是氰基、羟基、C1-C4烷氨基、甲氧基、乙氧基、F、Cl或Br;或者
R10和/或R40表示氢或电子对;或者
R10至R60是被此桥接的从而构成环体系。
6.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的试剂,其中所述阳离子固着剂是聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵,二亚乙基三胺与表氯醇的缩聚物,二氰基二胺与甲醛的反应产物,或者二氰基二胺与二亚乙基三胺的反应产物。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述的试剂,其中以1单位重量阳离子淀粉对0.01-10单位重量的阳离子固着剂的关系包含所述阳离子淀粉(a)和阳离子固着剂(b)。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的试剂,其中所述另外的上浆添加剂(c)是上浆脂、润湿剂、消泡剂和/或防腐剂。
9.权利要求1-8任一项所述的试剂用于使用硫化染料和/或靛青来对经纱上浆和染色的用途。
10.如权利要求9所述用途,用于完全连续的工艺中。
