Abstract
本发明公开一种汽车悬架用磁流变阻尼器,其特征在于,包括单出杆液压缸、防尘罩、连接头、自由活塞和单向充气阀,所述单出杆液压缸内腔有磁流变液,活塞中部绕有励磁线圈,活塞与缸体内壁设置有间隙供磁流变液往返流动于两个腔室,活塞和活塞杆的中轴线上开导线孔,导线孔内设置有导线,所述导线与励磁线圈连接;在体积补偿腔的端盖内侧安装有单向充气阀,并在端盖上开设通气孔;所述单出杆液压缸的一端头设置有防尘罩,活塞杆输出端置于防尘罩内,防尘罩合缸体端头上设置有连接头,本发明通过上、下两个连接头分别连接到汽车的车架和车轴上,与悬架弹簧并联,为一种设计合理、结构简单、阻尼性能可调的磁流变阻尼器。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种耗能减振装置,具体说是一种磁流变阻尼器,尤其是涉及一种汽车悬架用磁流变阻尼器装置。
背景技术
[0002] 汽车悬架是车身与车桥之间一切传递力装置的总称,路面作用于车轮上的垂直反力,纵向力和侧向反力以及这些力所产生的力矩都要通过悬架传递到车架或承载式车身。悬架的作用就是在传递这些力和力矩的同时,缓和不平路面传给车架或车身的冲击载荷,抑制车身的振动,提高车辆平顺性(乘坐舒适性)和安全 性(操作稳定性),减少动载荷引起的乘车人员的不适感和车上零部件损坏。因此悬架系统是影响汽车性能的关键部件,性能优良的汽车悬架系统是提高汽车总体性能的保证。
[0003] 汽车在使用过程中,载荷、车速、路况等行驶状态会有较大变化,不同工况对于平顺性和操纵稳定性的侧重点不同,悬架特性也需要做相应变化。
[0004] 汽车悬架主要由弹簧和阻尼器组成。传统悬架的弹簧和阻尼器参数一旦确定后就无法更改,属于被动悬架,被动悬架难以满足各种状态下对悬架性能的较高要求。在此情况下,亟待开发出具有能够实时变化性能的主动悬架或半主动悬架。
[0005] 从20世纪60年代以来,专家们开始研究由外部提供能源的主动悬架。它将传感器测量得到的系统运动状态信号输入到电控单元,电控单元经过分析、判断后给力发生器发出指令,产生主动控制力,从而满足不同工况对悬架系统特性参数变化的要求。70年代开始出现半主动悬架,它通过控制阀调节弹簧刚度和减振器阻尼力,能耗很小,结构也比主动悬架简单。随着磁流变技术的发展,将磁流变阻尼器应用于汽车悬架的研究越来越受到重视,研究成果不断增多,为车用磁流变阻尼器的开发奠定了基础。
[0006] 在21世纪初期,国外已将磁流变阻尼器应用于高档轿车的悬架上,其反应时间仅仅有几毫秒,几乎做到实时动态调节,能提供几乎连续变化、范围更宽的阻尼调节。到目前为止,汽车悬架用磁流变阻尼器的工程化应用时间还不长,应用还不普遍,而且其在结构、性能和制造工艺方面还亟需进一步改进,本发明创造是本申请人经过长时间的试验,对阻尼器进行了改进,并取得了实质性的进展与成果,同时经过检索知道与现有技术是不同的,经过检索我们发现与本申请最为相关的专利申请文件如下:
I、申请号:200410079249. 2,名称为汽车悬架系统磁流变液阻尼装置,包括工作缸、活塞总成、补偿器和密封装置,工作缸被活塞总成分成上下两腔,其内充满磁流变液,活塞总成与工作缸壁间留有阻尼通道,连接工作缸的上下两腔,工作缸的底部有补偿器,端部由密封装置密封;所述活塞总成包括空心活塞杆、导向器和活塞式磁场发生器,导向器和活塞式磁场发生器通过活塞杆同轴连接,活塞式磁场发生器的电磁线圈的引出线通过活塞杆的中心穿出,导向器内设置有连通阻尼通道和工作缸上腔的阻尼孔。

[0008] 3、申请号:200910024718. 3,名称为一种剪切阀式磁流变液阻尼减振器,由活塞轴、工作缸和励磁结构组成,所述励磁结构包括,在减振器的工作缸壁上沿轴向设有若干个线圈槽,电磁线按链式绕制成分组的励磁线圈,励磁线圈首尾或尾首正串连接,按节距为I个槽沿工作缸轴向单层嵌放在缸壁上的线圈槽内,这样每个线圈组形成两个磁极,相邻线圈组形成同性磁极,相邻槽中的线圈边互为反向电流,每个线圈边通过活塞轴、工作缸和间隙产生一个闭合磁回路。
发明内容

[0010] 为达到以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:一种汽车悬架用磁流变阻尼器,包括单出杆液压缸、防尘罩、连接头、自由活塞和单向充气阀,所述单出杆液压缸内腔有磁流变液,所述单出杆液压缸包括缸体、设置于缸体内部的活塞和设置于活塞上的活塞杆,缸体上设置有端盖,所述活塞杆穿过端盖伸出于缸体外,所述端盖设置有两个,分别安装于缸体的两端;所述活塞中部绕有励磁线圈,活塞与缸体内壁设置有间隙供磁流变液往返流动于两个腔室,活塞和活塞杆的中轴线上开导线孔,导线孔内设置有导线,所述导线与励磁线圈连接;所述自由活塞设置在缸体中不带活塞杆的腔室内,将不带活塞杆的腔室分成两个腔室,分别为磁流体腔和体积补偿腔,所述体积补偿腔设在自由活塞和端盖之间,体积补偿腔内充填高压氮气,在体积补偿腔的端盖内侧安装有单向充气阀,并在端盖上开设通气孔;所述单出杆液压缸的一端头设置有防尘罩,活塞杆输出端置于防尘罩内,防尘罩远离液压缸的一端头设置有连接头,同时远离防尘罩的缸体的另外一端头上同样设置有连接头。

[0018] 本发明的一种汽车悬架用磁流变阻尼器通过上、下两个连接头分别连接到汽车的车架和车轴上,与悬架弹簧并联,有益效果如下:汽车悬置用磁流变阻尼器结构简单、性能 可靠、占据空间小、反应迅速、提供的阻尼力大,可用于各类汽车的前、后悬架当中,能够根据车辆的行驶路况和车身的振动状况实时改变悬架的动力学特性,从而改善汽车的乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性;所述单出杆阻尼器内部要设置体积补偿腔和单向充气阀,体积补偿腔中多采用充填高压氮气来获得一定的恢复力,同时我们还采用螺旋弹簧能够提高体积补偿腔的弹性恢复力,适当降低补偿腔中的气体压力,提高气密性,使可靠性提高。
[0019] 同时通过以上内容,我们可以发现本发明与背景技术或现有技术是不同的,包括但不限于以下所述:
I)对比专利《汽车悬架系统磁流变减振器》(申请号:200410079249.2)中的磁流变阻尼器采用的工作模式是阀式,其整个磁路都内置于缸体之中,随着活塞一起移动。而在我们申请的专利中,磁流变阻尼器采用的是剪切式和阀式的混合工作模式。这样的工作模式将缸筒作为磁通路,这与对比专利中的是有明显差异的。
[0020] 本专利中的内置式单向充气阀由于有缸体的保护,不会受到外部撞击力的破坏。同时内置式单向阀处于氮气的保护之中,不易被腐蚀失效。除此之外,在对比专利《汽车悬架系统磁流变减振器》(申请号:200410079249. 2)中,充放气阀的轴线与减振器垂直,形成了悬臂梁结构,而减振器主要受到的是轴向振动激励,所以容易使阀体振动较大,降低气体密封的可靠性。而我们的内置式单向阀的轴线与阻尼器同轴,可避免阀体出现悬臂梁式的振动,提高密封可靠性。
[0021] 2)对比专利《一种汽车悬架系统磁流变液阻尼装置》(申请号:201110232851. 5)中,其补偿腔的工作原理与我们申请的专利不同,我们的专利结构更为简单,可靠性更高。
[0022] 3)对比专利《一种剪切阀式磁流变液阻尼减振器》(申请号:200910024718. 3)中,其励磁线圈置于缸壁上,这使得在出力相同的情况下,该减振器的结构尺寸较大。而在我们申请的专利中,励磁线圈是置于活塞上的,在相同出力情况下,结构尺寸就要小得多。

(I)在补偿腔中采用内置的单向充气阀,这在对比专利与现有技术中都是没有的,具体技术效果见上面说明。(2)在体积补偿腔中,采用螺旋弹簧或采用螺旋弹簧和高压气体混合来提供恢复力,这在对比专利中也都是没有的,具体技术效果见上面说明。(3)活塞杆与主活塞连接处的密封形式,这也是对比专利中不具备的,提高了磁流变液与导线孔之间密封的可靠性。[0024]附图说明

1. 一种汽车悬架用磁流变阻尼器,其特征在于,包括单出杆液压缸、防尘罩、连接头、自由活塞和单向充气阀,所述单出杆液压缸内腔有磁流变液,所述单出杆液压缸包括缸体、设置于缸体内部的活塞和设置于活塞上的活塞杆,缸体上设置有端盖,所述活塞杆穿过端盖伸出于缸体外,所述端盖设置有两个,分别安装于缸体的两端;所述活塞中部绕有励磁线圈,活塞与缸体内壁设置有间隙供磁流变液往返流动于两个腔室,活塞和活塞杆的中轴线上开导线孔,导线孔内设置有导线,所述导线与励磁线圈连接;所述自由活塞设置在缸体中不带活塞杆的腔室内,将不带活塞杆的腔室分成两个腔室,分别为磁流体腔和体积补偿腔,所述体积补偿腔设在自由活塞和端盖之间,体积补偿腔内充填高压氮气,在体积补偿腔的端盖内侧安装有单向充气阀,并在端盖上开设通气孔;所述单出杆液压缸的一端头设置有防尘罩,活塞杆输出端置于防尘罩内,防尘罩远离液压缸的一端头设置有连接头,同时远离防尘罩的缸体的另外一端头上同样设置有连接头。
2.如权利要求I所述的一种汽车悬架用磁流变阻尼器,其特征在于,所述体积补偿腔内设置有螺旋弹簧。
3.如权利要求I所述的一种汽车悬架用磁流变阻尼器,其特征在于,所述体积补偿腔内不充高压气体,也不安装单向充气阀,替换的设置有螺旋弹簧,远离防尘罩一端的端盖上设置有通气孔。
4.如权利要求I所述的一种汽车悬架用磁流变阻尼器,其特征在于,所述活塞和缸体均采用高磁导率的金属材料制成,活塞、缸体和两者之间的磁流变液组成磁回路。
5.如权利要求I所述的一种汽车悬架用磁流变阻尼器,其特征在于,所述自由活塞的两端均采用动密封圈分别密封磁流变液和高压气体,在自由活塞轴向的中间加装耐磨导向环,防止自由活塞翻转;自由活塞将磁流体腔中的磁流变液和体积补偿腔中的高压气体隔离。
6.如权利要求I所述的一种汽车悬架用磁流变阻尼器,其特征在于,在活塞的上部和防尘罩的内侧安装防冲块一和防冲块二,两个防冲块均与活塞杆同轴,并依靠防冲块与活塞杆之间的摩擦力对防冲块的位置进行固定。
7.如权利要求I所述的一种汽车悬架用磁流变阻尼器,其特征在于,所述穿过活塞杆的端盖的内侧安装动密封圈,动密封圈采用止挡结构安装定位,在上述端盖安装活塞杆的通孔中,靠近两侧各安装一个导向环,起到对活塞杆导向的作用,上述端盖上设有贯通的注液孔。
8.如权利要求I所述的一种汽车悬架用磁流变阻尼器,其特征在于,述活塞杆与活塞连接的一端设置台肩,台肩和活塞之间设置有密封圈,台肩和活塞压紧密封圈。
