Abstract

本发明涉及一种含纳米银祛痘面膜的制备方法,将纳米银加入到面膜基质中混匀,得到无色胶状面膜基质,将无纺棉面膜基底浸入无色的胶状面膜基质,制备含纳米银的祛痘面膜;按照本发明制备的含纳米银的祛痘面膜,可以消炎祛痘、护肤美容,用于痤疮的临床治疗,该面膜生产工艺简单、易于操作,可实现大规模产业化。

一种含纳米银祛痘面膜的制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种祛痘面膜的制备方法,具体涉及一种含纳米银祛痘面膜的制备方法。
背景技术:
痤疮(pimple)是美容皮肤科的最常见的病种之一,多发于青春期,又叫青春痘、面皰或粉刺、毛囊炎,通常好发于面部、颈部、胸背部、肩膀和上臂。临床以白头粉刺、黑头粉刺、炎性丘疹、脓疱、结节、囊肿等为主要表现。寻常痤疮是一种多因素引起的疾病,在有遗传因素的条件下,雄性激素分泌增多(尤其是皮肤组织中的双氢睾酮增多)和毛囊口内的痤疮棒状杆菌等微生物的作用是痤疮发病的两个主要因素。痤疮棒状杆菌所产生的溶脂酶、蛋白分解酶及透明质酸酶可分解皮脂中的三酸甘油酯,成为游离脂肪酸,它能破坏毛囊壁,使毛囊内含物进入和刺激真皮及毛囊周围组织,引起毛囊皮脂腺周围炎症反应,导致一系列痤疮症状。一部分脓疱是由于毛囊虫寄生或白色葡萄球菌的继发感染。所以控制感染是治疗痤疮的最好方法之一。
纳米银(Nano Silver)就是将粒径做到纳米级的金属银单质。纳米银粒径大多在25纳米左右,据研究发现,可在数分钟内杀死650多种细菌。纳米银颗粒与病原菌的细胞壁/膜结合后,能直接进入菌体、迅速与氧代谢酶的巯基(-SH)结合,使酶失活,阻断呼吸代谢使其窒息而死。独特的杀菌机理,使得纳米银颗粒在低浓度就可迅速杀死致病菌,可杀死与其接触的大多数细菌、真菌、霉菌、孢子等微生物。一种抗生素能杀灭大约6种病原体,而纳米银可杀灭数百种致病微生物。杀灭细菌、真菌、滴虫、支/衣原体、淋球菌,杀菌作用强,对抗菌素耐药菌有同样杀灭作用。
所以,如果将纳米银与传统的面膜结合起来,则会同时具备消炎祛痘、护肤美容的作用,若产品研制成功并推广于市场,必将成为传统面膜的替代产品,应用前景十分光明。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种含纳米银祛痘面膜的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明制作步骤如下:
(1)配制面膜基质:将两种天然高分子的粉末,分别溶解在50-80摄氏度的双蒸水中,浓度为0.1-1%W/W;充分溶解3-5小时后,将两种液体分别以9∶1、7∶3或5∶5的比例混合,并加入总重量10-30%的甘油,室温搅拌30分钟;
(2)制备含纳米银的面膜基质:将浓度为10-100ppm的无色纳米银溶液,加入到(1)中配制的面膜基质中,纳米银含量为0.1%-1.0%W/V,室温搅拌混匀,得到无色胶状面膜基质;
(3)制备含纳米银的祛痘面膜:将无纺棉面膜基底浸入无色的胶状面膜基质,制备含纳米银的祛痘面膜。
所述天然高分子选自胶原蛋、明胶、透明质酸纤维素中的一种或两种。
本发明的有益效果:按照本发明制备的含纳米银的祛痘面膜,可以消炎祛痘、护肤美容,用于痤疮的临床治疗,该面膜生产工艺简单、易于操作,可实现大规模产业化。
具体实施方式:
以下描述本发明的优选实施方式,但并非用以限定本发明。
实施例1:
按照如下方法含纳米银的祛痘面膜:
(1)配制面膜基质:将透明质酸和胶原蛋白的粉末,分别溶解在50-80摄氏度的双蒸水中,浓度为0.5%(W/W);充分溶解3-5小时后,将两种液体以7∶3的比例混合,并加入20%甘油,室温搅拌30分钟;
(2)制备含纳米银的面膜基质:将浓度为100ppm的无色纳米银溶液,加入到(1)中面膜基质中,纳米银含量为0.01%(W/V),室温搅拌混匀,得到无色胶状面膜基质;
(3)制备含纳米银祛痘面膜:将无纺棉面膜基底浸入无色的胶状面膜基质,制备含纳米银的祛痘面膜。

Claims (2)

1.一种含纳米银祛痘面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:制作步骤如下
(1)配制面膜基质:将两种天然高分子的粉末,分别溶解在50-80摄氏度的双蒸水中,浓度为0.1-1%W/W;充分溶解3-5小时后,将两种液体分别以9∶1、7∶3或5∶5的比例混合,并加入总重量10-30%的甘油,室温搅拌30分钟;
(2)制备含纳米银的面膜基质:将浓度为10-100ppm的无色纳米银溶液,加入到(1)中配制的面膜基质中,纳米银含量为0.1%-1.0%W/V,室温搅拌混匀,得到无色胶状面膜基质;
(3)制备含纳米银的祛痘面膜:将无纺棉面膜基底浸入无色的胶状面膜基质,制备含纳米银的祛痘面膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含纳米银祛痘面膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述天然高分子选自胶原蛋、明胶、透明质酸纤维素中的一种或两种。
