Abstract

本发明公开了一种气化炉上的折边锥盘,其结构包括:锥形筒体,锥形筒体的上端为带有折边的锥盘大口,锥形筒体的下端为锥盘小口,在锥盘大口折边处的锥形筒体外设置有垫板,在锥盘小口处的锥形筒体外设置有刚性环,所述的刚性环的高度大于锥形筒体的壁厚,所述刚性环的环宽大于三倍锥形筒体的壁厚、且不小于50mm。本发明的有益效果:在锥盘小口处的锥形筒体外设置刚性环,将锥盘小口与刚性环之间的间隙调整均匀,从而来保证锥盘小口的圆度要求,不仅节省了原材料,降低了加工成本,还提高了生产效率。

气化炉上的折边锥盘
技术领域
本发明涉及气化炉领域,尤其涉及到气化炉上的折边锥盘。
背景技术
气化炉内部设置有折边锥盘,主要用于固定安装渣口盘管,其结构包括:锥形筒体,锥形筒体的上端为带折边的锥盘大口,锥形筒体的下端为锥盘小口,在锥盘大口折边处的锥形筒体外设置有垫板,锥盘大口一端的锥形筒体与气化炉筒体相连接。由于折边锥盘的装配精度要求较高,通常要求大、小口同心度在2mm之内,因此对锥盘大口和锥盘小口的圆度要求也较高。目前锥盘大口的圆度是通过对锥盘大口处锥形筒体上的垫板进行车加工来达到的,锥盘小口的圆度则采取留余量进行配置的方式来实现,而配置锥盘小口需耗费大量的工时和材料,加工成本高且生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是:提供一种结构简单,能保证锥盘小口的圆度,且能节省原材料、降低加工成本、提高生产效率的气化炉上的折边锥盘。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:气化炉上的折边锥盘,其结构包括:锥形筒体,锥形筒体的上端为带有折边的锥盘大口,锥形筒体的下端为锥盘小口,在锥盘大口折边处的锥形筒体外设置有垫板,在锥盘小口处的锥形筒体外设置有刚性环,所述的刚性环的高度大于锥形筒体的壁厚,所述刚性环的环宽大于三倍锥形筒体的壁厚、且不小于50mm。 
本发明的有益效果:在锥盘小口处的锥形筒体外设置刚性环,然后将锥盘小口与刚性环之间的间隙调整均匀,这样就保证了锥盘小口的圆度要求,且不仅节省了原材料,降低了加工成本,还提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和最优实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1所示,气化炉上的折边锥盘,其结构包括:锥形筒体1,锥形筒体1的上端为带折边的锥盘大口2,锥形筒体1的下端为锥盘小口3,在锥盘大口2折边处的锥形筒体1外设置有垫板4,在锥盘小口3处的锥形筒体1外设置有刚性环5,所述的刚性环5的高度H大于锥形筒体1的壁厚,所述刚性环5的环宽a大于三倍锥形筒体1的壁厚、且不小于50mm,刚性环5的高度H和环宽a的大小只要保证刚性环5 的刚度不小于锥形筒体1的刚度即可。 
加工时,对锥盘大口2折边处的锥形筒体1外的垫板4进行机加工,从而保证了锥盘大口2的圆度;将刚性环5套装在锥盘小口3处的锥形筒体1外,然后用千斤顶将锥盘小口3处的锥形筒体1的外壁与刚性环5内壁之间的空隙调整均匀,最后将刚性环5与锥盘小口3处的锥形筒体1进行焊接固定。使用上述结构的折边锥盘不仅降节省了原材料,低了加工成本,还提高了生产效率。

1.气化炉上的折边锥盘,其结构包括:锥形筒体,锥形筒体的上端为带有折边的锥盘大口,锥形筒体的下端为锥盘小口,在锥盘大口折边处的锥形筒体外设置有垫板,其特征在于:在锥盘小口处的锥形筒体外设置有刚性环,所述的刚性环的高度大于锥形筒体的壁厚,所述刚性环的环宽大于三倍锥形筒体的壁厚、且不小于50mm。
