Abstract

一种硬盘固定装置,用以固定一硬盘,该硬盘固定装置包括一安装臂、一转动连接于该安装臂的安装架、一固定于该安装架的把手和一可滑动地组设于该安装臂且可卡扣于该把手的锁固件。该硬盘固定装置的锁固件可滑动地分别部分套设于该安装臂和该把手,从而将该硬盘固定,操作简单,方便固定硬盘。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬盘固定装置。
背景技术
现有电脑,通常是将硬盘用螺丝锁固于一固定架中,然后将该硬盘及固定架可抽取地装设于电脑的磁架中。然而,现有技术需用螺丝将硬盘锁固于固定架,拆装繁琐。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种拆装方便的硬盘固定装置。
一种硬盘固定装置,用以固定一硬盘,该硬盘固定装置包括一安装臂、一转动连接于该安装臂的安装架、一固定于该安装架的把手和一可滑动地组设于该安装臂且可卡扣于该把手的锁固件。
相较现有技术,上述硬盘固定装置的锁固件可滑动地分别部分套设于该安装臂和该把手,从而将该硬盘固定,操作简单,方便固定硬盘。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参照图1,本发明硬盘固定装置用以固定一硬盘50。该硬盘固定装置包括一把手10、一安装臂30、一L形的安装架和一锁固件60。
该硬盘50两侧分别开设两固定孔52。
该安装架呈L形,包括相互垂直的一固定臂20及一连接臂40。该连接臂40设有一对穿孔42。该固定臂20的内侧突设有一对锁柱22。该连接臂40于远离固定臂20的一端凸设一卡块44。该卡块44沿竖直方向开设一通孔46。
该把手10安装于该安装架的连接臂40的外侧,其一端突设一定位部14,该定位部14的内侧与该把手10之间形成一长槽140。该定位部14的顶面及底面略低于该把手10的顶面及底面。该定位部14的顶面及底面分别设一截面呈半圆形的卡槽142。
该安装臂30的内侧突设有一对锁柱22。该安装臂30于一端凸设一滑动部31。该滑动部31的末端凸设两间隔的延伸柱32,该两延伸柱32沿竖直方向对应地分别开设一穿孔34。该两延伸柱32于相互远离的一侧分别设有一截面呈半圆形的卡槽36。
该锁固件60包括一连接板62及分别自该连接板62的两侧同向延伸的挡板64。该两挡板64的末端相向地分别延伸形成一滑片66。该连接板62于外侧凸设一组防滑纹620(如图3所示),方便操作该锁固件60。该两挡板64的内侧邻近一端处分别凸设有截面呈半圆形的卡条68。
请参照图2,组装该硬盘固定装置时,将该连接臂40的卡块44装设于该安装臂30的两延伸柱32之间。一空心的转轴70依次穿过该两延伸柱32的穿孔34和该连接臂40的通孔46,将该安装臂30可转动地连接于该连接臂40。使用工具将该转轴70的两端撑大(如图1所示),防止该转轴70脱落。该锁固件60滑动套设于该安装臂30的滑动部31,并使该锁固件60的卡条68卡入该滑动部31的卡槽36。此时,该两滑片66挡止于该滑动部31的内侧。将两螺丝80分别穿过该连接臂40的穿孔42并对应锁入该把手10,即可组装成该硬盘固定装置。
请参照图3和图4,组装该硬盘50时,向远离该安装架的方向转动该安装臂30,使该硬盘50一侧的固定孔52收容该固定臂20的锁柱22。向该硬盘50的方向转动该安装臂30,使该安装臂30的锁柱22锁入该硬盘50的另一侧的固定孔52。向该把手10的方向滑动该锁固件60,使该锁固件60的滑片66部分滑入该把手10的定位部14的长槽140,该锁固件60的连接板62滑动接触把手10的定位部的外侧,该锁固件60的卡条68对应卡入该把手10的卡槽142,该锁固件60的挡板64部分滑动接触该把手10的定位部的顶面和底面。此时,该锁固件60的另一部分仍套设于该安装臂30的滑动部31。如此,可防止该安装臂30围绕该转轴70转动,即可固定该硬盘50。

Claims (5)

1.一种硬盘固定装置,用以固定一硬盘,该硬盘固定装置包括一安装臂、一转动连接于该安装臂的安装架、一固定于该安装架的把手和一可滑动地组设于该安装臂且可卡扣于该把手的锁固件,该安装架包括相互垂直的一连接臂及一固定臂,该连接臂于远离该固定臂的一端凸设一开设有一通孔的卡块,该安装臂于一端凸设两间隔的延伸柱,该两延伸柱对应地分别开设一穿孔,一转轴依次穿过该安装臂的穿孔和该连接臂的通孔,将该安装臂可转动地安装于该连接臂。
2.如权利要求1所述的硬盘固定装置,其特征在于:该安装臂包括一滑动部,该对延伸柱是自该滑动部延伸形成的,该锁固件滑动套设于该滑动部,该对延伸柱分别凹设一卡槽,该锁固件包括一连接板、两分别自该连接板的两侧同向延伸的挡板,该两挡板进一步相向地分别延伸一滑片,该两挡板的内侧分别凸设一可对应卡合于该对延伸柱的卡槽的卡条,该两滑片挡止于该滑动部的内侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的硬盘固定装置,其特征在于:该把手一端形成一可与该锁固件滑动接触的定位部,定位部的内侧凹设一可收容该锁固件的对应滑片的长槽,定位部的顶面及底面分别设有一可与该锁固件的卡条相卡合的卡槽。
4.如权利要求2所述的硬盘固定装置,其特征在于:该锁固件的连接板于外侧凸设一组防滑纹。
5.如权利要求1所述的硬盘固定装置,其特征在于:该硬盘于两侧分别设有固定孔,该安装臂和固定臂于内侧凸设分别可对应锁入该硬盘两侧的固定孔的锁柱。
