Abstract

Description
发明领域
本发明涉及使用点源类型的光源的照明设备的领域,具体地涉及使用LED(发光二极管)的照明设备和用于处理在所述LED的操作期间产生的热的设备的领域。
现有技术
目前使用的设备和照明装备越来越多地使用LED(发光二极管),这是由于它们相对于包括白炽灯和日光灯的常规光源易于使用和在平均期望寿命、使用的灵活性和在小空间中的集成可能性等方面具有较高的特性。
虽然关于LED光源的技术具有持续的发展,使得进一步改进其特性并且因此最终更加使LED相对于所有的其他光源具有优越性,但是迄今被认为有问题的一个方面与这些设备的热能消散以及对有效的处理系统和因其产生的热消散的需要有关。
目前的LED实际上在可见光辐射的形式下仅发射所吸收的功率的20%至30%并且通过传导、对流和辐射消散其余的70%至80%。这导致明显地需要为用于照明的LED设备配备足够的消散装置,该足够的消散装置确保所产生的热以确保该LED设备和周围的电路正确操作的方式适当地消散。
在大多数情况下,用于该目的的最常用的方法涉及使用被特别地控制尺寸的金属散热器,其被置于与LED设备接触从而处理其热能并且将工作温度保持在不危害正确的操作并且不降低其平均期望寿命的限制内。然而这种解决方案受到散热器在自然对流状态下的热阻限制。为了获得更低的热阻以及因此更有效的热消散,必要的是借助于使用风扇和传送器,然而风扇和传送器笨重且难以操纵,并且不能够被用于所有的其中可用的尺寸经常不足以容纳散热器、风扇和传送器的照明设备以及不能被用于其中包括LED和相关的散热器的光学组件能够采取不同的相对于照明设备的主体的位置和倾斜度的那些设备。
因此,本发明的第一目的表现为介绍用于适于特别地与内置的LED照明设备类型相关联的LED照明系统的散热模块;本发明的另外的目的表现为内置的LED照明设备,包括光学组件和散热模块,光学组件适于采取不同的相对于所述照明设备的主体的位置和倾斜度,散热模块包括风扇、与所述风扇相关联的传送器以及与所述照明设备的光学组件成一体的散热器。

发明概述
本发明涉及内置的LED照明设备,包括光学组件和散热模块,光学组件适于采取不同的相对于所述照明设备的主体的位置和倾斜度,散热模块进而包括风扇、与所述风扇相关联的传送器以及与所述照明设备的光学组件成一体的散热器。
发明的详细描述
参照附图1和2,根据本发明的内置的LED照明设备包括光学组件10,所述光学组件10又包括:至少一个LED 11,其与合适的支持基部12和合适的电源装置相关联;以及框架13,框架13与所述光学组件10相关联并且配备有到壁的合适的锚固装置,所述光学组件10适于通过延伸到框架13的外部或返回到框架13的内部而采取不同的相对于所述框架13的位置和倾斜度。根据本发明的内置的LED照明设备还包括:散热器14,其优选由铝制成,与所述支持基部12相关联并且与所述支持基部12和所述至少一个LED 11热接触;传送器15,传送器15与所述散热器14相关联并且包括风扇16,所述传送器15配备有适于允许所述散热器在所述光学组件10相对于所述框架13倾斜的情况下通过的开口17。在附图2中,所述光学组件10被倾斜以部分地进入所述框架13内。
在根据本发明的内置的LED照明设备的优选的实施方案中,所述传送器15与所述框架13成为一体并且所述散热器14被制成为具有不对称的形状和截面,使得最大化突出部的表面并且允许所述光学组件10相对于所述框架13的往复的运动和定位,在其内部-如附图2中图示的-和在其外部,如附图3中图示的。
在根据本发明的内置的LED照明设备的另外的优选的实施方案中,所述传送器15设置有对所述框架13的合适的固定装置,其适于允许所述传送器15相对于所述框架13倾斜,使得在凹部可用的空间具有特别小的尺寸的情况下确保另外的自由度。
在本发明的另外的优选的实施方案中,所述传送器15被制成圆柱形主体,圆柱形主体优选地由塑料材料制成,所述圆柱形主体包括在其底部的到所述框架13的合适的固定装置和在另一端的用于风扇的合适的固定装置。
根据本发明的设备可以以多种尺寸和功率制造,并且在所有的内置应用中发现其有利的用途,甚至在其中在假天花板内部的可用空间是非常小的那些应用中。
Claims (7)
1.一种内置的照明设备,包括光学组件(10)、散热器(14)和传送器(15),所述光学组件(10)又包括与合适的小支持基部(12)和合适的电源装置相关联的至少一个LED(11)以及与所述光学组件(10)相关联并且配备有到壁的合适的锚固装置的框架(13),所述光学组件(10)适于采取相对于所述框架(13)的不同的取向和倾斜度,所述散热器(14)与所述小支持基部(12)相关联并且与所述小支持基部(12)和所述至少一个LED(11)热接触,所述传送器(15)与所述散热器(14)相关联并且包括风扇(16),所述传送器(15)设置有适于允许所述散热器在所述光学组件(10)相对于所述框架(13)倾斜的情况下通过的开口(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中所述传送器(15)包括圆柱形主体,所述圆柱形主体包括在底部的到所述框架(13)的合适的固定装置以及在另一端的用于风扇的合适的固定装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中到所述框架(13)的所述合适的固定装置适于将所述传送器(15)与所述框架(13)连接成一体。
4.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中到所述框架(13)的所述合适的耦合装置适于将所述传送器(15)连接于所述框架(13),从而允许互相的、部分的和往复的旋转,以修改所述传送器(15)相对于所述框架(13)的倾斜度。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的设备,其中所述散热器(14)包括不对称的形状和截面,使得最大化突出部的表面,从而允许所述光学组件(10)相对于所述框架(13)的往复的运动和定位。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设备,其中所述传送器(15)由塑料材料制成。
7.根据权利要求5所述的设备,其中所述散热器(14)由铝制成。
