Abstract

本发明涉及一种带支承的单向滚针轴承,包括轴承外圈、滚针、单向轴承保持架及轴承内圈,所述轴承外圈由钢管制成,所述轴承内圈的外壁上均布有多个沿周向同向排列的楔形槽,多个所述楔形槽与所述轴承外圈的内壁之间形成多个楔形空间,每个所述楔形空间内安装有一个所述滚针,所述单向轴承保持架上固定有将每个所述滚针从相应的所述楔形空间的大端推向小端的钢皮弹簧;所述单向轴承保持架轴向两端外侧的滚道内分别布置有支承轴承保持架,每个所述支承轴承保持架的圆周上均布有多个滚子。本发明中的轴承外圈由钢管制成,加工精度高,同心度好,能承受较大的挤压力;在单向轴承两端安装有滚子支承轴承,能承受较大的径向力。

Description

带支承的单向滚针轴承
技术领域
本发明涉及滚针轴承,具体地说是一种主要用于汽车发电机的皮带轮上,单向传递动力的带支承的单向滚针轴承。
背景技术
目前,现有的用于汽车发电机皮带轮的单向滚针轴承,其轴承外圈均是由低碳钢薄板冲压成形而成,然后采用渗碳淬火热处理,因板材薄,有效硬化层较浅,基体硬度低;在装配时,轴承外圈的一端需要折边,该折边端还需要进行退火处理。这种轴承外圈加工复杂变形大,加工精度低,因基体硬度低,能承载的力较小,受力后变形大;另外,发电机皮带轮皮带的涨紧力较大,一般要求在1000-1500N,同时单向皮带轮在做急变速寿命试验时,要求在0.5秒内要从5000转变到19000转,因此单向皮带轮上所受的径向力和加速度均很大,现有的单向滚针轴承很难满足要求。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种带支承的单向滚针轴承,该轴承加工精度高,能承受较大的挤压力和径向力。
按照本发明的技术方案:一种带支承的单向滚针轴承,包括轴承外圈、滚针、单向轴承保持架及轴承内圈,所述单向轴承保持架位于所述轴承外圈与所述轴承内圈之间,多个所述滚针均布在所述单向轴承保持架的圆周上,所述轴承外圈由钢管制成,所述轴承内圈的外壁上均布有多个沿周向同向排列的楔形槽,所述楔形槽的数量与所述滚针的数量相同,多个所述楔形槽与所述轴承外圈的内壁之间形成多个楔形空间,每个所述楔形空间内安装有一个所述滚针,所述单向轴承保持架上固定有将每个所述滚针从相应的所述楔形空间的大端推向小端的钢皮弹簧;所述单向轴承保持架轴向两端外侧的滚道内分别布置有支承轴承保持架,每个所述支承轴承保持架的圆周上均布有多个滚子。
所述轴承外圈采用GCr15无缝钢管磨削加工而成,并采用整体淬火热处理。
所述轴承内圈的外壁上均布有多个轴向凹槽,所述单向轴承保持架的内壁上设置有与所述多个轴向凹槽相配合的凸缘。所述凹槽与所述凸缘的截面为半圆形。所述轴承外圈的两端分别固定有端盖。所述端盖采用过盈配合装配在所述轴承外圈上。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明中的轴承外圈由钢管制成,加工精度高,同心度好,能承受较大的挤压力;在单向轴承两端安装有滚子支承轴承,能承受较大的径向力;滚子支承轴承与单向轴承组合在一起,结构更为紧凑,装配也更为方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
图1、图2中,包括轴承外圈1、滚针2、单向轴承保持架3、轴承内圈4、端盖5、钢皮弹簧6、支承轴承保持架7、滚子8、楔形空间9、凸缘10、凹槽11等。如图1、图2所示,本发明是一种带支承的单向滚针轴承,包括轴承外圈1、滚针2、单向轴承保持架3、轴承内圈4、端盖5及钢皮弹簧6,单向轴承保持架3位于轴承外圈1与轴承内圈4之间,多个滚针2均布在单向轴承保持架3的圆周上。轴承外圈1由钢管制成,采用GCr15无缝钢管磨削加工而成,加工精度高,同心度好,并采用整体淬火热处理,表面硬度和基体硬度一致,能承受较大的挤压力。
轴承内圈4采用冷挤成形工艺加工而成,其外壁上均布有多个沿周向同向排列的楔形槽,楔形槽的数量与滚针2的数量相同。楔形槽的底边由偏心圆弧构成,楔形槽的大端与轴承外圈1内壁间的间距大于滚针2的直径,楔形槽的小端与轴承外圈1内壁间的间距小于滚针2的直径。
轴承内圈4的多个楔形槽与轴承外圈1的内壁之间形成多个楔形空间9,每个楔形空间9内安装有一个滚针2,单向轴承保持架3上固定有将每个滚针2从相应的楔形空间9的大端推向小端的钢皮弹簧6。钢皮弹簧4以镶嵌方式安装在单向轴承保持架3上,始终给滚针2一个推力,可以确保轴承在工作中的有效啮合。
在单向轴承轴向两端安装有滚子支承轴承。滚子支承轴承包括支承轴承保持架7及滚子8,支承轴承保持架7布置在单向轴承保持架3轴向两端外侧的滚道内,每个支承轴承保持架7的圆周上均布有多个滚子8。滚子支承轴承能承受较大的径向力,其与单向轴承组合在一起,结构更为紧凑,解决了单向轴承不能承受径向力的问题,装配也更为方便。
单向轴承保持架3与轴承内圈4相对固定。在轴承内圈4的外壁上均布有多个轴向凹槽11,单向轴承保持架3的内壁上设置有与多个轴向凹槽11相配合的凸缘10;凹槽11与凸缘10的截面均为半圆形。单向轴承保持架3安装时,其半圆形凸缘10嵌入轴承内圈4的半圆形凹槽11中,其作用是使单向轴承保持架3与轴承内圈4组合为一体,使两者之间没有相对运动,从而可以让单向轴承保持架3上的钢皮弹簧6对滚针2施加一个较恒定的作用力,使滚针6始终保持在其作用位置上。
轴承外圈1的两端分别固定有端盖5。端盖5采用过盈配合装配在轴承外圈1上,替代了现有技术中的薄板冲压成形的轴承外圈的折边工艺。
本发明的工作原理如下:当轴承外圈1与轴承内圈4正方向相对运动时,将滚针2带向楔形空间9小端,滚针2进入啮合状态,轴承外圈1与轴承内圈4楔紧,传递力矩;当轴承外圈1与轴承内圈4反方向相对运动时,将滚针2带向楔形空间9大端,滚针2自动退出啮合,轴承外圈1与轴承内圈4处于松开状态,不传递力矩,只起到滚动轴承的作用。

Claims (6)

1.一种带支承的单向滚针轴承,包括轴承外圈(1)、滚针(2)、单向轴承保持架(3)及轴承内圈(4),所述单向轴承保持架(3)位于所述轴承外圈(1)与所述轴承内圈(4)之间,多个所述滚针(2)均布在所述单向轴承保持架(3)的圆周上,其特征是:所述轴承外圈(1)由钢管制成,所述轴承内圈(4)的外壁上均布有多个沿周向同向排列的楔形槽,所述楔形槽的数量与所述滚针(2)的数量相同,多个所述楔形槽与所述轴承外圈(1)的内壁之间形成多个楔形空间(9),每个所述楔形空间(9)内安装有一个所述滚针(2),所述单向轴承保持架(3)上固定有将每个所述滚针(2)从相应的所述楔形空间(9)的大端推向小端的钢皮弹簧(6);所述单向轴承保持架(3)轴向两端外侧的滚道内分别布置有支承轴承保持架(7),每个所述支承轴承保持架(7)的圆周上均布有多个滚子(8)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的带支承的单向滚针轴承,其特征是:所述轴承外圈(1)采用GCr15无缝钢管磨削加工而成,并采用整体淬火热处理。
3.按照权利要求1所述的带支承的单向滚针轴承,其特征是:所述轴承内圈(4)的外壁上均布有多个轴向凹槽(11),所述单向轴承保持架(3)的内壁上设置有与所述多个轴向凹槽(11)相配合的凸缘(10)。
4.按照权利要求3所述的带支承的单向滚针轴承,其特征是:所述凹槽(11)与所述凸缘(10)的截面为半圆形。
5.按照权利要求1所述的带支承的单向滚针轴承,其特征是:所述轴承外圈(1)的两端分别固定有端盖(5)。
6.按照权利要求5所述的带支承的单向滚针轴承,其特征是:所述端盖(5)采用过盈配合装配在所述轴承外圈(1)上。
