本发明公开了一种吊孔可调的人造鱼饵，包括有鱼形结构的壳体，壳体上安装有多个八字圈，八字圈上连接有三爪鱼钩，所述的壳体上安装有一固定板，所述的固定板上开有多个吊孔，所述的壳体内设有空腔，壳体的空腔内壁上涂覆有彩色层，彩色层外粘附有一层隔膜，所述的空腔内放置有多个钢珠，钢珠在空腔内滚动。本发明结构简单，设有多个吊孔能改变壳体的吊装位置，同时壳体增加了重量，满足垂钓的水位要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种渔具，主要是一种吊孔可调的人造鱼饵。
背景技术    
市场上销售的人造鱼饵大都是由一塑料外壳和鱼钩组成，由于塑料外壳比较轻，在水中偏上漂浮，不能满足垂钓的水位要求，且一般的人造鱼饵上都只安装一个吊环用于与钓竿连接，而吊环的位置也会影响人造鱼饵在水中的漂浮状态。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种吊孔可调的人造鱼饵，其结构简单，设有多个吊孔能改变壳体的吊装位置，使用方便，同时壳体增加了重量，满足垂钓的水位要求。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种吊孔可调的人造鱼饵，包括有鱼形结构的壳体，壳体上安装有多个八字圈，八字圈上连接有三爪鱼钩，其特征在于：所述的壳体上安装有一固定板，所述的固定板上开有多个吊孔，所述的壳体内设有空腔，壳体的空腔内壁上涂覆有彩色层，彩色层外粘附有一层隔膜，所述的空腔内放置有多个钢珠， 钢珠在空腔内滚动。
壳体是由下述重量份的原料造粒制得：尼龙PA66  70-75，双酚A型聚碳酸酯 10-15，聚四氟乙烯 5-10,聚己内酯 1-2，硅烷偶联剂KH-560  0.5-1，抗氧剂300  0.4-0.6，抗氧剂1076  0.1-0.3，乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2，硬脂酸钡1-1.5，改性纳米高岭土 2-4,改性叶腊石粉3-6；
所述的改性叶腊石粉的制备方法为：
(1)将叶腊石粉用浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液浸泡3-4小时，去离子水洗涤，再用浓度为10-12%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时，再用去离子水洗涤至中性，烘干，得经过处理的叶腊石粉备用；
(2)将相当于叶腊石粉重量2-3%的三聚磷酸钠溶于去离子水中，再加入叶腊石粉重量2-3%的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、1-2%的分散剂NNO、2-3%的甘油三醋酸酯、3-5%氧化铝，于1200-1500转/分下搅拌4-8分钟，得到分散液；
（3）将步骤（1）所得经过处理的叶腊石粉与步骤（2）所得分散液于1500-1800转/分下搅拌10-15分钟，烘干、粉碎成粉末，过100-200目筛即得； 
所述改性纳米高岭土通过以下方法制备：将高岭土于600-700℃下烧损4-5小时，后研磨成纳米粉末，拌入相当于粉体重量1-2%的邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、1-2%的邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯拌搅均匀，烘干，粉碎成粉末，即得。
按照重量份将其各原料置于高混机中混合3-5min，得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中，控制加工温度在250-270℃，螺杆转速在300-600rpm，熔融后挤出造粒即得到产品。
所述鱼形结构壳体的头部和尾部上分别安装有吊环。
本发明中壳体上设有多个吊孔，同时头尾端还有吊环，可根据需要选择合适的吊孔或者吊环来与钓竿连接，使用方便；壳体内壁上涂覆有彩色曾，在水中发光吸引鱼儿，另外由于壳体内腔内有钢珠滚动，为防止钢珠与内壁摩擦磨掉了彩色层，因而彩色层外设有一层用于防止摩擦的隔膜。
本发明的优点是：
本发明结构简单，设有多个吊孔能改变壳体的吊装位置，同时壳体增加了重量，满足垂钓的水位要求。

具体实施方式
参见图1，一种吊孔可调的人造鱼饵，包括有鱼形结构的壳体1，壳体1上安装有多个八字圈2，八字圈2上连接有三爪鱼钩3，所述的壳体1上安装有一固定板4，所述的固定板4上开有多个吊孔5，所述的壳体1内设有空腔7，壳体的空腔内壁上涂覆有彩色层，彩色层外粘附有一层隔膜，所述的空腔7内放置有多个钢珠8， 钢珠8在空腔7内滚动。
所述鱼形结构壳体1的头部和尾部上分别安装有吊环6。
壳体1是由下述重量份（kg）的原料造粒制得：尼龙PA66  70，双酚A型聚碳酸酯 10，聚四氟乙烯 10,聚己内酯 1，硅烷偶联剂KH-560 0.5，抗氧剂300  0.6，抗氧剂10760.3，乙撑双硬脂酰胺2，硬脂酸钡1.5，改性纳米高岭土 4,改性叶腊石粉6；
所述的改性叶腊石粉的制备方法为：
(1)将叶腊石粉用浓度为15%的盐酸溶液浸泡4小时，去离子水洗涤，再用浓度为12%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡4小时，再用去离子水洗涤至中性，烘干，得经过处理的叶腊石粉备用；
(2)将相当于叶腊石粉重量3%的三聚磷酸钠溶于去离子水中，再加入叶腊石粉重量3%的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、2%的分散剂NNO、3%的甘油三醋酸酯、3%氧化铝，于1500转/分下搅拌4-8分钟，得到分散液；
（3）将步骤（1）所得经过处理的叶腊石粉与步骤（2）所得分散液于1500转/分下搅拌10分钟，烘干、粉碎成粉末，过200目筛即得； 
所述改性纳米高岭土通过以下方法制备：将高岭土于700℃下烧损5小时，后研磨成纳米粉末，拌入相当于粉体重量2%的邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、2%的邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯拌搅均匀，烘干，粉碎成粉末，即得。
按照重量份将其各原料置于高混机中混合5min，得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中，控制加工温度在270℃，螺杆转速在600rpm，熔融后挤出造粒即得到产品。

1.一种吊孔可调的人造鱼饵，包括有鱼形结构的壳体，壳体上安装有多个八字圈，八字圈上连接有三爪鱼钩，其特征在于：所述的壳体上安装有一固定板，所述的固定板上开有多个吊孔，所述的壳体内设有空腔，壳体的空腔内壁上涂覆有彩色层，彩色层外粘附有一层隔膜，所述的空腔内放置有多个钢珠， 钢珠在空腔内滚动；
壳体是由下述重量份的原料造粒制得：尼龙PA66  70-75，双酚A型聚碳酸酯 10-15，聚四氟乙烯 5-10,聚己内酯 1-2，硅烷偶联剂KH-560  0.5-1，抗氧剂300  0.4-0.6，抗氧剂1076  0.1-0.3，乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2，硬脂酸钡1-1.5，改性纳米高岭土 2-4,改性叶腊石粉3-6；
所述的改性叶腊石粉的制备方法为：
(1)将叶腊石粉用浓度为10-15%的盐酸溶液浸泡3-4小时，去离子水洗涤，再用浓度为10-12%的氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时，再用去离子水洗涤至中性，烘干，得经过处理的叶腊石粉备用；
(2)将相当于叶腊石粉重量2-3%的三聚磷酸钠溶于去离子水中，再加入叶腊石粉重量2-3%的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、1-2%的分散剂NNO、2-3%的甘油三醋酸酯、3-5%氧化铝，于1200-1500转/分下搅拌4-8分钟，得到分散液；
（3）将步骤（1）所得经过处理的叶腊石粉与步骤（2）所得分散液于1500-1800转/分下搅拌10-15分钟，烘干、粉碎成粉末，过100-200目筛即得； 
所述改性纳米高岭土通过以下方法制备：将高岭土于600-700℃下烧损4-5小时，后研磨成纳米粉末，拌入相当于粉体重量1-2%的邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯、1-2%的邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯拌搅均匀，烘干，粉碎成粉末，即得；
按照重量份将其各原料置于高混机中混合3-5min，得到的混合物经主喂料口加入双螺杆挤出机中，控制加工温度在250-270℃，螺杆转速在300-600rpm，熔融后挤出造粒即得到产品。
