Abstract

一种风扇调节装置,用于调节一风扇的位置与角度,该风扇调节装置包括一支撑座、两第一杆体、一转动件、两滑块及一滑动件,该风扇固定于该滑动件,该两第一杆体分别固定于该支撑座的相对两侧,该转动件可转动地连接于该两第一杆体,该两滑块可滑动地连接于该转动件,该滑动件可滑动地连接于该滑块,该转动件可转动至预定的位置后定位于该两第一杆体,该滑动件和该两滑块可分别滑动至预定的位置后定位于该转动件。本发明风扇调节装置使得本领域技术人员无需通过拆卸及安装风扇即可改变风扇在水平和竖直方向上的位置,结构简单且使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风扇调节装置。
背景技术
在电子产品(如主板)的测试过程中,需要设置风扇对主板上的高发热元件进行散热。然而,不同规格的主板上的高发热电子元件的位置不相同。这样在测试不同规格的主板时就需要改变风扇的位置,改变风扇的位置需要拆卸及安装风扇,如此较为不便。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种可调节风扇位置的风扇调节装置。
一种风扇调节装置,用于调节一风扇的位置与角度,该风扇调节装置包括一支撑座、两第一杆体、一转动件、两滑块及一滑动件,该风扇固定于该滑动件,该两第一杆体分别固定于该支撑座的相对两侧,该转动件可转动地连接于该两第一杆体,该两滑块可滑动地连接于该转动件,该滑动件可滑动地连接于该滑块,该转动件可转动至预定的位置后定位于该两第一杆体,该滑动件和该两滑块可分别滑动至预定的位置后定位于该转动件。
本发明风扇调节装置使得本领域技术人员无需通过拆卸及安装风扇即可改变风扇在水平和竖直方向上的位置,结构简单且使用方便。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,本发明风扇调节装置用于安装并调节一风扇80的位置与角度。该风扇80大致呈方形,其相对的两侧壁分别设有一螺孔82。该风扇调节装置包括一支撑座10、两第一杆体20、一转动件40、两滑块50及一滑动件60。
该支撑座10大致呈圆柱体状,该支撑座10的外侧沿一直径方向相对地设有一对贯穿其两端面的凹槽12。每一凹槽12的底面设有三个螺孔122。
每一第一杆体20呈长条形,其于下部设有三个通孔22,于上部设有一螺孔23。
该转动件40包括两长条形的第二杆体44和连接于该两第二杆体44的一端的一第一连接部42。该两第二杆体44的中部分别设有一螺孔442。
请参阅图3,每一滑块50包括一方形的基壁52和分别自该基壁52的两侧垂直延伸而成的两侧壁54。该基壁52的中部设有一螺孔522,每一侧壁54于远离该基壁52的一端的两侧分别凸设有一卡块541,每一卡块541朝向同一侧壁54的另一卡块541凸设有一V形的卡合部542。
请参阅图2和图4,该滑动件60包括两呈长条形的滑轨64、连接于该两滑轨64的一端的一第二连接部62及分别自该两滑轨64的另一端延伸而出的两安装部66。每一滑轨64相对的两侧分别设有一V形的卡槽644。每一安装部66设有一安装孔662。
请再次参阅图1和图2,组装时,将该两第一杆体20的下部分别置于该支撑座10的两凹槽12内,使该两第一杆体20下部的通孔22分别正对该两凹槽12的螺孔122,将六个螺丝24分别穿过该两第一杆体20的通孔22并锁入该两凹槽12对应的螺孔122内,使该两第一杆体20固定在该支撑座10相对的两侧。将两螺丝24分别穿过该两第一杆体20上部的螺孔23并锁入该转动件40的两第二杆体44对应的螺孔442内,从而将该转动件40可转动地连接于该两第一杆体20。将该两滑块50的卡合部542分别卡置于该两滑轨64两侧的卡槽644,滑块50的基壁52与对应的64之间留有一定的间隙。再将该转动件40的两第二杆体44分别穿过该两滑轨64和对应滑块50的基壁52之间的间隙。将两锁固件58分别穿过该两滑块50的螺孔522后紧抵该转动件40的该两第二杆体44,锁紧该两锁固件50,使该两第二杆体44分别压紧该两滑轨64,从而使该两滑块50、该转动件40和该滑动件60相固定。将两锁固件68分别穿过该滑动件60的两安装部66的安装孔662后锁入该风扇80的两螺孔82内,使该风扇80固定在该滑动件60的两安装部66之间。
请参阅图1及图5至图7,需要调整该风扇80的位置与角度时,首先松动螺丝24,使该转动件40相对该两第一杆体20转动,该滑动件60与该风扇80随着该转动件40转动一定的角度。在该风扇80转动至预定角度后,锁紧螺丝24,将该转动件40重新固定于该两第一杆体20之间。然后松动锁固件58,使该滑动件60和该两滑块50一起相对该转动件40的两第二杆体44滑动,同时使该滑动件60的两滑轨64相对该两滑块50滑动。该风扇80随着该滑动件60移动。在将该风扇80移动至预定位置后,锁紧锁固件58,使该两滑块50、该转动件40和该滑动件60重新相固定。
通过该转动件40相对该两第二杆体44的转动、该滑动件60和该两滑块50相对该转动件40的滑动及该滑动件60的该两滑轨64相对该两滑块50的滑动,该风扇80的位置及角度得以改变。
在其他实施方式中,该两第一杆体20可分别一体成型地设置于该支撑座10的两相对侧。

Claims (1)

1.一种风扇调节装置,用于调节一风扇的位置与角度,该风扇调节装置包括一支撑座、两第一杆体、一转动件、两滑块及一滑动件,该风扇固定于该滑动件,该两第一杆体分别固定于该支撑座的相对两侧,该转动件可转动地连接于该两第一杆体,该两滑块可滑动地连接于该转动件,该滑动件可滑动地连接于该滑块,该转动件可转动至预定的位置后定位于该两第一杆体,该滑动件和该两滑块可分别滑动至预定的位置后定位于该转动件;其中该转动件包括两第二杆体,该两第二杆体通过两螺丝分别连接于该两第一杆体,当旋松该两螺丝时,该两第二杆体可分别相对该两第一杆体转动至预定的位置,当锁紧该两螺丝时,该两第二杆体分别定位于该两第一杆体;
该滑动件包括两滑轨,该两滑块分别卡置于该两滑轨的相对两侧,滑块与对应的滑轨之间留有一定的间隙,该两第二杆体分别穿过该两滑轨和对应的滑块之间的间隙,两锁固件分别穿过该两滑块将该两滑轨分别抵接于该两第二杆体,当旋松该两锁固件时,该两滑轨和对应的滑块一起可分别相对该两第二杆体滑动,该两滑轨可分别相对该两滑块滑动;
该两滑轨分别于一端延伸出一安装部,该风扇固定于该两安装部之间。
